Chicken doesn't even look real. So pale and chewy. Gross...

Did you guys change your chicken recipe? I used to be obsessed with your salads but the last couple times the chicken has been yellow color and chewy ... very gross .. also tomatoes were spoiled . Not sure if it's just this location and/or if I'll try again I had to toss it..

Buffalo Chicken Salad, BBQ Ranch Wrap, Mango Green Tea, and Frozen Strawberry Lemonade
    Eric H.

I have always seen these miniature stores pop up all across the valley but have yet to try. Decided to choose a healthier alternative for lunch instead of the usual greasy fast food and found this newly opened joint. I placed a mobile order for a Buffalo Chicken Salad, BBQ Ranch Wrap, Mango Green Tea and a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. All orders were conveniently packaged and ready at arrival. The salads and wraps are made-to-order with fresh and organic ingredients. Majority of there items could also be substituted to become either vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free. I liked the option to customize your order however you desire for those selective eaters like myself. You can choose to have it with chicken or tofu with a variety of endless toppings, cheeses and dressings. Each salad and wrap cost $5.74 and drinks were only $1.00, super affordable and the portions are abundant. The marinate on the Buffalo Chicken was tender and delicious. The Thai Peanut dressing was creamy and the Chipotle BBQ Ranch tasted great with the wrap. I am extremely pleased with the fast service, quality and nutritious ingredients.

I have eaten here a few times and every time I have it I really enjoy it. I get the BBQ Ranch Wrap, but with no pico (I'm not a huge tomato fan). Everything in the wrap is always fresh. The use a good spring mix in this wrap. The strawberry lemonade is a perfect match with this lunch. For the price I'd the wrap and drink it's cheaper then other places for lunch, and it's filling. I will continue to come here for my lunches or dinners since I work right down the street.

I've never regretted a single visit to salad and go. The quality and quantity vs price is unmatched. Breakfast burrito? Hell yeah. Salad? You're making the best choice of your day. Cold brew? We don't even know the other place across the parking lot that charges 4x more for less. The fact there's one less than a mile from my place ensures at least a weekly visit. I almost always order via the app so I can go through the special window because it validates my existence.

    Where's my egg? Cobbish salad.

This place is so good! Fresh salads, delicious wraps and Lemonade. The price point can not be compared to any other "fast food" salad.

I was down here for a week. After the first visit, this was my place for breakfast. Every morning, I was greeted with a great attitude. Can't remember everybody's name, but everybody I met just felt like they wanted to serve me,everything was great ambience was excellent. Well, it's 17 June had come back to get stitches out of course US Egg was the first place I came for breakfast. Madeline was our waitress, what a great attitude. Thank you for chasing the chickens and the pigs for us. We feel special. We'll be back for our last check up in July. Looking forward to seeing you all again. I can't believe you guys got negative reviews, your five star all the way, thanks. We'll see you soon.

My family placed our order and our plates came out fairly quickly. While their prices are slightly higher than other breakfast places, they make it up in the quality of their food. I like how expansive their menu is with options to choose a mix and match. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, and it came with sausage gravy, two eggs, hash browns, and toast. Their Chicken Fried Steak was perfectly fried with a tender interior. The sausage gravy on top was savory and creamy. Anywhere that has a good Chicken Fried Steak is a win for me! Kudos to the cooks for frying my hash browns just the way I like. It had a golden brown exterior and was extremely crispy. I haven't been to U.S. Egg in a very long time and, with so many breakfast eateries around the area, there is a lot of competition. I forgot how great their food and service is and will be back more often.

We sat down and looked at the menu, we were greeted by our waitress shortly after and got our drinks right away. We took a minute and she came back around and took our order. The wait for our food was maybe 20? minutes or so, even with big crowds of 6+ families already seated and eating before us. Food: The food was the kicker for me. I woke up craving a chicken fried steak and that is exactly what I got. Finished every bit of it and was so happy with it that i'm thinking about the next day! My partner got a 5 egg omelette and was very satisfied with it as well. The biggest and best part of the dishes though were the crispy potatoes!!! I would go back for the potatoes alone because of how great they were. This breakfast was exactly what I wanted. Ambiance: Everyone who worked there seemed so cohesive and friendly. Operating like a well oiled machine! I noticed during being seated that one of the chairs was wobbly and told our waitress and she fixed it right away. We also asked if there was a military discount at check out, which there was not but they do serve free breakfast on 9/11! I would recommend this to anyone who is craving a hearty, locally owned restaurant in north/west phoenix. I'm located centrally and the drive was only about 14ish minutes or so.

Definitely a local neighborhood spot. You could tell there were a bunch of regulars hanging out, eating breakfast, talking with the staff, and just enjoying the morning. The service was awesome. Our server was super friendly, sociable, and made you feel welcome. I'd give her a 10/10 just for the service and personality. Now the food... I ordered one of the big breakfast plates, and when it came out, I was like, damn, that's a lot of food! But it was really good and definitely worth the money. You're not leaving this place hungry. Next time, unless I'm starving, I'll probably go with one of the smaller breakfast plates. But for a good old-school breakfast, good portions, fair prices, and great service, you really can't beat it. Good little local find. Go check them out!

Annoying, honestly. But we walked around Home Depot next door to kill the time. We sat outside and were disappointed most of the chairs had not been cleaned (almost all of them had some bird poop on them), but we managed to find two chairs that were clean. The chairs themselves are not comfortable, though, and I would be remiss if I didn't warn my thick thigh/bigger hipped girlies to let you know they have wire bucket chairs that can be very uncomfortable to sit in. All that said, the food was good! The service was also good. We enjoyed our coffees which were very good, shared an apple pastry warmed up that was very flavorful and fresh, and shared a high protein egg white plate all very tasty. Would we come back? Maybe. Also: how are you called the black and white cafe and don't have a black and white cookie?! Seems like a huge missed opportunity there! Overall, the dining experience outside was less than desirable with the dirty tables and chairs. Also them not serving food when they opened seems like a mismanagement issue. But the food was good (so perhaps we would recommend sitting inside rather than outside).
