We went when the first opened so hopefully the have worked out the issues. They were not trained on making substitutions or additions, the dining room was slow to be cleaned and they were just overall overwhelmed. The staff was very apologetic and kind so that made the service issues slight more bearable. The food was awful. Bland. Bland. Bland. And cold. My hubby and I said we would come in to support the neighborhood business and grab a pie next time. The pies looked delicious but we did not try one.

My first visit to this burger haven. The burgers are Giant and dressed out as an old fashioned 1952 hamburger All of the ingredients are fresh and generous. If the burger is larger than your appetite choose the sliders. Chili hot dog looked amazing. Breakfast is served All Day . One - Three Egger plates with hash browns, toast, bacon, and pancakes. Deserts are noteworthy Pies and Cheesecakes made fresh daily Located on Beltline between I-30 and Hwy 80 near Town East Blvd If you're a burger devotee make this a priority. See you there soon

Typical fast food place on the inside. Had the patty melt and it didn't wow me. Was okay. Onion rings have a lot of breading on them. Okay but nothing earth shattering. Chili again was fine but nothing I'm going to rush back for. Overall an underwhelming visit not giving me any reason to come back for lunch again. There are better places around Mesquite.

New burger place in Sunnyvalle. It is sure to become a local favorite. Nice modern atmosphere with a great display of their pies. We ordered 3 burgers, fries, and rings. Plus drinks and 2 kids meals. All for under $60. They serve burgers and breakfast. The burgers were good. And the kid pancakes were huge.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a drink. All I can say is delicious!! The food was hot until the very last bite. I'm picky about lettuce & tomato on a burger. They use iceberg lettuce, not the lettuce that wilts. The people are very nice. Next on to try the pies!!

Kids sliders, which I was told are the exact sliders they use for the adult meals

The service was a bit off because I had to wait several minutes to get someone to take my order. Got a pie sample and the pie is mid at best. The crust isn't anything special just barely cooked frozen pie crust. Yet a basic slice is about $6 and I can get a quality slice in a Dallas Pie shop like Humble Simply Pies for the same price. This place is not set up for families to enjoy a meal. The kids meals are completely al a carte. You pay $5-6 for flat cheeseburger sliders or a regular size plain hot dog. If you want fries it's an additional $3. If you want drinks for the kids it's also an additional cost and the cup size is 20-30 oz. Which isn't suitable for a kid or small child only a teen or up . My meals for my kids were actually more than Chick Fil A. My burger was good but overall this isn't a place I'd prefer to come back to.

I go there right at 12:00 and avoided the rush that came in right as I walked out, lol. The owner himself waited on me and helped me with my order. The place is so clean and clearly a great place to hang out if you aren't just wanting to eat. One side is a small bar area - but not too small - complete with a jukebox! TV screens are placed in good spots. The owner chatted about their history and I was interested in the history of Mesquite. A lady brought out my meal and took the time to smile at me, such a change from places that are in such a rush. My son loves it and now I'm a fan. You must check out this local-owned charming place! Food is so fresh!

I went there for my birthday specifically to take on the "Toddzilla Challenge"--only to find out after finishing it that the challenge no longer exists. A total of four of us ordered it, and at no point did the cashier or waitress inform us that the challenge was discontinued. The Toddzilla is still on the menu, and there's even a wall dedicated to past winners, making it seem like the challenge was still active. So, we did what any competitive eater would do--we finished every last bite, expecting to earn our place on the wall and a commemorative t-shirt. Instead, we were met with a shrug and told, "Oh yeah, that challenge isn't a thing anymore." Talk about false advertising! The biggest issue? We specifically ordered four massive $22 burgers designed not to be finished, under the assumption we were taking on a legit challenge. If the staff had simply told us beforehand, we might have reconsidered. But nope--we were left in the dark. As for the food? It was... meh. The Toddzilla is just three beef patties with three slices of cheese--no sauce, no toppings, nothing. Just dry meat and bread. Fortunately, we asked for mayo, which helped a little, but without ketchup, mustard, pickles, or onions, it was a struggle to get through. Honestly, I think this place only gets good ratings because it's a bar. And let's be real--when alcohol is involved, food tends to get rated better than it actually is. If you're looking for a good burger, there are far better spots out there. Huge disappointment. *Poor *Decent *Ok *Good *Great *Best *JLFoodie Certified Prices. Ok Food. Good Service. Poor Cleanliness. Great Consistency. Great Variety. Good Value. Ok
