I said why did I pay $70, and both ladies looked at each other and said yea like they played dumb. I said where on this menu shows $70 each? They couldn't answer me. I was upset waiting for the longest time. Massage sucked. Then over charge me when clearly the menu had pricing on the wall. I will never come back. Don't go here- go somewhere else. The lobby had mininal decor and a lack of seating, but the setup in the massage room was clean and comfy, with soft instrumental music playing in the background. Staff provided friendly and professional service. And though we forgot to bring cash, we were able to add a tip to our credit card payment, with an extra fee of $2 for the charge. The massage was great. My masseur applied deep pressure the entire time, took care of the knots in my back and shoulders, and brought relief to my arms as well. He also did a thorough job on my legs, especially my calves and shins, again with strong pressure and technique. The massage did not include work on my feet nor head. My boyfriend's masseuse did a decent job too, though he noted that it felt a bit rushed, with no focused attention on any part of the body. All in all, we were happy with our experience at Zen Wellness.

She wanted to be paid BEFORE the massage which irritates me, but I paid her. I paid by credit card, and was relieved to see that there was no place to add a tip, since it makes even less sense to tip before a service. Anyway, got in the room, seemed pretty standard that way. Not excessively clean or dirty. The owner was the one that came to give the massage. At some point, someone else came in, so she left for a minute to attend to them. That was also not great obviously. The massage itself was pretty top notch. She found all my problem areas quickly without me saying anything. She adjusted her pressure to what I asked for. So that part was great. But about halfway through the massage, I kept feeling little cold wet drops land on me every couple of mins or so. I'm pretty certain it was her sweat, which of course totally grossed me out. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass her... but ewe The other part of my review is total speculation on my part, so take it with a grain of salt... To be clear, no one offered ME any "special services," but I'm female, so that makes sense. But let's just say it would not shock me if in the future this place got busted for sex trafficking.
