Their Chicken Fried Steak was perfectly fried with a tender interior. The sausage gravy on top was savory and creamy. Anywhere that has a good Chicken Fried Steak is a win for me! Kudos to the cooks for frying my hash browns just the way I like. It had a golden brown exterior and was extremely crispy. I haven't been to U.S. Egg in a very long time and, with so many breakfast eateries around the area, there is a lot of competition.
