Service and food was amazing 5/5 ! We had came in late not knowing when the closed but they still sat us and were so nice about us coming in still despite them closing down. We ordered and got our food promptly with no problems. Michael was so sweet and accommodating to our needs, every time he would bring something new that we ordered he would kindly remind us that the kitchen was closing and offered us many times to get as much as we wanted before it closed, even bringing out extra stuff and giving us more options the whole time. He kept telling us it was no worries and he just wanted us to enjoy our food and take as much time as we needed. The food was amazing everyone loved every dish as it was all very fresh and delicious. Worst dining experience ever!!! Very disappointed this was our 3rd time and last time. Couldn't even feed my family of 5 within the hour, kids left still hungry. The wait was long for each roll, we had a total of 7 rolls and our other rolls we ordered never came. Our waitress magically disappeared, saw her a total of 2x and never again. Service was horrible, felt like they were ignoring and avoiding us, not making eye contact and walking fast past us. Was tempted to walk out many times. We didn't even get our check we had to walk to the front to pay the cashier. Don't waste your time and money here $130 down the drain and still have to go elsewhere to feed my family. read more

The food here is amazing, for an all you can eat. Made fresh and not of a sushi boat. The service however is horrible. Twice I've been and both times the person I was with didn't get their food until after I was done, or the rest of the table was done. We had to order it multiple time ls and then the staff proceeded to get angry at us and started throwing our food down on the table as if we had done something wrong. All you can eat sushi, with a time limit of 2 hours, a decent selection of basic rolls, made with the 10-15 different proteins, and the usual line up of "specialty" rolls, a good selection of sushi, and a limited but well rounded selection of sashimi. Appetizer selection is limited, which makes sense. No having to walk through a buffet line, and ordering off of an easy to read well organized menu is a genius option making the dreaded wait for the line to go down fear a non-issue. The removal of the glass partitions, and muted blues, tans, browns and beige lend a softer, more intimate date night rather than family dinner night feeling ambiance. Pleasant wait staff, though, to me, they seemed to be very much on "high alert", which is good, if we needed something, they were extremely easy to get a hold of and it did not seem to matter if they were not the staff member originally assigned to your table. However, they were also not very personable, and, were not able to answer some questions I had when I was attempting to clarify a couple of ingredients and proteins. All in all, even with the previous establishments bench seating still in place, the majority of the "specialty rolls being on the "spicy/hot" list and at least one roll that should have been listed as "spicy/hot" but was not, and, despite the name, there are no spirits being served, Sake is absolutely 100% worth the price for the all you can eat. Be aware, any thing your order as all you can eat but don't finish will be charged as a separate dish at the Ala cart menu price. read more

The service there is peak though but the ambiance is kinda weird! It's basically the old iHop building and nothing like a fancy sushi restaurant! The appetizer menu looked great so we decided to give it a try since wife was not in the mood for sushi. Out of 4 things we ordered, nothing was fresh made and tasted like something out of my freezer. The vegetable tempura was the worst. Was there for 3 hours didn't get much for the price appetizers two or three items per appetizer. Came in with the large group so that was hard to share when they didn't give you enough. Each roll took about 20 minutes to make. Definitely not going back. Watched a staff member get yelled at right in front of us not very good customer service. Just a heads up I guess they have a 90 minute time limit to eat the food that you ordered and if you don't finish your food they charge you a la carte for the items that you do not eat. read more

Sushi was okay. Customer service was okay. We arent the needy kind of ppl who wants service asap. Had better sushi elsewhere. Paid our bills and left. We just got to our car and the waiter came running to us that we forgot to tip them ??? Demanding us to tip them?? We did not eat over $80 worth of sushi. Told my husband to give them a tip. The wait time for a party of two at 8pm on a Friday night was just under 30 minutes, not too bad considering the car line for burgers next door stayed clear down the entire street all night. We stayed at the hotel across the street & Sake stayed busy all night. The drink menu is limited to soda, lemonade & tea, no beer or wine etc. The staff were very friendly, some knew the menu better than others but all stopped to take your order if you looked ready for another round. The rolls were good but not amazing, I felt like a lot of the rolls tasted alike, it did feel a bit repetitive flavor wise. The Jalapeño popper appetizer however was delicious! We had 3 orders of them, they were that good. The miso soup was good, the calamari wasn't good; it was extremely over cooked and too heavy on the breading. The Kani Salad wasn't my favorite, it was covered in Panko & I wasn't a fan the sauce was too sweet. An Uzu sauce and wedge of lemon, without panko and it would be really good. Our favorite roll was the Sake Roll, next was Chico Roll, least favorite was the Pacific Roll, the sauce didn't have much flavor and it was covered in it, made it heavy and bland. I would happily come back for the lunch AYCE, as I feel that price point matches the quality a bit better and the individual table light ambiance at night was a little intense lol a low watt might be in order there. read more
