I usually love salad and go. Genuinely I go there as an alternative any time I want something fast food related. What's great is you can customize it, right? I understand a lot of people might find this funny but I enjoy the Cobb salad with no egg. It has everything else I want- avocado, tomato's, bacon, and blue cheese dressing. Truly I just don't enjoy hard boiled eggs that's from anywhere other than my own house. So I attempt to order without, I asked once in the drive through and confirmed at the end of ordering, then confirmed twice (once at payment, once at grabbing salad) that there would be no egg. For some reason, almost every single time, THERE IS A HARD BOILED EGG! I actually got photo proof of it with my order stamp too. I'm sorry but after confirming FOUR TIMES that I did not want an egg, just to find one, I am honestly slightly worried about the mental wellbeing of salad and go employees. Are they okay? Do they need an extra break? Some water? I hope they are alright because I am not sure how otherwise this can be missed so many times I don't even care that they are out of tomato's, the few times they've been out of certain ingredients (not often!!) I'm extremely disappointed with our experience at Salad and Go today. While in the drive-through, an employee repeatedly and loudly mocked my four-year-old daughter by saying "I don't want a salad" over and over while preparing food -- loud enough for us to clearly hear it at the window. It was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. She's a child. Regardless of the situation, mocking a young customer -- especially loud enough for the family to hear -- is unacceptable behavior in any customer service environment. After we left, I called the store to file a complaint since there were only two employees working at the time. The female employee answered the phone and identified herself as the shift lead. I explained the situation to her. She sounded very nervous and said it would be addressed, but I honestly don't feel confident that it will be. On the other hand, the gentleman who was at the window and took our order was very kind and understanding while we were there, and I do want to acknowledge that. I understand working in food service can be stressful, but kindness and professionalism should still be the standard. This interaction left a really bad impression, and I hope management takes it seriously so no other family has a similar experience. read more

These workers at Salad and Go need professional training. When this location opened up I was so happy. I love a good salad! But as time went on the lettuce got water logged. They don't dry it off and they dump the heavy ingredients right on it. Then they started leaving out ingredients. One time it was brussel sprouts. Another time it was hard boiled egg. No more cheese. Another time there was missing avocado. There's not much to the salad to begin with so missing ingredients is the whole meal. They will compensate for their errors but today was the worst. My husband took a cab there. I had called in advance to say he'll be a little late. When my husband arrived I was shocked to see two lettuce salads with cranberries and nuts as my dinner. I'm not a rabbit. I called up and evidently they were out of many items. Well you just don't leave out items for someone's order without telling them! You ask your customers if they want to substitute them. They had two opportunities to ask us if we want to substitute for something else and they didn't bother. They did apologize afterwards hence the 2nd star. But apologizing and repeating the mistakes again is not a sincere apology. I have no dinner tonight. Their headquarters really needs to investigate this location because it went from good to soggy horrid. Update: I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 1. I gave Salad and Go one last chance and this time they didn't have avocados or pecans. There was no place to write in for any substitutes. I basically had a lettuce and cranberry salad. Just not fun. Have to say this is a go to spot for me. The food is always fresh and it is reasonably priced. The Cobb salad is full of different items. I also love the Caesar salad. Thank goodness they brought back soup. It is one of my favorites even in 100 degrees. The only thing I am not crazy about is the drinks and that is a personal preference. I do not like sweet drinks. So the cucumber water they sell is second to none! I highly recommend everyone give it a try. It s absolutely delicious. That being said, the service they offer is so quick, and the quality is so good you wonder how they do it all. We always order the Cobb salad with chicken and the Jalapeño and chicken salad. It's unfortunate I have to rate this place a one star because I'm a regular and I truly love how great this food tastes here at Salad and Go but I encountered a very bad experience here back in April. I'm posting this here now since for some reason my review didn't post on Google. So unfortunately as soon as I got home, I realize that my two BBQ ranch dressings were missing which I wasn't too upset about because I understand that accidents do happen. But I drive back through the drive thru and tell the girl who also took my order earlier that they forgot my ranch dressing (not being specific about BBQ). Then as I'm at the window the gentleman hands me a normal ranch dressing and I tell him that I actually had asked for two BBQ ranches in my order since I had purchased two snack packs. So he goes back to swap it out and I hear in the back the girl who had taken my order earlier cuss multiple times and yell "he said ranch not f**king BBQ ranch" and seemed very flustered towards me that I was not specific, even though on my order, the one SHE literally placed, it says BBQ ranch. Yet she was upset that I said "ranch" instead of "BBQ ranch". Then she tried charging me for the second dressing even though I paid for two snack packs. I wish I hadn't lost my receipt because I forgot her name but she was wearing glasses and has dark brown hair and she is short. My order number was #938 at 2:47pm on 4/17/25 if that helps find her. I arrived there in the drive thru at 8:20 lights are on people are working I thought after waiting for 10 min I drove to the window and I was told they were closed. It says on the benefits open till 9 pm. Obviously that's not the case. If your restaurant wants to close then turn off your outside lights at least. I love Salad and Go, but this new location has issues with being consistent with orders. My orders are nothing too complicated, just extra dressing and no blue cheese. One goof i let slide, but after three times...it's just unacceptable. I've been to at least five different Salad and Go locations over the last 5 years, even when a new one opens and ALL have been consistent with orders. They offer 8 different salads...they also have wraps and beverages for a great price. This salad and go is experiencing the classic new location, growing pains it seems. Came here one day and had a great experience (combo deal anyone?!) Came here tonight and ordered ahead. Picked up our mobile order and did not check it before leaving, which was my mistake. When we got home two of five items were incorrect. I returned to the store to have the items remade, which at first did not seem like an issue and I was kindly offered a drink for the trouble. It got weird when I was asked if I still had a sticker on my bag. Strangely, our bags had no stickers, which is weird as a loyalist for Salad And Go knowing that my bag always has a sticker with the full order on it. I offered to share a screenshot of the order, which shows in detail what should have been assembled, but this was declined by the folks working there. They then proceeded to remake the items again. When they returned, one of the items were still incorrect (a salad instead of a wrap). Forty five minutes and two round trips later, we finally have our food even if my salad is still missing an ingredient. Will we back? Yeah, because we love the convenience and quality most of the time. Just recommend checking your order before pulling away, thoroughly. read more

My children and I were super excited to know that a Salad and Go was being put in our neighborhood. Today was my first day going and I was a little disappointed. I noticed that the frozen strawberry lemonades were not frozen. I don't live far away so there is no way they melted that fast. Was there before 4:20 and arrive at the window at 4:21 for my food. The salad dressing was watery. I ordered four of the same salads and everyone's dressing was watery not thick like from the other establishments. Thought nothing of it and shook my salad and had my first bite and it does not taste right at all. When I drove up the server said, "take a look at the menu and I will be right with you." I already knew what I was going to order so I waited for the server to ask what I wanted. Then another car pulled up and the server took her order and then another car pulled up behind her and the server took her order. I proceeded to say, "you have let two cars pull in front of me" no response so then I drove off. Needless to say I wasted time and gas at this location. I had to wait for the two cars infront of me to get their order before I could pull out of the parking lot to leave. Love love love! It took me a while to finally try salad and go and when I...wow! I have had a few of their salads and drinks. However my favorite are Cobb and buffalo chicken. Buffalo chicken being my absolute favorite which I do add blue cheese crumbles to but it still taste amazing without in case you are not into it. I love when salads are so fresh they are crunchy and that is what I always get from here. Their frozen strawberry lemonade is so good but my favorite is their cucumber mint lemonade.
