Salted praline latte and Almond croissant
    Mel L.

Trendy newish coffee spot in Roseville and pretty busy every time I've visited. First visit I got the salted praline latte which was delicious and not overly sweet. The croissants (almond and nutella) were the perfect accompaniment, a good size, and not too sweet either. The barista who took our order was quite handsome as well ;) Second visit was good too, but for some reason our drinks took especially long to come out. As mentioned, they're always busy so that was nothing new, and our order wasn't huge (Banana bread latte, Tiramisu latte, breakfast burrito, almond croissant), but the wait was longer than expected and stood out to me. That said, everyone behind the counter was very nice so no complaints there. I appreciate all the seating, and tons of parking available. I will be back for the honey cardamom latte and another salted praline.

Nice spot for studying, wfh, catching up with friends. It's clean, modern, and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Sacramento's temp has been hitting the hundreds lately, and this place's A/C is top tier!! The staff were also very friendly! However, I don't think it's worth the money. I got a banana bread latte and I couldn't really taste the banana in it at all. This drink was also a little over $9 total before tip... My coworkers also thought their coffees were mid as well and not worth the price, but said the pastries are worth checking out!

I remember when this spot was occupied by a very popular national chain coffee shop. I used to go there a lot to just hang out and do work on my laptop or maybe just relax and enjoy their free WiFi. Well that place has come and gone and now we have a new coffee shop in that space, so I thought it was as good a time as any to pay them a visit-my daughter and I decided we would meet up at Haute Coffee on Foothills in Roseville. The parking for this shop is plentiful as it shares a parking lot with a major grocer in the area and many other businesses. When we walked in,we were greeted kindly by the youthful enthusiastic workers-I liked that. I liked that they are open late-they stay open until 10pm 5 days a week and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Their offerings could be described as Middle-Eastern inspired coffee-it feels like a luxury coffee shop. This ain't Dunkin folks, this place feels special. After the friendly employee explained the drink options a bit to us,we decided to go with the Iced Horchata Latte ($7.00) and the Iced Salted Praline Latte ($7.75) and we decided to share the Oreos Cookies & Cream Cinnamon Roll. ($8.75) We got our coffees pretty quickly. My daughter thought hers was pretty enjoyable-she had the Horchata Latte and I had the Salted Praline Latte. The Salted Praline Latte was pretty solid-not too sweet and if you're a big fan of the praline taste, as I am, this really hits the spot. Where the visit went wrong was the cinnamon roll-on paper that flavor combo should've really worked but it just didn't.The texture of the cinnamon roll wasn't great and the flavors tasted way too artificial-the texture almost felt like the cinnamon roll had been heated and reheated multiple times-I'm sure that didn't happen but it just felt like it had. In closing, just thinking for myself, I probably would come back, but just for the coffee, will most likely skip the pastries-thats just too big of a swing and miss to come back from.

We wanted to find a coffee shop to get some work done, and Haute Coffee was on our must try list. We walked up and saw there was plenty of seating inside and outside. However, we found the inside way too cold so ended up sitting outside. They offer Yemeni & Ethiopian coffees, with some Asian influence, such as Hojicha, Dalgona, and Matcha. They had tons of pastries and even sandwiches to choose from. We got the caramel dalgona, hazelnut hojicha, and hot chocolate. For pastries we got the cheesecake, biscoff cinnamon roll, and pistachio NY rolled croissant. We enjoyed everything we got. The pastries were pretty big, but fairly expensive. The croissant was crispy, and had a good amount of filling. The cinnamon roll was a little dense but still great. We enjoyed working there but will definitely bring a sweater for next time.

First time trying this place and I wanted to try the Matcha, ordered a regular size vanilla Matcha with oat milk. Matcha tasted very well with the vanilla I would definitely recommend this place again fast service spacious seating indoor and out

I was excited to try out this coffee shop since I kept seeing it on social media but I wasn't a huge fan of it sadly. The service was quick even though it was busy and the line was growing out the door. The shop is very cutesy but so small when there are a bunch of people crammed in, kind of ruined the vibe a bit. The pastries looked good but I was still full from my breakfast so just decided to share a cake pop with my partner. We ordered two drinks and a cake pop and our total was $23! $23 for TWO drinks and ONE cake pop is honestly just ridiculous and a little outrageous! The drinks weren't even that good for the price to be that way. There's no way to even justify that price. Anyways, cute shop but definitely overhyped.

Middle Eastern-inspired coffee concept [Roseville CA] I didn't realize that this was a specialized coffee shop -- serving Yemeni and Ethiopian coffee roasts, artisanal espresso drinks, and ceremonial-grade matcha. I didn't know what to order and so I asked if they offered any beverages that wasn't "coffee" and they made me an Iced Vanilla Matcha which wasn't on the menu and tasted quite good! I paired it with a Dubai New York Croissant Roll. It was actually hard to choose which would be my first roll. Oh man, there were so many options to choose from -- eeny, meeny, miny, moe. There were plenty of seating both inside and outside. It took over the former Starbucks location in the Bel-Air shopping center (opposite Carl's Jr). The location features a comfortable, aesthetic interior meant for slow mornings (opens at 8:00a), coffee dates, or late-night hangs. They close late at midnight daily except for Sunday where they close at 10:00p Friendly customer service! Review #4049

Amazing service! Everyone working was incredibly nice. I didnt see until after I got into my car, but the baristas BEDAZZLED my drink. I thought it was the cutest thing ever and even better, the drink itself was wonderful tasting. You can tell the baristas like their jobs. Would reccomend!

I have been meaning to try Haute Coffee for a few months, but with my busy schedule, who knows when I'll make it anywhere! Today, I drove my daughter out to this area and found it to be the perfect time to stop in and treat myself for how hard I work. You would never know how beautiful it is inside unless you come in. Gorgeous lighting, modern look. Some tables has a small potted plant on them. The white backdrop behind the order/pick up counter makes for a very sleek look. The showcase next to the register was full of good looking New York Style crossiants. They're not labeled, but the girl at the register was happy to tell me about them all. On the wall next to the register, was an illuminated drink menu. I decided to try the salted caramel Matcha drink for $7.50 aaaand I wanted to try something sweet and something savory. I decided to try the Nutella New York Style crossiant and a turkey & cheese crossiants. For $27+ .. I was hoping these tasted like a slice of heaven! They offered to warm those up for me. My salted caramel matches was pretty good! It was refreshing and creamy. I liked that I had the option of what milk to use (whole, 2%, almond coconut). The turkey & cheese crossiant was served on a tiny plate... it was not good... the crossiant was chewy, the turkey was dried out, the cheese was hard and the bottom was greasy. It tasted like it was warmed up too much, and when it cooled off, that's when the croissant become chewy. Being that the layers are so paper thin, any type of moisture while being warmed up ruins those textures. After a few bites, I switched to the NY Style crossiant. The NY Style crossiant was also served on a tiny plate, was not warmed up at all, and that was also very chewy. If I was just judging on the crossiant by itself, being flakey on the outside was the only plus. It was missing that rich buttery texture. To me, a crossiant is a decadent experience... it's texture is very important because of all those layers.. I was looking forward to a light crisp outside to a soft light airy inside. It was gorgeous. A very unique quirk if you like crossiants like this. I just don't think it's for me. As I asked for a togo box for the NY crossiant, I did tell the girls behind the counter that the turkey & cheese crossiant was too chewy to eat. The turkey was dry, the cheese was hardened. They did not offer to fix it. I can see why the NY crossiant is a little expensive. These crossiants are layers upon layers upon layers... rolled up and baked. Even the center is filled with Nutella (there were other flavor options available, like strawberry and oreo for example), but it isn't worth that price if it doesn't act like a crossiant. I do not recommend getting your pastries warmed up here.

Saw this on tik tok and was super excited because of the croissant and decided to try it out! I got the Nutella croissant along with the caramel white mocha latte with whole milk and it was so good!! The drinks didn't take too long to come out and the service was good. They warmed up the croissant so it was perfect! Super cute ambiance too. Would definitely come back again!

I stopped by to try a Cherry blossom matcha a few months ago and wasn't disappointed. Finding a good matcha spot in Roseville can be a hit or miss and this place was a total hit. Their matcha's definitely appear to be high quality ceremonial grade and I would definitely return to try more of the menu.

    Pumpkin Spice Latte

I went to Haute Coffee in Roseville today for their Cars & Coffee event, and it was seriously so cool! I was actually surprised to find out they've hosted events like this before. I had visited their Elk Grove location before and followed them on Instagram, which is how I found out they host these kinds of events. I love when a coffee shop creates more than just a place to grab coffee and actually brings people together around things they enjoy. Of course, I had to grab a Pumpkin Spice Latte while I was there, and it was delicious! The cars were awesome, the coffee was great, and the atmosphere had such a fun energy. Haute Coffee is definitely more than just a coffee shop. I'm already looking forward to seeing what they do next!

Fun atmosphere, good pastries and excellent coffee - at a very high price. Well worth trying, just be prepared for pay $8 for a medium mocha or latte. The tiramisu latter is very good, and the croissants were good as well. If you don't want to pay a higher price, choose a different location, we chose this and we like and recommend it.

Best matcha is from Offbeat coffee in sac, but the double at Gu Ca Phe is just as good and has its own unique charm. Worth the price, worth the drive! Amazing. If I got it with normal sweetness, I don't think I'd love it as much. Long version: Cute little spot in an unsuspecting location. I don't live in Roseville but was here for an appointment so I stopped by since this place has been on my list. After trying dozens of matchas in Sacramento and surrounding areas, this one definitely rivals the top spot. It's a small location and the service was nice and pretty standard. They also have a kiosk so you can take extra time to scroll through the menu with photos. Not a fan of the AI artwork throughout if I'm being honest but I know it's a sign of the times. And I'm glad their drinks actually do look pretty damn close to the photos unlike other businesses. I got the regular size double matcha, less sweet. If it was regular sweetness, I don't think I'd like it as much. The matcha is good quality, seems like it was freshly handwhisked but not sure. It is strong without being astringent. The matcha cream is amazing and strong as well. You def have to love matcha to enjoy this one. It's going to be stronger than something you find at Starbucks of course. I love matcha to hit me in the face so this drink was perfect. They have the good ice, too ! A similar matcha I've tried, and is my personal #1 across dozens I've tried, is from Offbeat Coffee (x2 matcha). The interior is small but clean and brightly lit. The coffee is good but weaker than I expect when getting Vietnamese coffee. It is phin dripped, and the classic flavor is there, but less creamy texture. Traditionally the brew is very strong and mixed with condensed milk only - the ice in this instance is necessary to balance the boldness. In this coffee, between the added milk and large amount of ice, it is watered down and not the full bodied experience you would expect. Overall still a good cup, and probably the best you can get in the immediate area, but not wholly satisfying if you are seeking the traditional Vietnamese coffee flavor.

So I called my middle daughter who is still enjoying her post college mini vacation and told her to meet me there-We headed to Cafe 86 in Roseville. They are located in a little strip mall on Foothills Blvd and they have ample parking as they share a lot with other businesses. Walking in,it was a cute little shop with many tables and spots to hang out.I was mesmerized more by the vast menu of coffee drinks to choose from. My daughter ended up going with an Iced Sea Salt Coffee($3.00) and I ended up ordering an Iced Caramel Latte($6.50) As far as pastries go we got the Ube Crack Cheesecake ($5.50) The friendly gentleman working the coffee shop was great. He was the only employee and watching him take the time to be so meticulous in his coffee making skills was great. Even after delivering the drinks to us, he still checked on us to make sure we liked the taste of the drinks and if they needed any modifications like more milk or more syrup. Got to admit that was a first for me-most coffee shops just deliver the coffee drinks and that's the last you ever hear from the employees. Now for the drinks-my daughter did not like her drink at all and I knew she wouldn't. She is a 22 year old who was raised on Dutch Bros-style drinks loaded with sugar and syrups. Her drink was basically just straight coffee with some Sea Salt. Now my drink, that's a whole different story. The Iced Caramel Latte was amazeballs-it was so well made-perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness. I really enjoyed my drink-it's actually in the running as one of my Top 3 coffee drinks currently in Sacramento area. I didn't get to try the Ube Cheesecake but my daughter really enjoyed it-she is a pretty big fan of UBE anything. As a topper as we were walking out the great gentleman working the store asked us if we wanted to try another pastry free of charge-he offered us the Turon Pop Tart. I jumped at the opportunity-it tasted like sweet caramelized banana and jackfruit delivered in a flaky pastry-I'm a fan, I really enjoyed it. In closing, this place was a really cute Filipino-inspired dessert shop that makes really great coffees- My daughter enjoyed my drink so much we ended up swapping drinks. I ended up with the Sea Salt Coffee which was very enjoyable for a mature palate. They have great customer service, great coffee drinks and solid pastries-I will be back.

I picked up my drink across where I ordered and then I picked up my food from a separate place when the device they gave me buzzed. What I ordered: * Chia seed pudding $7 - coconut chia seed pudding with coconut flakes, strawberry jam, and granola. Generously stuffed into a round container. Delicious. Inspires me to make chia seed pudding at home. * Hot earl grey creme tea $4 - I added honey. Perfect balance of citrus and black tea flavors. Came in a big paper cup, but had the option of having it in a tea pot and pouring it myself. Note they have a card surcharge of 2.9%. I was able to find a comfy seat with a round table. There were a lot of people but still enough seating and not too loud inside. The music was relaxing. Loved all the natural light and cozy, earthy vibes. For fellow matcha lovers, I saw a sign they use Mizuba matcha. It was already late afternoon and I had a matcha latte earlier so I chose not to get a matcha latte. If I'm around the area and come back soon though, I'd love to try their seasonal summer offering of the coconut matcha cloud. They also had a pastry case next to the register. The savory items sounded great too, so there's lots of items I'm interested in trying from here. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice, spacious cafe to relax or do some work!

The staff here were incredibly kind and welcoming. Since it was National Boba Day, I decided to…read moretreat my team and try this spot for the first time, and I'm so glad I did. They were able to accommodate a large order of 18 drinks on short notice, which I really appreciated. They also had adorable boba keychains that I picked up for my team, which was a fun bonus. The staff was so excited that I didn't get to take a pic of the 18 drinks We ended up going back for two more drinks, and one of the staff members kindly included an extra drink for my team to bring back for me to try, it was so good Overall, I'm really impressed with the service and experience. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'm sure my team will too. Huge thank you to the staff for making my first visit such a great one!

I was then assured by the woman that the tea was non dairy, that they used a non dairy "powder" to make the drink. I had no reason not to trust her. Ten hours later, in the middle of the night, I woke up with horrible abdominal pain, headache and all the symptoms that I get if I inadvertently ingest dairy. I don't know if the woman was desperate to make a sale- we were the only customers there- or if she is truly ignorant of the ingredients in the items she sells-but rest assured I will not be returning to her shop.
