Oh my gosh I didn't even know Saje was here . Friend was at Breitling so I decided to visit Saje which is right across the way (and next to Macy's). It's a tiny location so I wasn't expecting much . They are also limiting the amount of guests inside . A nice sales associate opened the door and asked to spray sanitizer on my hands . She then asked if I wanted to use some nice moisturizer after . Her demeanor and kindness was so familiar . I then realized I had met her before at their Utc location and she (Laura) was the same amazing associate who introduced me to all the Saje products I love so much ! It was so great to see her here at their Fashion V location. I was in a hurry but she showed me a few of their items that she knew I would have interest in . Her knowledge and ability to relate is amazing . There is no hard sales pitch . Just a genuine care about the products this place sells . Most items are quite expensive but the quality is excellent . I wanted to buy a muscle ache oil but it was out of my budget . I ended up buying a shower mitt with exfoliating factors (and soap in mitt!). The checkout was easy . And the bag they put the item in is still so cute (and reusable if you leave it in car and use it for small items). Love this store and appreciate Laura so much . As an employee at another store at the Fashion Valley mall, I stop in here quite a lot. I've been wanting to get into essential oil remedies for a while, but just hadn't yet. This Saje store just opened about a month ago, which finally convinced me to begin looking into oils! They have everything from diffusers, diffuser blends, pure essential oils (I believe they also have carrier oils), roller blends, even skin care! So far I've bought the Pocket Pharmacy ($59.95) which comes with five mini roller blends with different healing properties, and a full size roller called Moon Cycle ($19.95) for when I get killer cramps during that time of the month. I'm very pleased, and I'm looking forward to buying more! I've got my eye on a certain blend that is supposed to help with falling/staying asleep as well. The employees here have also been super helpful and patient -- I've probably worked with about four of them. (The absolute only off-putting experience I had in there was one time I did ask someone a question about the difference between two of the rollers, and she responded in a slightly condescending tone "um, the ingredients are the difference." ... Well yeah, I mean effect-wise.) However the other 3-4 times I've gone in have all gone swimmingly! Stop in and smell around, there's so much to look at! Nothing but love for Saje. I found this place last year while spending two weeks in Cali on business. It's a niche wellness shop with tons of natural oils and diffusers. They also have lines of skincare products like face wash, lotion, perfume and loads of other little goodies. They have a rewards program where you get $10 off or so once you get to a certain amount of points (100 maybe). Being from out of town that will take me quite a while so I've forgotten the specifics but if you shop here often enough it's worthwhile to look into. Staff have always been friendly and my particular favorite here is an essential oil called Gratitude that almost smells like chocolate. I love love love it. Great location in the Fashion Valley shopping area so you can eat and shop around or have coffee and make a day of it. It's always a must stop when I'm in the area and I stock up. read more

I am giving you one star because it needs to be aware that the product itself (as much as it wants to be eco-friendly, green forward etc.) does not have the best interest of the consumer/client. To be clear I like their product not love, but truthfully really do like their oils. That being said, I have a major problem with companies utilizing their eco-friendly persona as a reason to NOT help customers let alone find a solution to a problem they've technically created in regards to their product delivery. Here's the problem and something you should really really think about before buying a $75-100 plus diffuser. If the top glass/ceramic piece breaks your pretty much screwed because the diffuser will not work without it. They allow replacements but only if the whole product is malfunctioned. Right now, I have a $100 diffuser just sitting in my room without use because I can't get a top piece replacement which is needed to allow it to work properly. I've gone to both stores to be put on a waitlist and it has literally been almost a year and I still haven't received a replacement. I highly recommend anyone to only buy the oils and to never buy the diffusers. You will get screwed in the end trust me because every time you talk to them about fixing this issue their explanation is they company is eco friendly etc., which is great another reason I was proudly buying their products, but it's frustrating to see a company use an ideology to leave the customer hanging with a half working product let alone their not even cheap diffusers. If anything they are cheaply made and very very overpriced. PLEASE save yourself money and do not buy the diffusers trust me when I tell you if the top glass breaks you will be waitlisted for a really really long time. read more

Stopped by on Valentine's Day as hubby and I were out and about. What a wonderful place. We loved the diffusers and the aromatherapy misters. We purchased a small aromatic roller with peppermint and eucalyptus oil. Our salesperson was super helpful and knowledgeable. The roller has helped the hubby with his diabetic neuropathy and we've discussed getting a bigger bottle for next time as well as an aromatherapy mister. read more

This place is so amazing!! They have products to help your body naturally where you didn't even know was possible! I personally have suffered many stress-related injuries and gone to doctors and the E.R. for over a year and a half now - I only just discovered this store upon looking for a diffuser. I only wish I found it sooner! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and won't push you to spend more than what you're comfortable with. I am in love with this store, the first time I came in here I just browsed around to get an idea of which essential oil blends I really liked. My favorites are Yoga, Goddess, Tantra and Celebrate. Today, we came in to buy some essential oils, of course picked up yoga, celebrate and stress release for my diffuser. The person who greeted and helped us a lot was Ronald, so sweet and informative. I enjoyed all the recommendations he offered and was really helpful to us. He really knew the products and was really relatable. I also found out the yoga scent also came in a face body mist that I also bought. We also got the foodie kit which has breath mints, breath spray and a roller to help with stomach bloats and even cramps. I love the store, I want to try the face cleaners and moisturizer next time, since I am all about all natural ingredients. I can probably hang out in here for a long time since they have so many products and you can even test them out. I love the smell too when you enter. read more

I went here because I want to buy essential oils to remedy my stress-related conditions. I tried to research about essential oils on my own, but it's so confusing. I also read that the essential oils in big stores, drugstores, and Amazon are not 100% pure or legit. So I looked for a place that's legit and someone who could explain to me the world of essential oils. Blake greeted me warmly and gave me all the information I needed. I told her what I needed it for and she patiently explained their products to me and how it could benefit me. She did not do pressure sales. She gave me the best advice, and she let me choose what I want based on her expertise. She patiently answered my questions and showed me how their diffuser works, where to usually apply the roll-ons, etc. I think I spent a lot of time talking to her, and I could see she likes her job because she believes in how essential oils helps people. I ended up buying the diffuser, "unwind" drops, and the starter kit with 5 roll-ons. It came up to $180 with tax because of the diffuser. But the diffuser can be returned if it's malfunctioning so that makes it worth it. I'm glad that I went here. My husband was happy when he got home because he said I looked happier. He even tried the peppermint roll-on and stress reliever roll-on. He loved it! He said it was worth the investment. I'm gonna sleep now. Wonderful essential oils and natural products at fair prices. I really like Saje and the staff here is very knowledgeable. The diffusers are pretty pricey but I'm sure nicer than the cheaper ones on places like Amazon. I was initially thrown off by the price of their oils ($16.95 for 10ml of the After the Rain blend), but I was highly impressed by the quality when I used it. This is the first ever brand of essential oil I've used where the scent has stayed while using my diffuser for hours! Everything else I had usually fades within an hour or 2 but this brand stays. The sales person wanted to roll peppermint on my neck that she had rolled on other patron moments before and I chose to pass with much insistence on my part.
