The waitress and I'm assuming the manager or owner who started raising their voice and being super accusatory

HIGHLY recommend going to Sake Bomb in Cicero if you want to get hair in your food and then be asked how your dinner was and then be told you are in the wrong, or imply you are lying. The hair was in the rice and I pointed it out to the chef not once, but 2 times and he just kept it moving. I also never recieved my food, at all. Dont worry though they COMPROMISED and offered to take the stuff I never recieved off our check. So thanks for going above and beyond for us! These 2 women in the picture then came over and started raising their voice in the middle of a table and accusing us of lying and saying we "ate all the food and didn't complain until the end" except for the waitress never came back until the end... just like I guess I am in the wrong for not getting up from the table to go find the waitress to hunt down my food?! Ive never felt so gaslit in my life. Truly NOT impressed at all. We will never be back. Meet Shannon our waitress and Im assumingg the owner or supervisor who was a total douche canoe.

Service was attentive, even though it was busy. Parking was easy and location was very convenient. The sushi was good and fresh and your usual variety. Nothing unusual about the rolls but they delivered well. The rock shrimp was very good but unfortunately, inundated with the sauce. Did my best in wiping off most of it. Not the best that I have had, but certainly one of the best in Syracuse.

The first thing that I noticed when I walked in this restaurant was the smell. It was very strong & unpleasant. Floors were sticky & there were flies flying around us. At this point, I was just ready to leave but everyone I came with was hungry. Our chef & waitress was great but I just didn't feel comfortable eating there. We ordered on the hibachi side. Sadly, I was not impressed with the filet mignon portion. I did place a to go order of filet mignon for my husband & his portion was the right cut (thick & chunky). Not sure what that was all about. I do have to say that my food was seasoned better than my husband's to go order. His filet mignon was very bland. Overall, service was great but this place is definitely not somewhere I would come to again.

It was delish per norm! Hubby and I went for lunch hibachi and the price is amazing. The portions are huge. The customer service is great and if you like hibachi like me this is a perfect choice. It's pretty big and accommodates just about any party size. I am incredibly full from lunch and I took a whole plate to go. We shared fried ragoons for an app. Must go-

This is my favorite sushi spot in the area. The fish is always really fresh and you can get get pretty good deals during lunch time. The service is good as well. Today we got the Sushi Lovers Boat for our anniversary. It was more than enough food and super pretty. We always come back!

Good place if you're looking for hibachi and other options! I've come for both just a sit down dinner to get sushi and for hibachi. There are SO MANY options for the different types of rolls they offer and you honestly can't go wrong with any of them. I personally love the crazy salmon and the spicy girl (spicy tuna). I've also gotten their drunken noodles to go which was nice and flavorful, although I would've liked it to be a bit spicier but I like my food spicy.

I have been to this place a few times and have always enjoyed it. Wanted to give habochi a try since I haven't been since covid. This is one of the only places around still doing habochi. The set up is interesting. We were sat with another family, and instead of spacing out, there was plexy glass barrier between us and the other family. We got sushi: the California roll and the spider crab which was good. We both got the combo habochi of chicken and filet mignon which was yummy as always. The meal comes with: salad, soup, veggies, fried rice or noodles, 2 shrimp and your choice of meat. You also get two sauces for dipping: ginger and yumm yumm sauce! (Love this stuff). There is so much food it definitely is enough to take home. Only suggestion would be for the restaurant to do a little more cleaning between guest, I think they should take the time to wipe the chairs down too between guest.

I had the Seafood Alexander (amazing). Their steaks were tender and delicious. The service was top notch. The Owner, Charlie, came around to the tables to check on us. We made reservations at the last minute, so we ended up in the "overflow" room, which was in a seperate room from the main restaurant. I would suggest if you go with younger kids (which we did) you book this area. The Ambience in both areas was great. We walked through the main restaurant which was dimly lit and had music. Perfect for a well deserved, relaxed evening. The Overflow room was more lit and quiet, for a relaxed evening with conversation. We're looking forward to another night out there!

I am compelled to leave an honest and disappointing review…read more As with many in the area at graduation, we were looking for a place to have a great meal and we were excited to learn about a steakhouse that was super attentive and provided quality and well cooked meals. We were extra excited by what seemed to be their signature dish, steak and mashed potatoes. Well, we had an 8pm reservation, which to me is normal time, but seems to be like a last seating for this restaurant. The place was full upon entering but emptied out quickly during our meal experience. It was just our immediate family of 4. Started with cocktails and proceeded to order the seafood trio app, which was good. Wedge salad, which was also good. Had a nice waitress who had a good sense of humor. The rest went downhill. We all ordered different types of steaks and 3 of 4 medium rare, one NY Strip medium. Ordered a side of Brussel sprouts and some other accompanying sauces. All 3 steaks came out in variations of well done - gross! On an even more disappointing note, we were told there is no more mashed potatoes, which is why we chose this place, and then told only 2 baked potatoes, so we had to decide who gets it and who doesn't. A TERRIBLE thing to happen at a steak restaurant, in addition to ruining what seemed to be quality steaks. The Brussel sprouts came out overly well done drenched in their sauce. Bite into any of them and they were totally deflated and not good. We couldn't even eat it. The waitress came back and asked how things were... my wife's fillet was so over cooked the waitress even agreed and offered to remake. By this time it was almost 9:15 and she lost her appetite. The three of us just didn't mention how ours were because it would have just caused chaos that none of us wanted. We NEVER send back food, but in this case, hers was insanely overcooked. We asked to have it removed from the bill, which they did. Regardless, we dropped $430, including a $70 tip (because I am generous... waitress should have done a lot more for us when noticing the quality of what was served to us) for the 4 of us, with only 3 main meals. Just a real poor experience. I'm hoping this was just an isolated happening, but completely upset it happened to us for my daughter's graduation, son's 25th Bday and our 27th Anniversary. All that weekend. Advice to owner: please ensure you have enough product for your reservations. We were not walk-ins. Then, listen to the customer's request for how they prefer their steaks to be cooked and serve as ordered. 8pm reservation should not make a difference from a 6pm. I'm just really disappointed and wish we went to Ts instead, but liked the idea of smaller and more intimate.

Love the rustic Adirondack Cabin Vibe, first time I noticed The Legend of LongHorn portrayal. Friendly and attentive service. The dragonfruit Margarita sweet and sour with a fruity twist, large pour and enough to share. Both steaks cooked perfectly to order, loved the blue cheese crust! My daughter loves Molten Lava Cakes and was not disappointed! She has decided this is her new favorite Steakhouse, she preferred this meal over TR! My daughter and I arrived around 545 on a Saturday and were able to score a booth with no wait. Our booth was in a very bright area and the restaurant was crowded. Service was spot on throughout the meal very short wait time. Love the dragonfruit margarita, I didn't see any new cocktails that would sway my decision. Warm fresh bread, and salad quickly were served along with waters. The vegetables are very finely chopped in the salad, you can't avoid your not so favorites. Unfortunately both of our 6oz steaks ordered medium rare were served severely undercooked. We pondered if we would be ill from consuming undercooked meat. Unfortunately the next mishap is my daughter gnawing on a sharp plastic piece hidden in the Mac cheese took presidence over the undercooked steaks. We thought it was glass initially and were just happy she was not injured. Management was notified and apologetic offering replacement, and comped her meal. She opted out of any replacement, and we were both put off by the incident and undercooked steaks. I took most of my meal to go. Loved the margarita and great service! Unfortunately the food was a complete miss this visit! This is why I usually avoid restaurants during peak hours.

As always, I thoroughly enjoyed the bread and butter. It is SO good! I ordered the chopped steak which I hadn't enjoyed in more than a decade. It didn't disappoint and is still as tasty as I recall. I paired my steak with the strawberry pecan salad. This proved to be an excellent choice. It was a very generous portion and delicious. My siblings ordered steaks and enjoyed their meals too. The dining room as well as the restroom were clean and our overall experience was positive. Finally, this location is easy to get in and out of and has ample parking.

Upon entering, the restaurant has a very dated, 1970s-style atmosphere. While some may find that nostalgic, it felt more worn than classic. We were seated quickly, which was a good start, but the issues began with the food. The bruschetta was not what we expected--it resembled more of a flatbread pizza than a traditional bruschetta. My wife ordered a butterflied filet cooked medium well with a lobster tail and a Caesar salad (no anchovies). Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and lacked flavor, and the lobster tail didn't seem particularly fresh. The Caesar salad was average at best. I ordered the prime rib medium, which also missed the mark. The temperature and seasoning were inconsistent, and it didn't have the rich, tender quality you'd expect from a steakhouse with this kind of reputation. Service was acceptable but not memorable--nothing particularly wrong, but nothing that stood out either. Overall, while we were hopeful going in, the quality of the food didn't justify the price. With some improvements to both the menu execution and atmosphere, this could be a much better experience, but as it stands, it was disappointing.
