Love this store! I always buy Louis Vuitton and Chanel-- felt like it was time for a change! My boyfriend and I walked into this store with no plans for anything specific although I was in the market for a white or cream bag. Don't remember her name, but we had a lovely rep assist us! She was near by but not annoying. I ended up buying a gorgeous medium size cream bag and my boyfriend bought a new wallet. Both items are stunning and high quality! As others mentioned below, they do only allow a small handful of people in the store and I actually liked that better. Felt like we weren't rushed around and we got to see items without being right next to others.

picked up this light sage beauty!

Jay-Ar was my point of contact during today's shopping experience and he was incredible! He was very sweet and patient with me as I glanced at several small bags. I dropped by the Ala Moana location earlier today where they fell so short of customer service I don't think I would ever go back to Ala Moana even if they expanded. I would do all my future shopping here at the Waikiki plaza. I came in with a small child and they super sweet with her as well. I was also here in May when I dropped by unexpectedly looking semi homeless and was still given exceptional service and patience. This is highly appreciated and noted. Thank you so much to everyone at YSL!!

The roommate and I were walking around Waikiki when we decided to wander into YSL. We got here on Thursday, February 28th around 5:45pm. KATE CLUTCH IN GRAIN DE POUDRE EMBOSSED LEATHER ($1,245): MONOGRAM SAINT LAURENT CLUTCH BAG WITH INTERLOCKING METAL YSL SIGNATURE *DIMENSIONS 10.5 x 4.9 x 2.0 INCHES *100% CALFSKIN LEATHER *GROSGRAIN LINING *MAGNETIC SNAP CLOSURE *SILVER-TONED HARDWARE *INTERIOR SLOT POCKET *MADE IN ITALY So I've always wanted a Yves Saint Laurent clutch. I just had a hard time justifying spending over a grand on a bag I'll only use on special occasions. When I found out this location was doing a 20% off sale, I was all over it! I've always wanted the kate clutch, so I just went for it. With the discount, it ended up being under $1k. Not bad for something I've been eyeing for almost a decade. The service here was excellent! I wasn't sure if I was set on the handbag I ultimately ended up getting. I actually was looking for a clutch with a removable strap as I love wearing things cross body. The sales associate helping me out brought me several options to look at. In the end, there wasn't anything that matched what I was looking for, so I went with my original choice. Such a great location. Especially when they are doing 20% off!

Short wait to get in on Saturday morning, and we were guided the whole time by a kind associate. She helped me look through the shoes and the leather goods-- I ended up being more drawn to the shoes, particularly the Opyum heel (YSL insignia as the heel high heeled sandals). She explained that it does require some breaking in of the front strap and explained the differences in material and versus the other styles. There's also a special discount for Hawaii store so it was a really good price for what it is. Professional and posh store!! Happy with purchase and happy that there's warranty and can go to any YSL store for potential repairs

Bought my first every YSL here. For people that don't know, most luxury brand stores have special Hawaii pricing which means that it's cheaper to buy in Hawaii than in the mainland U.S. For YSL, it's 20% off the sticker price on everything. If you want more details, I wrote a whole blog post with pictures and prices here (https://www.theluxurylowdown.com/saint-laurent-hawaii-shopping-guide/). I bought the black envelope chain wallet and literally saved a couple of hundred dollars. Also, Hawaii's tax is only 4.5% so you save on that too. Overall, great customer service and selection of purses. I wish they had more selection of shoes but that's just me. Also, it looks like the store might be moving soon? I saw a bigger store closer to the Waikiki strip under construction with Saint Laurent all over it so I'm just assuming.

July 30, 2019 I stopped by to purchase the Small Loulou bag during my vacation in Honolulu. I was warmly greeted upon entering the boutique and many sales associates were willing to kindly assist me. There was a vast variety of items to choose from at this location. Also, there are not too many customers clustered in the store. Keep in mind that there is no street parking for this location so it will be best to walk and shop! I had an incredible experience purchasing my first YSL handbag at this location that I came back a week later to purchase another one. Please do purchase an item from here if you've been eyeing a piece from YSL for a while. Every single item is 20% off in Honolulu. Instagram @emthaw

Excellent customer service! Yumi was very kind, responsive, and provided quality service via email. A week before my trip to Hawaii, I knew that I wanted to purchase my first YSL bag at Luxury Row. I went to the YSL website and reserved my bag since I saw on YouTube that the LouLou was a hot product. Yumi reached out immediately and explained the Hawaiian market price, which 20% percent off with a 4% sales tax. You really cannot be beat this, especially in the US! The day of my pickup, Ayuto assisted me and was kind to me as well. My overall experience was great and I'm glad that I picked this store. I look forward to returning back soon. Thank you again, Yumi! You are a gem!

This has to be our favorite Saint Laurent outlet store. The staff is super friendly and we don't feel they are pressuring us to purchase something. We browsed through the entire collection - as a matter of fact the entire inventory before making our final decision on 1 purse and 1 wallet. Congratulations on owning the first Yves St Laurent designed products - ever! The 4% island tax vs 10% on mainland also saved a ton of money.

My beautiful new bags, thanks Waikiki YSL! Love them!

Does anyone know if the Mixed Matelasse Cassandra Wallet on Chain is still available in-store? I have been checking on the website, and it no longer appears. I even contacted my SA, Ayato, but he hasn't replied.

Do they still offer 20% off bags such as the Lou Lou or 7 hobo?

I bought my LouLou back in March of this year and I did receive 20% off plus 4% sales tax. You can go to YSL website and select the option to reserve an item in store. Either Yumi or Ayato will email you within 24-48 hours about the item of your…

Do they still have the 20% off because I was offered 10% only?

Hi! Yes, they do! I think it depends on what you are purchasing. I purchased the YSL LouLou bag and I was given 20% off my purchase. Hope this helps!

    Is it always 20% off?

Yes, I think so. In-store only.

Unfortunately, the company it was purchased from was no longer in business. I didn't know who to call so I decided to check Yelp by inputting "futon sofa frame repair" and clicked on get estimates. To my surprise I got 5 responses all saying that my frame was repairable which made me quite happy. All had different suggestions based on the pictures I posted in my request. I selected The Leather Doctor Hawai'i because not only could he fix the frame but he could also fix our dining room chairs. He even had connection for getting the backing of our sofa cover and pillows replaced. I definitely made the right choice. A couple days later Pono came to the house to look at the "damage". He said it was definitely repairable. He would glue the original piece together, add a bracket behind it AND put in another "leg" for added support matching the color to the original as much as he could. Looking at our dining chairs he said just the webbing needed replacement as the set was also over 20 years old. The covers were fine. I was very pleased with his honesty as my husband and I thought we needed new cushions, etc. He left saying Thea, his assistant, would be sending me an estimate. The estimate came a few hours later. The best thing about all of this was that we didn't need to scramble to try to rent a truck to bring the items to him as neither we nor our friends own one. Everything would be completed on site. That was definitely a PLUS! Once I agreed to his estimate, Thea called for scheduling. Pono arrived promptly. Very courteous, friendly and respectful. He explained each step he worked. I was impressed that he notched the wood so that the board could easily rest in. It was centered and the tops of both boards matched. It looked like it was meant to be there. While the leg paint dried, Pono worked on our cushions. Again explanations were given as he replaced the webbings. The chairs now are comfortable to sit on and we no longer feel like we're "sinking." My family and I couldn't be happier with the results of his 5 hours of work. When the work was completed Pono cleaned after himself and took our sofa and pillow covers for repairing. Thank you, Pono. You are a gem!!!

I live in a small studio apartment and the whole thing smells like leather even though I got a canvas bag. Like Dooney, the bags are designed and crafted in the USA, but they import materials from Europe. I told the lady running the shop at the time (a bigger girl with blonde hair) that I'm looking for 8-inch boot heels. She said that they only have one style for the 8 inches and that she will have to refuse service if I'm only coming to try on heels. She points to a sign that says that they refuse shoe fittings and are only reserved for serious buyers. "Sorry that's her rules" We told her that I'm looking for shoes.... is showing interest not enough? Yeah, I guess I'm not serious for driving all the way there to see styles for a little gift to myself. How am I gonna decide on a purchase without trying? If I like how it looks, I can buy it. Who are you to determine I'm not serious about purchasing? If I'm not serious, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming to you in the first place. I didn't argue because I didn't want to waste my time on them AGAIN (they usually tell me La Beau's might have what I'm looking for).
