I've come to this Saladworks numerous times and have been quite happy with the service here. They have always been friendly and attentive. I can watch them make the salads and have not ever had an order messed up with the wrong ingredients or have some bad soup. They ask how much dressing you want or if you want it on the side, and pretty much everything is portioned so you can accurately keep track of your calories! The restaurant is clean and has a lot of seating, but usually I'm taking everything home. They keep the numerous salad choices in the refrigerators well stocked and refill when necessary. Staff is on the younger side but again, they have been nice and quick to help you out. They have no problems with making changes if you ask. Most times I've come here there has been a line of people - sometimes only two, others as much as seven or eight, so you know that they do a good business here if people keep coming in for the decent salads. It can get a little on the expensive side, but I think it's worth it for a healthy choice for a lunch or dinner. My favorite is the Farmhouse! read more

I try to eat healthy sometimes it's easier said than done, but this is my go-to for a healthy lunch option. It is a bit expensive, but they offer a reward program, where you earn points to get a free salad or soup. The service has always been fast & pleasant. I like to create my own salad, and the ingredients are always fresh and look delicious. I always ask for my dressing on the side, otherwise it seems to be way too much & the salad gets soggy. This location offers a ton of soup options. The other locations I have been to, usually only offer 3-4. If you are looking for a fast & healthy meal, I would recommend coming here! read more

I love my salad from saladworks. The 1 thing I am not happy with AT ALL is, you offer contactless paying, cool. I do not care touching a swiper to pay with my card. I have been coming to the Saladworks location for the past three months and every time I come in I am not wearing a mask because I have posttraumatic stress disorder from my mouth being covered from a previous trauma that I do not wish to discuss. I tried to inform both employees and the manager here that I have an underlying health condition which prevents me from wearing a mask and I've been coming in here for months with no issue at that point of four of the girls upfront began disrespecting me and calling me a Karen and telling me they refused to serve me if I'm not wearing a mask I asked him to get a manager they said "she's busy doing stuff you know like her job" I told them again that I still wanted to speak with her and they went in and got her from the back when she was washing dishes while they set up here and mocked me and made fun of me calling me Karen and telling me they would not serve me without a mask. The manager came out and said that if I wanted to order that I could order and they would bring it out to the car for me then one of the employees an African-American woman the only one there stated that she refuses to serve me because I was disrespectful to everyone there while the whole time I was being called names and simply trying to educate them on the fact that I did not have to wear a mask due to my medical condition. I called no one names I said nothing negative to any of them and I even tried to show them the paper that Dr. Levine signed in which implemented this Mandate. I usually go to the Saladworks on Street Rd. But, I was in the area and decided to order from this location. I placed my order on the website, which was seamless. I have to honestly admit this salad is the best salad I've ever had. The ingredients are extremely fresh and the salad was well mixed. I guess I'm used to the mediocre salad that I receive at the other location. But, this was amazing! I see comments where individuals mention they are expensive, but 10 dollars for a fresh salad, seems pretty reasonable to me. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are friendly. This place gets four stars simply because they are the only Salad Works I have gone to where my order has not been screwed up once. I order by phone a lot, and used to go to a couple of different Salad Works locations. The other locations, more often then not, would forget something in my order. I can honestly say I was apprehensive when I started to try this one, but after over a year of visits, no mess ups. The food is standard Salad Works fare. Over sized salads that are about as fresh as you can expect from a chain. I've never had anything I would deem as bad, and that's a definite plus. The soups selection is usually pretty good, and they rarely seem to run out of the flavors I like. Staff is usually very courteous, and the dining area is kept clean. Kudos Welsh Rd. location, a few of your other spots could stand to learn something from you guys. read more

I went to the salad works in Huntingdon Pa. The lettuce was brown. Staff pushed the food that dropped on the counter back into the food trays instead of wiping off the counter with a clean rag. Pretty nasty. I don't see how people say its clean in any of the ones in Philla either. I went to a few of them and I swear I did not see what others have seen. I challenge exec manager to go to each one and if they don't find brown lettuce, place unclean, not sanitary. Just watch and observe. If you're ordering pickup from here, make sure you check your order before you leave. They completely screwed up a simple Caesar salad. I also put instructions in to premix the salad and they didn't even do that. I didn't think to check because I didn't think it wasn't rocket science but apparently I was wrong. But me and my colleagues have given Trio's multiple chances to see if they would clean up their act and because there isn't to much around our location. I will tell you this, each and every single time we ordered something from here our order was wrong or the delivery is missing SOMETHING. The partial of the order that the food is correct is just so/so I'm taste. When you call to let the owners know your order is wrong they IMMEDIATELY become hostile and blame it on you. You are the problem. I feel sick. Like, actually sick. I am sitting in my car writing this review because I don't want anyone else to feel like this. I was wondering why so many overweight people were eating here. The point of salad is to eat healthy - so why did this place have the same clientele as a fast food restaurant? Because it is fast food disguised as salad. Most of the ingredients are the fattiest, sugariest version of themselves - and my salad was so full of dressing that I had a huge puddle at the end. This is my go-to saladworks location, the employees are always friendly and get the order right. Their food is always fresh and they always put fresh food out. They are also a very clean location which is the key in a place where there is salad. I order sophies salad, yum! It is even nice sitting in their dining area, I just wish they offered discounts for the Retro Fitness members since they share a shopping center and I always go there after my workout, but get the saladworks rewards card and earn points towards free food and sometimes theres is coupons in the local circulars which helps! read more

This is one of the two Saladworks I visit, and I generally get the Sophie's Salad in a wrap- so yummy!!!. I have never had a problem with my order, and the employees are always friendly. They are a bit pricey, perhaps, but I like the rewards program which gives you points towards getting free menu items, and I sometimes find coupons in the local paper. The only thing I am not crazy about is their soups- I don't care for the taste and they are definitely pricey.
