I have been a regular for a couple of years and have tipped anywhere between 20 to 50% of my services so I'm not sure what I could've done wrong from a customer perspective to deserve this treatment.

When I arrived, she told me that my appointment was scheduled for the next day at 1:30. Even though there was a mix up, she was still able to accommodate my appointment which I appreciated. The staff was very nice, and it was a very quiet place. Fiona did my nails and she did amazing. She really paid attention to detail and shaped my nails perfectly. I got a new acrylic set with french tips. The tips came out perfectly even. The prices were standard, but the service was great. They have a cash discount for over $50 where you get $2 off as well. My total came to $68. If you are looking for a new nail place that's not too crowded, great service and a great finished product this is the place to go! I also received a member point system card.

I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in. The staff were very welcoming and the spa was very clean inside. The jello pedicure is exactly how it sounds. I put my feet in jello!! It was so soft and squishy and it really made my feet feel good. A whole new spa pedicure experience. I enjoyed being asked during everything if the water temperature was okay and if everything else was okay. It's always nice to be checked on to make sure the client is comfortable. I spoke with the owner, Elsa, about the issue, but they still wanted to charge me extra for something that the Groupon advertisement says is included. Customers should not have to pay additional fees for a service that is clearly listed as part of what they already purchased. I would recommend confirming every charge beforehand.
