If this place could get 0 stars I would give it they tried to rush my 4 yr old into surgery of cutting a tooth out of the roof of her mouth where there could of been many different type of complications cause te doctor said it would damage her adult teeth if I didn't and so I set up a appt to get it done. My friend that had issues with this place told me to not take their advice and get a second opinion so I drove all the way to Merced and they told me it's fine to not take the risk .... So now she is 6 and the tooth has came out a little crooked but it didn't damage any of her adult teeth and it's going to be removed from a different place and they won't have to cut the roof of her mouth .... I don't know how this place is still open with all the horror story's from customer service to lies so they can rush kids on for a quick payday read more

My daughter had to come here to get some procedures done. This was our 2nd time coming here. Our first experience was in 2016 when my daughter was 3 & now at 5 years old. This has been the worst experience of our lives. My daughters appointment was moved from 8am to 9am because of new age policy or something & because she was older her time was pushed back. My daughter hadn't eaten since 10pm the night before, we got there at 830, talked with a nurse at around 915am to check her vitals & we not seen until about 230pm for them to actually put her to sleep and do the procedure. They had to extract a tooth, put in a bracket, put in 3 silver caps, and do some fillings which I thought was rediculous! My daughter was miserable in the waiting room & was starving her little butt off, especially seeing all these kids & families going in & out. Their age policy must have been some kind of BS because some of the children that went before mine looked her age! Because we have medi-cal/dentical , this is the only place I know we can take our daughter from a referral from Western Dental & even WD is a horrible place to go. No child should have to wait that long for anything. read more

My son's appointment was at 11. It's now almost 130, and we've been waiting almost 2.5 hours. Why do they make appointments when they make you wait 2-3 hours just to get treatment? Why not make the appointment for 2 pm, instead of having us come in 2-3 hours and just SIT in the waiting room. Ridiculous!!!! My poor guy hasn't eaten or drank anything since 930 last night!! All the front desk girls and manager are very rude . They give you the run and and lie about what's going on with authorizations they will all give you a different story / been trying to get my kids apt scheduled for months but it's so hard when your dealing with a bunch of unprofessional people . The manager Rosa is rude and well and offers no help when problems and delays are caused by her staff . Yessenia was one of the ones that give the run around as well. They charge a lot of money for such crappy and poor service . I'm currently looking for a new dentist I wouldn't trust them with my kids they don't care about patients at all read more

First I will start with the good the doctors and the staff were great very nice to the children and they know what they're doing the reason why the review is so low is because the wait time is ridiculous these children have to fast and our appt was at 7:30 we were not even seen till 10:30 till they told that they couldn't see my child because he was sick I wish they would have told us the first time I checked him about 8:30 instead of making us wait an additional two hours they should be seeing the children when they schedule them they are starving and they are thirsty other than that like I said the stuff is good and the people that work there are very nice they just need to work on seeing the children quicker. read more

This place is just scary. My son had an appointment at 9, it was clear we were going to have to wait up to 4 or 5 hours. The place smelled like poop and was very dirty. I watched one of the parents carry their child out, he was almost unresponsive. There is no recovery time and that is just dangerous. We walked out after we saw the barely responsive kid being carried out. Do not take your child her. It's dirty and it's dangerous. read more

I had 2 appointment today one for my daughter at 9 one for my son at 12. They called me to confirm the day before. The morning I had to call and cancel my daughter cause I wasn't able to find her insurance card. I live over 2 hours away and they asked if I like to take my son in for my daughter's appointment. I told them I won't make it cause I live so far away so my 12:00pm time was fine. I drove 1 and a half hour and they called me to tell me I am late for my 10:30 appointment. I told them I did not confirm. They called and left me a voice mail to ask if I want to change the 12:00 time to an earlier time. When I called back it went stright to voice mail. So nothing was ever confirmed. So the nurse ask me to wait a min. Comes back and told me the physician don't want to ever see them at all anymore and that we need to find another place to take my kids. Keep in mind wtf would I confirm a 10:30 when I lived 2 and a half hours away when I was at home still at 9. That would be just stupid. read more

My daughter had her crown put in for her too three teeth, every time I brush her teeth, all her teeth start to bleed. So I'm wondering, did they did not put my daughter crown in right? And the waiting is long! Why set an appointment and still wait another 1 hour? Ridiculous. read more

They only Get a one because they don't offer a -10 this place is rude unknowledgeable fraudulent and just unprofessional worst place I've ever been to in my life. I had only gone there because it's where my dental said I had to go. The lady comes in to tell me about my sons teeth and I was upset because he had way more cavities I ever imagine poor little guy and I said I don't understand I brush his teeth and I floss them. The rude woman says to me rudely and ugly you better do a better job. I wanted to say first of all it's not my first kid my first one had no cavities it's called luck of the draw. I have horrible teeth and take care of them. I have a friend who has beautiful teeth and she maybe brushes her teeth once a week. I just kept my cool. Then They claimed everything was covered I had duel Coverage. I had to wait 90 days to make sure everything was covered. So I go ahead and got his work done after they had said it was covered and they send me a bill. When I called Back she's the One know the law says that we have to charge the one insurance for one thing and the other insurance for another that was never said to me so now I guess I have to get a lawyer to prove the law to dispute the stupid bill. If you don't have to take your child there please do not take your child there it's also very dirty inside they make the kids wait all day when they're hungry and tired they overbook it's ridiculous the list goes on and on and I can rant and rant but I just don't have all day. If you do take your kids there make sure you get everything they said word for word written down. read more

The facility is not very clean. The RDA who went over our treatment plan was very condescending and rude. She seemed to look down on us for needing to be there. (I am a foster mom, I was doing what the bio parents failed to do). I asked for a printout of what they did for my child and I was refused, saying that that was not possible. The phone receptionist talked a mile a minute and when asked to slow down, she would not. Last but not least, they use latex in their facility. As someone who is highly allergic, this was a major issue. As a foster mom, I will not be making an appointment there again or recommending it to anyone I come in contact with. read more

I have a special needs boy who was scheduled for a 0630 appointment. After explaining to him several times that he needed to be fasting and withholding his medications, we set out to the clinic. It was over an hour wait to have his vitals taken. After answering a few questions from the nurse, it was decided that they needed hospital records for my son dating back 7 years. I was assured that someone was working on it, and they would call me back as quickly as they could. After another hour went by, I called the hospital myself. They had no idea we needed records and could not produce them for another 2+ hours, given they were too old to be in their computer system. I asked to reschedule the appointment and was told someone would call me. I have yet to hear back. This was after a 7 month journey just to get the appointment set in the first place. By far the worst experience and service I've received. These people are senseless booking appointments for young children who have not eaten since the night before. My six year old was scheduled at 11am and after five hours she was still waiting. In speaking with the receptionist she was very inconsiderate and said that's the way it always is. I recently took my two year old here and was very pleased with how warm the staff was. I was very nervous but the anesthesiologist and nurse made me feel very comfortable as they explained everything to me even during the procedure. I do not recommend this business for any child! This business claims to specialize in children that are disabled but absolutely by far the worse experience that I have ever had helping my grandson. They over book appts by hours. My 14 year old grandson had a stroke at birth and is severely disabled. He weights 155 pounds and is about 6 feet tall so a big kid with Cerebral Palsy and Autism to name a few if his disabilities. His appt time was 10 am which we thought was great because he loves to eat and as requested no food or drink after midnight. We arrived by 9:45 to check in, he was not seen until 2:45. At 2 pm Joey had a meltdown because he saw water in the bathroom and he wanted it. My daughter held him from behind as I sat on his lap. He spit , hit , screamed and kicked, my daughter in tears told the receptionist he now is in danger of hurting not just us but other children and himself. It was then at 2:45 they took us to a private room to wait. Thank God we were able to calm him down for the next hour until they were ready for him. They did a good job on the dental work even though I asked the Dr what we could do to help make brushing his teeth a good positive experience for Joey? He ignored my question and never answered it ... From there at 6:30 pm now, a little 5 foot nurse wheeled Joey out who was sleeping off the medication. So I said "Really? Now why would they not send out a man to help get Joey in the car? I really want to see how you are going to do this without hurting my grandson"!! Needless to say my daughter and I had to get Joey who was dead weight into my car!! I will never go back there again nor do I recommend you take your child there!! read more

Terrible experience. They were aware my child had special needs and was not physically able to wait for long periods of time. We arrived early per their instructions, and waited 45 minutes. During this time my sons anxiety went through the roof and well as his sensory issues that were triggered by how chaotic the office was. I asked twice how much longer, they said a few minutes. When I asked for the 3rd time their response changed to 45 minutes. I cannot believe a place that says they specialize in special needs children would be this terrible. We had to leave so my child was put through so much stress for nothing. Horrible. read more

I just had an appointment with this office with my 3yr old daughter. She had to get her front teeth remove and three crowns. My appointment was at 8 got there at 7:30. The wait time was about an hour because there was three more kids going into surgery before us. I was so nervous for the anesthesia but the doctor was so helpful, informative, and kind. I cried during the process but they had me reassured everything was ok. X-rays was quick, notify me what had to be done, her surgery was about 40min and her recovery was about another 45min. Doctor was very helpful and kept be updated on my daughter. All nurses were polite and friendly even the receptionist were nice. I don't see how others are saying there rude. One lady was getting impatient after an hour but there was two kids under surgery at the moment. Right after they called her son back just for a check up. Overall I had a great experience. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! The dental assistants call the children that are over weight fat while they are under sedation, they grab and squeeze the children by there arms and face hard. They take no pride or care into these children that they call patients. Dr Patel and Dr Sam rob peoples insurance and over diagnose treatment so they can pad there own pockets. They give children treatment that they don't even need so they can make money. Everything from respect down to treatment is handled without care. They are not professional. The dental assistants lack common sense. They show no respect towards patients or each other They hire whoever will come in the door and work for them because anyone that is sane with an ounce of common sense would not work for them or with them. . read more
