When I saw online that Saints Coffee finally opened, we stopped in that next weekend! It's super easy to find and there's tons of parking! When we got there there was a short line and the line stayed steady the entire time we were there. They gave a large variety of drinks and pastries. We decided on the pistachio latte and pistachio matcha (both iced). My daughter got an apple juice. We also ordered a couple pastries to try. They have a ton of seating inside along with a small room in the back with more tables. The space inside is so bright and open. And the back room is dark and so beautiful. There is also a table (maybe 2) outside. Our drinks were delicious. The pastries divine. We can't wait to go back and try a few new flavors. Maybe something with cold foam. 10/10

When a new coffeeshop opens up, I usually wait a few weeks for a business to work out the early kinks with the staff and expectations of the overall experience. This takes me to the Rocklin area where I had the opportunity to check out "Saints Coffee". Located directly on Pacific Ave and adjacent to Sunset Blvd, this place opened its doors on 06/25/2026. The building itself was previously occupied by several various businesses including a window tinting shop as well as a hair salon. Parking was fairly easy to find, even during my visit during the afternoon on 07/18/2026 at around 3:00pm. Just in case you decide on visiting, they are open for business Monday through Saturday from 7am-5pm while being closed on Sunday. Their coffee is heavily influenced with Eastern European vibes, predominantly with the upscale delicate beans that come out of Italy. The exterior has a basic layout complete with their business name and a small outdoor patio area (only one table w/two chairs). However, the interior is the real winner. Here, you feel as if you've stepped into an art museum/gallery with several paintings that are focused on the 17th/18th century time period. The amount of marble accents combined with the gold, cream, and black trim really captivates how much creativity and originality they had in designing and decorating the interior. During my visit, I ended up ordering a 12 oz. size of their "Iced Honey Latte" with a side of their "Guava Pastry". They politely asked if I wanted my pastry warmed up and I said "yes". My pastry was ready in just a couple of minutes while my drink was prepared shortly thereafter. I will say that the young ladies that worked behind the counter all engaged me in a very professional manner which was a huge plus. I also noticed that they were heavily staffed which was a good thing considering that the tables were all being used by customers that were enjoying their day. I will say that the latte itself was made well with the perfect balance between robust and flavorful with the honey drizzle. The guava pastry also had an excellent sweet and savory taste to it; it was though a bit pricey at $7 but still a good side to go with my drink. Their menu is more on the simple side with your standard coffee, espresso, tea, and matcha options while the food side focuses specifically on pastries, croissants, and other baked goods. All in all, the ambiance itself is worth noting while the staff were quite engaged as they interacted well with the customers. With that said and done, I am giving "Saints Coffee" a perfect and unanimous five star rating.

Such a pretty coffee shop! Aesthetically it is stunning and the customer service was seriously so great!!!! The ladies helped make recommendations when I couldn't pick and all of the pastries and drinks were phenomenal! If you haven't made it out here yet, you absolutely should!!!!

Great new spot! Only open a couple of weeks! Popped in for an iced coffee on a very hot day. It's easy to find, lots of parking! Just near the intersection with Sunset. I was greeted by the two nice ladies working - big smiles and kind attitudes. The space is large and pretty. It feels modern. Very high ceilings, lots of seating. They only had about 3 pastries total left since it was around 2pm. I would like to try a pastry next time. I got a large iced vanilla latte with cold foam. It's probably 16oz. It was delicious and it was $9.00. So maybe a bit expensive, but definitely yummy! The bathroom was clean and spacious. There is a smaller back room also. Overall a great place!

First time went to Saints Coffee, enjoyed excellent service, great coffee, and fresh pastries. I also loved the vibe and atmosphere. Definitely going back.

Came back in after the owner Chris sent me a private message offering a complimentary drink & pastry the next time I came in. I really appreciated the gesture & the fact that he didn't come across defensive over my initial review. Got one of their drink "creations" I saw on their IG story & a garlic sausage pastry. Loved the crunchy bits in the matcha & will definitely come back for that. Customer service was just as good as the first time (:

Nice coffee spot in rocklin. Been here a few times as it is next to my work. Coffee is good, service is extremely friendly. Pastries are good. Interesting decor and styling.

All I have to say, this is the best coffee I've ever had! Words can't describe how much I love this place. The atmosphere and service was so professional and on point. Must have!

I'll be honest, the Ethiopian I started with wasn't really showing how I expected. It felt a little muted and flat to me. But here's where it flipped, he actually checked back in, asked what I thought, and instead of brushing it off, he was like "yeah... you're right." That alone tells you a lot. He pivoted and brewed up a Mexican that absolutely slapped. Clean, expressive, way more dialed. From there we just geeked out for a bit talking single origins, roasting approaches, equipment, all of it. That level of awareness and willingness to adjust in real time is rare, and it's what makes a place worth coming back to. I'm really interested to see how he continues to shape the program here. This feels like a shop that's still evolving in a good way.

I was honestly so excited to go to this place. This coffee bar is actually quite hidden, as they are located right behind the Village General Store on Vernon. There's quite a bit of parking when the storefront is closed, so you wouldn't even expect a wait at all. They have such a spacious patio as well (if you want to sit down and have a good time chatting it up with your other friends), and such big space to wait if you don't want the patio. I got one of their oatmeal cookies as well as their Matcha lattes. What I didn't know was that their oatmeal cookies were gluten free, and they were sourced and made locally by artisans here in Roseville. They also used quite premium-grade matcha that made it taste really good with the whole milk they mixed in eventually. The ambiance and the hospitality was one of the best out there, and I can't wait to be back the next time I'm in Sacramento!

They didn't load it up with ice like most do. Overall, would go back but probably wouldn't crave it too often. It's more creamier than it is fruity which I don't always lean towards. Also, not as strong caffeine wise. The service itself was fine. I do agree with the other reviews about the staffs attitude. The girl who took my order was kind and made our pup cup from scratch but as a whole, it feels like they took the girls who worked at Brandy Melville and placed them here instead.

Best matcha is from Offbeat coffee in sac, but the double at Gu Ca Phe is just as good and has its own unique charm. Worth the price, worth the drive! Amazing. If I got it with normal sweetness, I don't think I'd love it as much. Long version: Cute little spot in an unsuspecting location. I don't live in Roseville but was here for an appointment so I stopped by since this place has been on my list. After trying dozens of matchas in Sacramento and surrounding areas, this one definitely rivals the top spot. It's a small location and the service was nice and pretty standard. They also have a kiosk so you can take extra time to scroll through the menu with photos. Not a fan of the AI artwork throughout if I'm being honest but I know it's a sign of the times. And I'm glad their drinks actually do look pretty damn close to the photos unlike other businesses. I got the regular size double matcha, less sweet. If it was regular sweetness, I don't think I'd like it as much. The matcha is good quality, seems like it was freshly handwhisked but not sure. It is strong without being astringent. The matcha cream is amazing and strong as well. You def have to love matcha to enjoy this one. It's going to be stronger than something you find at Starbucks of course. I love matcha to hit me in the face so this drink was perfect. They have the good ice, too ! A similar matcha I've tried, and is my personal #1 across dozens I've tried, is from Offbeat Coffee (x2 matcha). Gu Ca Phe has finessed something similar and I honestly feel like it would be worth the drive from West Sac to Roseville just for Gu Ca Phe's double matcha. I want to try their other drinks. The sugar croiffle was delicious, too!

The interior is small but clean and brightly lit. The coffee is good but weaker than I expect when getting Vietnamese coffee. It is phin dripped, and the classic flavor is there, but less creamy texture. Traditionally the brew is very strong and mixed with condensed milk only - the ice in this instance is necessary to balance the boldness. In this coffee, between the added milk and large amount of ice, it is watered down and not the full bodied experience you would expect. Overall still a good cup, and probably the best you can get in the immediate area, but not wholly satisfying if you are seeking the traditional Vietnamese coffee flavor.
