Instead, CS made 90% of my hair length so dark that I felt I had to cut my hair length bcs it would take so much time and processing to lighten; adding more damage; something I try to avoid. CS IMO tried to not take any responsibility for the result; I study body language. This was telling me she had nothing to offer; IMO she left it to me to decide she was no longer there to help me, she offered very little. My hair transition took a horrible turn. This took me almost 2 years to grow now its shoulder length no where near my desired result; I lost 2 years. Disappointed is a MAJOR understatement. I spent almost $300 on 2 visits. She didn't greet us; she just told him to come on back. She didn't ask how we wanted his hair cut or styled, so I followed her back to tell her. She wasn't very responsive; rather she was very rushed and distracted and not friendly. When my son came out, his haircut was terribly uneven and not shaped well at all.
