It's all junk. Light fixtures were all broken and were missing pieces. My husband found his old drill that Rigid replaced for him due to it catching on fire. This place is a Disneyland for the home improvement enthusiasts! We are remodeling our home and found this place by accident. SaleSumo has every imaginable home repair materials and is priced so well. Reliable staff and honest products (you know what you're getting). We ended up getting a large 73" dual sink marble top vanity, 2 extra large toilets, and a barn door. I won't tell you the price because it was so darn cheap!! Now we are heading back to look through the faucets, can lights, vent hood and more. Yes, they have them all! Staff not wearing masks... when asked to help us staff seems not to even care to help.. pretty much ignored the whole time there..

Wow, this place is a mess.... And I mean that in a good way. I went in looking for 3 matching bathroom light fixtures. I spent probably 15-20 minutes looking through over a dozen pallets until I found 3 matching fixtures I liked. One of the employees asked if I needed any help. He opened all three boxes to make sure all parts and everything was there. Unfortunately, one box had a broken glass globe! We could not find a third fixture. However, they still honored the "Buy 3 Price" that Big Bob promised (two thirds's of the price, obviously) so I went ahead and purchased the 2. I can wait for the 3rd. So, if you don't mind looking through dozens of pallets, there are some great buys to be found. Also, prices aren't marked, so you will need to find someone to help you (there seemed to be plenty of workers around) or bring what you want to the front desk and start negotiating. read more

Phew! I made it out alive! Sadly, I walked out empty-handed. I heard from a colleague about this amazing place and I had to take a look. Walking inside, I got entirely overwhelmed with the "merch" because a lot of it is just heaped into large piles. It looks almost post-apocalyptic in there, with heaps upon heaps of metal parts so tangled together that you almost can't tell what anything is. Nothing is really marked to explain what it is or how much it costs. There were indeed piles and piles of rugs. A lot of them were dirty from being heaped on the warehouse floor and people walking over the heaps of rugs to get to other rugs, which is a shame. Some piles of rugs were so tall that you'd have to be a sumo wrestler (ha!) to be able to lift them up to see what was underneath. Other rugs were still wrapped in plastic shipping rolls so you couldn't tell what they were -- and they still had the addressee's name and address on them from being shipped and returned back to Home Depot. Not knowing how much anything costs and if they're "new" or refurbished or just plain used, I'm not sure I'd actually buy anything electronic here. Maybe... With the rugs so hard to look at, not sure I'd come back to find that 'perfect' steal either. We'll see... read more

I'm renovating my entire home, my dad and I came here to find kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity. We found a bathroom vanity, absolutely perfect for my space and the color I wanted. Had a sticker of 1549 or 1569, can't remember exactly. They boast up to 60% off retail and based on the sticker price they had on the item, we spoke to the very nice guy (Juan) helping us and he said they'd do 525 after talking to his boss. We say sold and tell them to bring it to the front we'll load it up and pay now. 3 minutes before close they're rushing everyone out the door, the boss lady stops them from loading the vanity and accuses us of changing the sticker on the item from a cheaper model. She changes the price to 1800 and says she'll only go as low as 900. After we had already agreed on the price and they had brought the item to load into our vehicle. The lady working above him should've come over to look at the item and double check prior to giving us that price. She did not come look at the item and then changed it when we came up to the front of the store. Sounds like a scam to me. Yes this place has a lot of stuff and you can find wonderful items at amazing prices. I love coming here for the treasure hunt and the deals also their very nice employees like Juan he was attentive and helpful. But the woman working above him ruined my experience and the way I see this store. Rushing customers out the store those last five minutes before close is also not an enjoyable experience. I understand the workers want to go home and that the store needs to close but it felt as though I was being pressured into paying a higher price by being rushed out. I feel for the employees because of the lack of a/c but being curt with customers isn't necessary. read more

Deceptive business practices - mislead into going to the store to purchase an item that I received written confirmation was available, only to discover it never was there. It gets better - when I asked a staff member where that item was, he openly stated he wanted it too and was going to look for it. Bait and switch. They listed a shed on OfferUp, but listing was about 10 months old. They never answered my offer so I drove over there to find the shed and they tell me the item has been sold, but maybe you can buy one of these other sheds. That was about a week ago and I took their word for it. I looked today and that exact same shed still being listed as available. I saw another add for another shed and that add was even older and I can guarantee you that neither one is there since I was just there and looked through the entire store. I have a feeling they know that sheds are a great seller, so they keep those fake adds out there to pull people in. It's a shame. I don't know whether they are overwhelmed or dishonest. They seem like nice people, so maybe they should stay away from advertising specific items as if they are there. If you see anything listed or advertised as being at their warehouse I would recommend that you not believe it or expect it to be there. read more
