My first trip here, I recalled they were juicy and flavorful. This time some pieces were so dry that I could have choked. I hate wastefulness and wanted to eat more, but wound up tossing about a fourth of my container. My husband's wings had some kind of glaze but the wings themselves lacked seasoning. This all was about $30, so it wasn't a cheap eat at all to be tasting the way it did. My husband picked up the order and said the staff were cussing loudly, complaining about their pay while another staff member was on her phone. He was shocked by the lack of professionalism. He also said there was no soap in the bathroom for customers. This really surprised me because I thought the staff there was great when I last went and the facilities were prepped and clean. This feedback is not to be hurtful to the business, especially not a unique Black business like this that I want to see thrive.
