So I went in today, and the girl Adry or not sure her name but she was wearing a pony tail and no makeup. helped me out and was treating me so trashy. I'm not sure if it's because shes latina and only treats her latina clients nicely but I'm Persian and she did not give me good service. And also she started speaking to me in Spanish and I have no problem with that Spanish is beautiful but I don't speak Spanish. I understand it's a community where maybe only Spanish speakers visit but I think she should've been more professional at her job. This is store is always closed at 5pm on weekends, the sign says they close at 8pm, why you don't change this sign.

I love coming to this Sally's. All employees that I have interacted with are very welcoming and friendly. I've been here a couple of times and it's always very clean and organized. It's not always stocked with everything I need/want (could be different for others obviously) but other than that I love getting my hair and nail care supplies from this store. read more

I did not get the name of the person who assisted me today but she was very courteous and helpful! She greeted me the moment I walked in and actually walked me to the aisle where the product I was looking for could be found. She explained the differences between the two options I had and even recommended a product that would complement it. She thanked me for my purchase and said that she hopes to see me again in that branch since I normally frequent another branch. I like this place. I shop here frequently and it's nice. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist if needed. I like how everything is in always in order. They have a good amount of variety. I like that. I appreciate their knowledge on the products they sell. I also appreciate their honesty when they are unsure. I like that they point out the sales and offer me gloves for my hair color. I would otherwise forget to purchase these things. Nice, friendly and clean. Reasonable prices and safe location. There's ample parking. read more

Unless you know exactly what you're going in for, don't waste your time at this location. I live down the street and would love to come to my local Sally's store, unfortunately EVERY TIME I have gone in for some help or advice, I get the worst customer service. I have even had negative criticism from an employee on different occasions. One was about how my hair had green undertones (which I knew and why I went into Sally's... to fix it... obviously!). Another time I just went in for a purple conditioning mask, I asked if they had any, of course they said no... I decided to look for myself, and of course found what I was looking for. They can't even do a simple exchange or return, stating I had to go back to the store i bought the product from cause they couldn't help for whatever reason (and again with the worst attitude). Bottom line, unless you want to go in for bitch attitude, negative criticism, or useless "hair advice".. stay away from this location for your own sake. read more

I'm pretty sure they have old products. My mom came to Sally's since every beauty store was closed and it was a real root emergency to buy and dye her hair. My friend who is a hair dresser applied her hair, we waited and waited and finally washed her hair to see that absolutely nothing changed! No color change occurred and we used a 20 volume developer. Both products bought from Sallys. What a waste of damage to her hair for no reason! That's what you get when attempt to cover your roots with products sold at Sallys. read more

One of the sales associates has terrible customer service. I've been coming here for years and normally get great service. This time, I was told to come back for a product. I came back and the girl was assisting a customer with finding a product in a box as a new shipment had arrived. I asked if they had what I was looking for and she said, "come back tomorrow." They have a terrible selection, don't expect any help from the two workers they will just greet you when you walk in then leave you wondering the store without any help. The location is also fairly small compared to others. Not bad if you're in the area and in a hurry. read more

I only been here twice and both times horrible experience. The staff isn't helpful, they talk about their personal lives in front of customers, they look at you up and down with a criticising face. This store is so organized and my customer experience was awesome. The store manager was so helpful went in for hair bleach and she suggested all the right things. The other girl working with the green eyes was also super nice I had hidden sally cash in my account didnt even knoe about the program. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! Not one hello when I came in from the FIVE employees present. I was walking around confused for 10 minutes and nothing, no one asked me if I had been there, what I was looking for, or if I needed help. But they had no problem following me around the store while I was holding nail polishes to make sure I wasn't stealing the old ass nail polishes that have been shelved for months collecting dust (literally) and making fun of customers they've dealt with throughout the day IN FRONT OF ME. I originally went in to buy a callus remover and when I found it was 3 dollars more expensive than it was posted online. I asked IF they price match, not if they can do it for me then and there. And she asked me if I was a professional? Why does that matter? Wouldn't you rather overcharge a professional?? I don't get it. I had a bunch of stuff I WAS going to buy but due to the lack of good customer service I put everything back where I found it and left. I went in the store just this morning with a very good mood. Just as i walked in, i heard someone say 'hello'. That's a good start. I said 'good morning' back and when the associate showed up, i asked her what promotion they have going on. I was expecting her to be nice and friendly and knowledgeable but she only said 'the sign is outside the store'. I was immediately disappointed of her response and attitude. It's like telling me indirectly to get the heck out of the store! So i said, 'okay, let me go outside and read it'. I went out and left the store. Who would wanna buy from someone like that? I would give negative stars but I obviously can't. Bad customer service from ALL associates. I asked if we were able to price match a item from online but they said no because I'm not a professional. Like okay? Then throughout looking for items I need, they all were staring at me as if I were gonna steal something. Don't treat your customers like that, were the ones bringing you money. read more
