My family and I went there for the first time. I was so excited to go and found some good stuff. We had a couple of items in our cart and went up to find out how much. A man behind the counter started to scan our stuff after he was told to give us wholesale prices... after scanning the products, he revealed that the prices one item was $199 the other item was $149 after being told we were going to get wholesale prices the gentleman said we can have all of it for $350. When we looked up the prices of those items at Home Depot... we would have been paying full price for those items. So we put our items back, while walking out the front door, The gentleman stopped us and offered us $100 off. We simply said no thank you and left. Such a disappointment. Love this place. Every time I come I always find something I need and want. Everyone that works here is so friendly and professional. Great prices on everything that I have purchased. You have to come here. And they are taking great COVID-19 precautions. I need to update this. After I got home I tried to use a vacuum that I had bought there the box was fully sealed and did not look like it had been opened before. Firstly, there's no prices anywhere. Items had color coded tags on them but nothing anywhere to explain what the tags meant. Be prepared to be hounded to leave 15 minutes before closing. I mean hounded. I would assume by them closing at 4 on weekends, that I have till 4 to shop, but that wasn't the case. Your shopping experience ends at 3:45 and 4 employees were already gone and leaving by 3:55. Going downhill. Used to be a great place to find bargains but now a waste of time. Specifically, after spending time going through the bargain bins which are full of broken, unrecognizable parts, and deep and dusty, they want 50% or more of retail pricing? Also, there are huge piled of boxed furniture that are part of a set or unknow mystery boxes. There is no way of knowing what is in the box, a table, a shelving unit, a cabinet? My impression is that they give the impression that they want to wheel and deal, and it was that way in the past. Today it's not the case. It could be a really fun place if you are willing to put in the work and get rewarded which is not the case. Currently it's a giant waste of time. read more

I had to update my previous review and we won't be coming back again. We came back to SaleSumo because the original tub we bought was actually too small so we were going to upgrade to a bigger nicer tub. It seems like it should've been a very simple process but unfortunately it was not. We went to check out with our new tub and only a couple of other items because they were either out of or didn't carry some of the other things we needed (doorknobs, countertops, and switch plates) and we're told the price we were going to have to pay is almost half of what we paid last time! I'm not sure how it's possible that we were exchanging one tub and only buying 2 lightbulbs and a bathtub faucet and somehow paying half the price we did when we bought a new tub, 3 light fixtures, a towel rack, tp holder, tub and shower faucet, and a lamp!! We tried to talk to the Brian to get some clarification and were told well the new tub is a lot nicer than the last one. Ummmmm ok. So considering that we are in the middle of a remodel and really didn't have that much time to waste we just decided to bite our tongues and leave only to get home to find out that the new "much nicer" tub was broken on one of the top corners so I had to go back, again, to get a replacement. They checked the new tub and it "looked" fine. It gets loaded up with a few apologies but no kind of "here's a credit for your inconvenience" or what can we do to make this right or anything like that. Now here's the icing on the cake... the new "new" tub.... also BROKEN!!!!!!! Which we never would have known unless the entire tub had been pulled out of the box and we'd been able to see the bottom right corner which is broken. I don't even have the energy to take this one back. I'm honestly not sure how we're going to cover that broken corner but we'll figure it out and the peace of mind of never having to go back is more important than going back and getting a "new" tub that is probably also broken. On top of that both of the bathroom faucets that we bought were missing pieces and obviously used even though they were from their "eBay" section which is all supposed to be brand new pieces in original packaging. They are nothing but a bunch of scam artists!!!! So that is how you go from a 5 star review to a 1 star review and if I could give a negative rating I would!! read more

This store is like a giant treasure hunt for home improvement projects and tools. It's easy to locate larger items but if you're looking some smaller items, you will likely need to do some digging but the savings are well worth it. The employees are nice, helpful and willing to help as much as possible. The owner or manager Brian, is nice, honest and easy to work with. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to whose needing tools or starting home improvement projects. We've purchased a paint sprayer, tool workbench, framing nail gun, French doors, a rain barrel and several other smaller items. They've always stood behind the items they sell and if you encounter a problem they are quick to make it right. On a side note, they seem to really love when they get individual home owners in who are attempting to do their own projects. It's worth a trip out to see what they have. read more
