Came back approximately 6 months later. Man what happened? Maybe change in management or cooks? The pho looks different and the beef slices are so much worse. See pictures. The broth I think tastes the same so that's good. However, I noticed that the beef slices were so much tougher and dryer now. Previously, the slices were thin and slightly rare when coming out so they weren't over done. Now, the cuts are thick and chunky and much tougher to chew. Interestingly, they just dump the cilantro into the soup directly rather than have it on the side for you to garnish. They still provide a sizable pieces of tripe, which I like. The tendon is smaller and not as big chunks as before. Sadly, I left a bit disappointed. I might try again in another couple of months to see if they return to the previous level of quality. read more

The food is extremely affordable and so fast and fresh. I'd said better priced than pho bonsa. Not as much meat but when they are closed at such odd times this place will always have ur back. Don't eat here. My husband and I got food poison for 4 days. My little toddler has it worst more than a week and half. Also flys in the restroom. So gross. Lastly found a small piece of hair in my soup. Not sure it's from the beef tripe or the old man cooking in the back. With no hair net probably. I ask for scissors and the handles so nasty. Pho isn't bad, but the Bahn Mi is a failure.. it misses the mark badly. A great Bahn Mi needs some critical things: Light-crispy baguette style roll Pickled radish/carrot slaw with a little cilantro for brightness and jalapeno slices Savory protein with Vietnamese flavors - lemongrass, fish sauce, chili.. Spread - doesn't have to be traditional pate' but a lime & Magi season mayo is a good start, even a jalapeno sauce is great. I love bold flavors and like to support local businesses, sadly the sandwich here can't be recommended yet. I don't even know where to begin. This was by FAR the worst experience and food and service I have ever had . First off the waitress who was a tweeker who could not get our order correct. Then I heard her tell back we kept changing it . Wtf Not the case as we literally just talking about our options and making a decision. I should have known as she was wearing slides with no socks while working in the restaurant. Cussing by my kids . The food was horrible . I really wish I could say something positive but there was nothing positive , if that was not enough , they still could not get our order correct and was super rude . I've only ordered over the phone and picked up at the restaurant but they are always pleasant over the phone and great when I go into the restaurant to pick up my order. My typical order is either their chicken pho or wonton soup with cream cheese wontons on the side.
