A Friday after 7, all our "usual" tire places were closed! Panicked, we searched for late night or 24 hour tire repair. It's right in the name!!! They answered the call right away. They were super communicative with my son, and also with me (I'm sure I was being a little "extra" since I was a little worried to begin with!) They were (unfortunately) unable to patch the tire, but had an appropriate one in stock to replace it, so my son was safely on his way in just a couple hours. It didn't break the bank, either, which was a relief since it *was* an after hours, roadside call. "Thank you" for your care and service doesn't say enough. Do not use this company. They RIPPED OFF My Mom for $400 for a 9 Mile tow. We were quoted $125 plus $3 dollars a mile. When they arrived at my mom's house (mom is 81 years old) they hooked up the car on the flat bed and then, demanded $400. My mom told him that is not what my daughter said she was quoted. My mom told him to take her car off the tow. The driver refused. My mom felt stuck, I was on a plane on my way to Arizona and couldn't take her call or help her, so she handed the driver a credit car. He refused the card and told her she needed to get cash. My mom had to pay him cash. In addition the driver REFUSED to give her a receipt, so she can't even get reimbursed from her insurance company and when I try to call them they hang up on me. The probably do not give receipts because they are probably not reporting the income to the IRS. I will be reporting that possible issue as well!
