This location is usually busy around the noon hour but most times the line moves quickly. The food is always fresh and the orders are fairly precise when asking for add ons. I enjoy interacting with the staff as they are always so happy.

I was not given the ranch dressing and I had hard avocados that were not completely peeled off. It took me 20 min to go through the drive thru so to end up with an unsatisfying meal, I was disappointed. I had to get salad dressing somewhere else because I was not driving back just for it.

Thanks for the broken silverware. Made breakfast in edible because I don't carry silverware with me.

Yet another bad decision on my part. Ordered online they provide the time I show up. Massive line and six minutes between cars moving one spot. When will I learn? Twenty six minutes it took me to pick up my order. Why order ahead? Why go here? Ugh.

This SaG location can be easily missed; for me as I turned right I did not initially see it tucked away but GPS did not steer me wrong. It shares the lot with the laundromat. When it gets busy the line will wrap around the building with just enough room to get by. As much as I love SaG's menu, sometimes it's nice to try something new! I decided to try the new Brussels Caesar salad with chicken ($5.74). At first I wasn't sure the Brussels, golden raisins, Parmesan crisps, and balsamic onions were going to work- that's a lot of different textures and tastes! But trust me- it works! Not only does it work, it's delicious!! The balsamic onions and golden raisins added some nice sweetness to the robust taste of the roasted Brussel sprouts. My only minor gripe would be that the brussels weren't even in size- they were either small or very hearty. Try the new Brussels Sprouts caesar while you can- it's my new favorite!!

Long drive-thru line, people started parking and walking to window... only to find another long line.

1 hr in the drive-thru, probably 15-20 cars wrapped around at all times. Cars even blocking the parking lot entrance to Indian School. Drive-thru got so long people started parking and walking to window, only to find another line. Make no mistake, it didn't take 1 hr due to so many customers. There was a clear 2-3 car gap between the order speaker and the driver through window. The line started at the speaker and went all the way back. That means you guys weren't taking the orders fast enough and handing them off to customers fast enough at the window. Finally made it to the speaker to order, I was asked to wait, which took another 5-7 mins. Asked a question about a menu items, which the employee did not know. So I skipped and ordered as quickly as possible as I felt bad for those behind me. The food is delicious, no complaints there. My question is, were you guys adequately staffed this morning? You have had long lines before but we fly through. No apology at the window for the wait, and I wasn't even handed a receipt with my food. Probably because there's a survey link at the bottom? I could have went to a grocery store, bought veggies, came home, and made my own salad for the amount of time this order took. Had your drive through been designed so cars can change their mind and drive off, I would have. Anyway, staff properly. Apologize to customers for the wait when they, it goes a long way. Common sense stuff but you're welcome.

Located at the intersection of 35th Ave & Peoria near Laser Quest & Planet Fitness... Placed a large team order online and it was ready as expected. Single lane Drive thru but it's moving fast and plenty of space so it's not congested. Probably one of the smallest ones I've seen but consistent with the food like all other locations.

What a rude employee. I hope your disrespectful ass gets fired.

Tried to reach out via the website per the instructions and the website doesn't work. Good food. Shitty people and customer service go to literally any other location or just choose a different place entirely.

I did some research and found Fry Bread House on the way to the airport, a James Beard award winning restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I got the Birria taco with the dipping sauce and it was amazing. The meat was tender with a generous amount, topped with cheese and onions. The sauce was the star. I could only eat half and took the rest with me. It didn't travel as well but it still tasted good. If you are in the Phoenix area, make a stop here. I took a friend here, and we both got the ultimate fry bread taco! They offer it with ground beef, or red/green chili beef. The green chili was the spicier option, so we went with that. Shoutout to the lady at the register for taking the time to walk us through the menu so we could decide what we wanted. The fry bread is similar in concept to a pita combined with a funnel cake, I suppose. It's actually quite reminiscent of the Vietnamese Bánh Tiêu, if you've had that before. Texturally, its soft, tender, and cuts fairly easily. Couple that with the toppings of beans, cheese, onions, sour cream, and the beef, and you're in business. It really is like a massive taco, served open face, and you can eat it with your hands, with a fork and knife, or any combination of the two! It's fun! As an intro to the Native American cuisine of this side of America, it's a great beginning. It makes me wonder what other things I've been missing. Okay, it's gonna sound reductive, but the taco is pretty much a ginormous chalupa. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. We also ordered a dessert variant, with butter and chocolate sauce, and, as you can imagine, smothering anything with butter and chocolate sauce will make it taste great!

This drive-thru-only location is basically the Formula 1 pit crew of chicken sandwiches. The line can look terrifying, but somehow you still get your food faster than most places take to say "welcome in." The staff is consistently friendly, the food actually looks like the menu pictures (a miracle in fast food), and the whole operation runs with suspicious levels of efficiency. There is a patio if you're feeling adventurous, but this is Phoenix, where sitting outside half the year feels like volunteering to be slow-roasted. Thankfully, this spot is perfect for grabbing lunch on the go or picking up dinner on the way home. Fast, friendly, accurate, and reliable, the fast food equivalent of finding a shopping cart with all four wheels working.

Fast, efficient, food hits, no major complaints. But after my most recent experience, I'm dropping it to 3. I ordered online, paid ahead, did the whole "I'm a responsible adult" thing. I get there, give my name, pull up, and suddenly I'm told my total like I never paid. Then someone loudly calls out from the back, "OH! it declined." First of all... what? Second of all... inside voices?? Here's the kicker: it did NOT decline. I had the confirmation email, and my bank showed the charge (I didn't know this yet). Instead of verifying, she told me matter-of-factly that it declined, so I handed her the exact same card I used online, and she ran it again. Boom, double charged. And at that point, I'm starving and not about to fight over a fast food order, trusting that staff are doing their due diligence, not just assuming and casually charging a second $30 like it's no big deal in this economy. I had to go back through the drive-thru line (again), wait (again), and deal with it while my food sat getting soggy (not again, unfortunately, just once was enough). To their credit, the refund was issued and it did hit my account. So yes, they fixed it. That matters. But... this shouldn't have happened in the first place. It's a training issue. If an order is confirmed, don't assume it declined. And maybe don't announce someone's "declined card" across the building like it's a group discussion topic. Still a decent location... would be smart to verify before you charge people twice (maybe my expectations are too high?) and I will never order online again because of this, lesson learned first time around on that.
