After checking in, we never had to wait long before we are called in. The office itself is very clean and kid friendly. I was honestly amazed at the office size. My daughter has had a few cleanings as well as one cavity fill here. Her cavity fill was fast and thorough and the one who did it was very informative and worked with her to make sure she was comfortable the entire time. Afterwards, they always let her have a lollipop (very on brand of course) and a balloon of her choice. Other than that, we've always had a positive experience here. Considering most kids are afraid if the dentist, they ensure to educate and make the experience comfortable for both parents and kids. I'd highly recommend the office!

Totally valid, and agreed to schedule after school was out. We schedule for 6/22. So far so good. 6/11, the office calls and says your insurance is invalid. Impossible, so I confirm the insurance. They don't have the updated one. Then I was told we need to reschedule due to not enough time to get insurance approval etc. Not my finest moment, I made a lot of arrangements to take that day off, have an additional day off, and get babysitting arrangements in order. I absolutely used my stern voice and said we have 11 days before the surgery, figure it out. Fast forward to 6/22, today. We get a call at 9 am the surgery got pushed back to 11 am. No worries, we can adjust our time. Ok we come in at 1100, sign papers and waiting for our turn. It's been 1 hour and 10 minutes since the time we needed to be here and the surgery start time. NOT 1 PERSON HAS APPROACHED ME TO PROVIDE AND UPDATE ON THE DEALY. I asked about an update 20 minutes ago. They've spoken to every single person here besides me. I am Muslim, and the only Muslim here. Did my mind automatically go there, absolutely! Why? Because no one is coming to talk to us. NO ONE. After today, we are never coming to any of the locations. We have a dental HMO plan and unfortunately, there are almost no pediatric practices that accept it, so we were cash pay. However, this place is pretty reasonable cash prices. It was $135 for my older daughter, and babies under 18 months get their first visit complimentary. It was slightly cheaper than a couple other nearby places, and the reviews were very positive so I decided to try it. The waiting room is small but very neat and tidy. The aesthetic is cute, and they have a few toys for kids but it's not crazy or cluttered. It's actually better that way since kids are just drawn to one or two toys instead of overwhelmed by the options. We were called back shortly after we checked in, and it wasn't very crowded that day when we went. My older daughter laid on the exam chair and they have TVs on the ceiling so she got to watch a show, which she was pleased with. The hygienist and the dentist were both great. They were informative without being patronizing, and they respected my parenting choices and offered advice that fell within the scope of my choices. For example, continuing to breastfeed my young toddler (14 months old) at nighttime does increase the risk of cavities, but they informed me that they understand the benefits of breastfeeding and that the risk increases primarily after 18 months, which was helpful to know. Another example is we discussed fluoride vs. non-fluoride toothpaste. We had been using non-fluoride especially when we have to brush teeth on the go (like trying to be on time to school), so they said if we don't do fluoride every time, then doing it at the nighttime brushing is the most helpful time of day to kill the most bacteria. I appreciated that their advice was realistic and balanced enough to recognize that parents weigh many factors when making parenting decisions, and not all decisions are 100% about good dental hygiene. For my toddlers appointment they mainly wanted to inspect her teeth, do a quick brush and apply fluoride, but it was very short. They had me hold her on my lap face up and just worked on her there. Of course my toddler screamed the entire time, but they worked fast and were sympathetic but not shocked by the behavior. Seems like they have a lot of experience! I initially wanted to trust your doctors and staff and believed that the information I was given regarding my mother's treatment and insurance benefits was accurate. However, I now have serious concerns about the information provided to me by your insurance coordinator regarding my mother's benefits. Based on what I was told, we proceeded with the treatment and paid $1,350 out of pocket. If prior authorization or verification with the insurance company was required before beginning treatment, that should have been clearly explained and handled before we proceeded. Instead, I feel that we were given incorrect information and were left responsible for a substantial out-of-pocket payment. What makes this even more concerning is the fact that your office has repeatedly delayed providing the official receipt for that payment. At any professional medical or dental office, a patient should be able to obtain documentation of a payment without repeatedly calling, texting, and following up.
