I scheduled a pick up at the Amtrak station far in advance. My train was delayed. WVYC was unable to accommodate the change for a new pick up time. Rick, the supervisor, was very rude and and rigid and unaccommodating. They made me wait THREE HOURS at the Amtrak station in the evening all by myself in an unsafe situation. When I called Erin, the owner, the next day to discuss she became very rude, defensive and hysterical, banning me from WVYC. It seems to me that a change in pick up time should be routine for any taxi company. These people completely fell apart at something so routine. I do NOT recommend WVYC unless you want your taxi company to abandon you after 30 weary hours of travel time and then put your safety in jeopardy. Thumbs down to WVYC!

I've ridden with these folks many times and I can state that if they said they'd have a driver at my home within X minutes, usually 30 minutes or less, they never let me down. Economical. I always pay cash so I don't know their policy about cards. Their electronic systems seemed to be functional when I was riding with them. I've never had luggage. Most drivers have shown basic civility and one complied with my request to watch until I got into my house after a medical procedure. None smoked. One driver is unusually loutish and after my second ride with him I began riding with Willamette Valley Yellow Cab, which in my experience is only marginally more expensive.

Well, its been a week and NOTHING! I'm not surprised, as their customer service was awful at the location, they must have got the, "I dont care about customers" attitude from their higher-ups.
