Ask if they have the birds eye chili in fish sauce available on the side. Fish sauce smells very fishy so be prepared for that. Order your dish, medium, and have them bring that chili mixture on the side. Add as much little that as you wish. You will enjoy the burn in your mouth and the sweat on your forehead.
