    Large salad with Turkey
    Tiffany J.

I love Salata and am glad that there is one on the east side of town. If I'm craving a salad or am in need of a veggie fix, it's my go to. It's pretty pricey so I don't go as often as I would like to, but with fresh ingredients, it's to be expected. I typically get a salad, but every so often I'll get a wrap. Both are delicious. I wish that turkey and quinoa weren't considered "premium protein" options. I believe premium protein is $4.25. I like that they have ingredients that you may not find at other places like cilantro and bean sprouts. They used to have alfalfa sprouts, but I haven't seen that in quite some time. I like that they dice the tomatoes and cucumbers. A few years ago, they would slice them in large chunks which I didn't love. The staff at this location is nice enough (though I feel the staff at the location on the west side of town is more friendly). They forgot my pita chips one time though which was annoying. I love the pita chips with my salad! I'm not sure if they still sell bottled salad dressing but at one point, they sold 12 oz. bottles. My favorite is the Fresh Herb Vinaigrette. The Caesar dressing is okay. The Lemon Vinaigrette is good too. I need to try some of the other ones like the Ginger Lime Vinaigrette, but I'm such a creature of habit so I tend to stick with things that I like. They sell gift cards which are kept in the back. They have a rewards program on their app so don't forget to scan your barcode if you're ordering in store. You can of course order ahead, but I've found that it seems to be faster to just go and order in person.

Omg, this is the 2nd time I've come to Salata. 1st time I chose pesto chicken (which is fabulous btw) this time I chose spicy chipotle chicken! It does have a lil' kick but it's definitely seasoned and yummy! Can't wait to come back!

They sell salads. They don't really salata things. Just salads. In fact they Sellalata salads. A hell ofalata salads. This is a brand-new Salata and we tried it fairly soon after it opened, and then again recently. Both times the salad was just okay. Not as large as the portions at some of our favourite locations and not quite as friendly - but not bad. We would definitely come back, as it wasn't the worst we've been to, but it also wasn't one of the best either. As I've said before - I really love this chain. (That's what my gf said when I imprisoned her in the kitchen, close enough to the stove to make food). They have changed the game for me. (Like Tom Brady when he's 28 points down with 3 seconds left or whatever he will similarly do every Sunday all Autumn long). Now I'm able to eat delicious salad (and toss delicious salad) for a fairly cheap price (or free since I got these muscles) and get somewhat full off of it (and I'm not the only one that gets full, hi girls) even though it's not as large (I mean, who is, hi boys) as my beloved Salad Extravaganza which closed down. Speaking of down, say hi to my cute gf in the pix! This location is a-ok as they say, but it could definitely be better. Anyway I'll Seeyalata. Maybe I'll Seeyalata at Salata.

Consistency and freshness makes Stephanie a HAPPY customer!!! I just love Salata. However, I am not in love with some of the changes (not just at this Salata, but others too). Two simple requests: (1) Can you please bring back the Alfalfa Sprouts (2) Can you please change the jalapenos back to pickles jalepenos. The fresh ones are not as exciting to eat. Thank you sincerely for brining back the green apples! My stomach appreciates it!!! -Your Favorite Foodie!!!

Delicious! Had the most amazing salad ever. My only complaint is I ordered this online and asked for bacon pieces and plastic ware. I didn't get either. Also I am told that it either comes with pita chips or a croissant, but the only option under "bread option" was "no bread." Other than that it was great!

They finally opened up one of my favorite chains on this side of Pearland! Wooh wooh! So happy I can stop here on my way to class at U of H or after. I came here and realized it was their grand opening day. It took a while to move through the 30+ people in line waiting for their salads and probably just at excited as I was. They had a lot of help and great service. The line flowed nicely and all the food was being constantly restocked. In case you don't know this place, I'll break it down really quick.... Great salads and wraps! Jk they offer a variety of lettuce selections, tons of veggies to choose from, multiple selections of fruit toppings, dressings (love the buttermilk ranch and spicy chipotle ranch), proteins like different marinated chicken, turkey, seafood mix, shrimp, salon, and so much more. Basically this turns into a huge delicious bowl of scrumptiousness that makes my belly so happy. If you've never tried it and it sounds like your kind of food, then you need to come here.

My daughter suggested the lamb meatball and they were absolutely delicious. I wish you got more than two. The brown rice was good. Tried the black lentils for the first time which I like, although they were a little too hard for my taste. I also had what I thought were regular sweet potatoes but once I took a bite I realized they were Japanese sweet potatoes which I love. And the pita chips, wow! Delicious. I got the original and they were so flavorful and crispy. The pita bread that came with my bowl was delicious too. The price was fair for everything I got. I wanted to add some avocados but you know how avocados get when the air hits them and unfortunately makes them unappealing to the eyes. On the service side the staff was pleasant but when I mentioned it was my first visit, I was a disappointed that no one offered to walk me through how everything worked. I didn't want to assume. Nor did they ask what I might enjoy in order to make recommendations. They missed that opportunity. At one point I felt a bit rushed to make my selections even though my husband and I were the only ones in line. A little patience and guidance for first-timers would go a long way.

I usually grab one of the signature bowls. They make it so easy, and every single one I've tried has been fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. Now I'm craving one again. haha The drink options are such a win too! That cucumber drink? Dreamy. I'd come back just for that. There's a little outdoor seating area, but I always end up inside. Busy or not, it's totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Healthy salads/wraps, tasty, affordable, and fast service, what more could you ask for? The ambiance here is as nice as it gets for drive thrus. 2 ordering lines and a mobile order pick up window. The service was as fast as dare I say chickfila, which is impressive. The menu is relatively simple, salads, wraps, sides, breakfast options, and drinks, but what they do serve, they make well. I tried their roasted autumn salad with chicken and I added steak as well. Then I also ordered their jalapeno ranch salad with chicken and steak to bring to work for lunch. Both salads exceeded expectations! I love that the dressing is in a packet on the side and your box comes with a lid for shaking it all up. Next time I'll be back to try their refreshing sounding drinks, enjoy!

I don't know if you can go inside but I can't review ambiance as I ordered and drove thru. There wasn't a line or wait. The service was super fast. The food was okay nothing really stood out. I tried the brown butter scallops, and they just tasted like oily scallops. Not too much flavor, but they were cooked nicely. I also tried their avocado tuna taco, and those were a bit weird. The flavors and texture weren't it for me. The inside was kind of mushy, but it did have a hint of yuzu sauce, which made it tolerable. Next, I tried the gumbo with cornbread, and the cornbread with the gumbo was a game changer. It definitely kicked it up a notch. The gumbo didn't have very strong flavors like other gumbos, but I still enjoyed it. Then I tried the fish and chips. The fish was cooked crispy to my liking, and the portion size was decent. However, the fries were a bit too hard and tasted a little stale. The oysters were the last thing I tried and they were pretty decent my favorite was the easy coasts ones. My only complaint with them were the shell some pieces of shell ended up in the meat portion. The service was great too and they have happy hour.

The app shows you previous orders which makes it easy to select quickly what you ordered before, if that's what you want. I can also use Apple Pay through the app. Once ordered, I typically am given a pickup time which is about 20 minutes. When I pick it up at the counter inside, it's always ready and there's no wait. A great user experience. I always order the Smokey Jack Panini (pic attached). It comes with nitrate free smoked turkey (the main reason I get it), bacon, pepper Jack cheese, Roma tomatoes, and guacamole on sour dough bread. It also comes with thousand island dressing but I leave that off. The app allows you to easily delete or add items to your sandwich. The sandwich is served warm, as it is put on a panini press. I generally really like this sandwich. Ordering through the app is a quick and easy way to order something relatively healthy and decent tasting, especially when you're on the move. My constructive feedback for this restaurant is the need for quality consistency. Sometimes the sandwich is better than other times, but is overall generally good.

First off, we feel like this location needs a bit of a deep cleaning and/or renovation. My husband and I were joking about the "sketchiness of the cleanliness" as we were pulling it. Joking they "toe the line" of "should we eat here or not?" Secondly, I ALWAYS get the salad bar. Always. The items haven't been fresh here. The biggest culprit has been the artichokes. I usually put a big ol' mound on my salad. The last 2x they have been FIZZY... which lends me to believe they are topping off old items with fresh items and it's never getting changed out/is old/fermenting. This particular visit, in addition to the fizzy artichokes, the sliced red bell pepper tasted off and the romaine lettuce was brown. (Sigh). I hope my salad stays down. My husband enjoyed his New York Yankee and luckily, this visit they correctly subbed his chips for "steamed veggies" like he asked. Last visit he asked for "steamed broccoli" and unknowingly the guy rang him up for a cup of broccoli cheese soup for an additional $5... we never went back up to get our money back and my husband didn't eat the soup. The kids always enjoy their meals: usually cheese pizza or pasta with meatballs and marinara. Then they gobble up ungodly amounts of the free ice cream. Today's visit, for whatever reason, the ice cream was extra "soupy" and so runny it couldn't even be put on a cone. The highlight was the girl at the register was friendly. It's getting to be hard to want to come back to this location. Might have to only treat ourselves to Jason's when we're out in Webster.
