Poor service had to ask twice to have the table cleared and to bring more water. The food was ok but all four of us got our food at four different times more than five minutes till we got everyone served. Really hate restaurants that charge top dollar for their high end food and nothing lives up to the price you pay. Was very excited to try this new (to us) place because we love Asian cuisine. At first it was our very non existent server that set the tone but continued down hill. I will note we got an Indy roll that was pretty good! My SO got the teriyaki chicken and it was comparable to a frozen meal, it hardly tasted like teriyaki at all and the texture of all of it was not good. I got the ribeye and had the same problem the steak didn't taste like it even had salt or pepper on it let alone anything else. I got a side of Lo Mein since they don't sub out rice, and it was sticky and tasted like it had been cooked in maple syrup, it was very odd and not like any lo mein I've had. We were a party of six on a very busy Valentine's Day weekend. The restaurant was full and there was a very cool sushi class going on (we'll be doing that next!). Despite the full restaurant, the service was good and the food was delicious. We had several appetizers and a variety of sushi and sashimi. Went here for my first time with my girlfriend. Was an amazing experience. Super friendly staff. Great restaurant vibe. Crab Rangoon appetizer was delicious. Could be slightly crunchier but highly recommend. Entrees come with a clear or miso soup. We both got the clear soup. Some of the clear soup I've ever had. The broth was very flavorful and warm with bits of beef and onions. We got 4 sushi rolls: hiroshima, spicy salmon, jalapeño crunch, and Philadelphia roll. All were amazing! Make sure to eat the Philadelphia roll with soy to get both a savory and fresh taste, just an fyi:) crème brûlée desert. Honestly best crime brûlée I've ever had in my life. Perfectly cooked. The star of the night. Me and my girlfriend both got the Gekkeikan Cold Sake Plum, very very tasty! The server even sang to my girlfriend and he was an amazing singer. Stopped with my girl she wanted to go out somewhere nice so we tried here thought it was a fine eating establishment was greatly disappointed quality of ingredients service and price were all far from a 130$ meal for 2 Tom yum was 90% broth tail on shrimp and about 6 pieces at best much better places for yum yum about the same story with the sushi I tried and beef bulgogi couldn't bring me a scoup of rice for my soup never checked water once the mochi was decent and on a high note the octopus balls were excellent but definitely better of at a famliy restaurant all imotion crab even in the crab Rangoon that's 3x anywhere else in town was sat at an out side table with an umbrella hole in the middle and outdoor chairs no leg room there more don't want to be nit picky but with tax and the 18% service fee which doesn't include tip is absurd was a terrible experience for the money maybe the fish isn't in season but talked to staff about my experience and asked just for a discount on an order of the bulgogi so my girlfriend would at least feel better that's all that really matters to me but very unlikely I'll ever eat here again unless I'm taking out an order of octapus balls first one I've had so no idea how they rank. read more

We had an excellent meal this evening for our party of four. We had appetizers of crab rangoon, spring rolls, and seared garlic snapper. All were excellent, particularly the crab rangoon. We ordered a large sushi boat with a variety of sushi and maki rolls. All were fresh and flavorful. The server was great. Very friendly and attentive. We had a birthday to celebrate which our server asked about. Our meal ended with a nice surprise ice cream combo with our guest's name spelled out in chocolate! I always feel welcome walking into Saisaki. Everyone that works at the restaurant is so friendly and attentive! The vibe is upscale, but still casual enough that you don't need a fancy occasion to drop in. My date and I visited on Valentines Day and had a beautiful time. The restaurant itself (the building) has been around for over 30 years. It has outstanding atmosphere. Saisaki does not suffer from a shortage of people willing to work like many of the other restaurants. They are fully staffed and the service is impeccable. They have free indoor parking after 5:00PM. Went here for dinner with family. Ordered the hot pot to share for all five of us. Jayden did an excellent job answering our questions as well as serving us. Nora walked us through the particulars of the hot pot with what to put in first. Honestly, if it wasn't for Nor's mentoring we would have not had such an excellent adventure. Base broths of coconut and tomato were so flavorful to start with. As ingredients are added your individual bowls take on their unique personal flavors based on what you add as you ladle out of the main hot pot. Everything was so tasty. Mussels, shrimp, fish balls, Bok Choi, fish, calamari and the different noodles. I'm sure I am missing an ingredient or two. What a perfect choice of a dish to have a leisurely dinner with no rush. Big shout out to Saisaki. We will definitely be returning to this new found (for us) gem to experience more of the menu.
