Did you know that 80% of the people who wear bras wear the wrong size? The woman who helped me and sized me and found me the perfect size and style, Diana, is AMAZING! I had no idea how off my size was and she fitted me with the proper size. When I tell you I felt like a new woman, I am not exaggerating. My tops looked instantly better, I got almost an inch of lift, and my posture was much better. It was a total game changer, and now I will be going every year to get sized and to purchase bras there. The prices for the bras are a bit $, but they are worth it. I will no longer buy cheap, ill-fitting bras after this experience. Diana was saying it is a good idea to get fit each year because your size can change over the years. She mentioned a year is a good rule of thumb because bras will start to wear as you wear them and wash them. She gave me proper instructions for washing and care. I fully believe this is an investment you should budget if you are able. I never knew that having a properly-sized bra could make a world of difference. That's pretty awesome. 2) When I purchased something, the salesgirl asked me -first- if I wanted to put the purchase in my courier bag. Generally when I shop, I have my bag on me, and I try to put as much stuff in it as I can because I hate creating more waste. Lots of shops get pissy with me when I say I don't want a bag, because obviously walking around with a big advertisement in your hands makes them look good, or possibly more desirable. So the fact that @ Aveda their first inclination is to get the consumer to reduce waste is awesome. Plus you save 10 cents, which is neat.

First things to note. I have been coming to this Ulta for a number of years now. They used to be on another plaza, and again. I've been going to this store In Natick since. In that time, I've built a decent rapport with the staff. I'm in a wheelchair, so shopping is always a bIt involved. While they have previously had display cases, it's never been as bad as now. Maybe it's the holidays, I don't know. But one side of the store was completely inaccessible. It was thanks to other shoppers who helped me get something that was completely blocked off. Now, I am aware that it the holiday season and things are difficult. That said, this is beyond what I've ever experienced in a store Before. I had put an online order. But while there, I remembered to pick up some other things like lotion and shampoo. As I get to the line, the cashier yells for the next person, I am making my way in the narrow check out, she sees me and yells again. As I am speaking to her, I explain that I have a pickup order, i bring up my email to show her the order and the barcode. I forgot my ID, which was silly but the rest of my wallet is on my phone. So, I ask if my husband's ID would work. Yes, except now, he needs to be added to the pick up order. Which, if I weren't there, would be understandable. However, I am right there with him picking it up. So now, despite having email, order number/barcode and two people to pick up, that's still not enough "for store policy". (I did call the office and they confirmed that this did follow their policy.) -it didn't help that she very visibly had distain for me as soon as I was rolling up. I know being a cashier during this season is especially difficult, I'm not asking for fake smiles or cheer. But some basic thinking and empathy skills. Like, I'm not here buying liquor, cigarettes or weapons. I'm just trying to get my basic cerave lotion and a lipstick. Things are hard enough for us all, why make it harder? Anyway, most of the stuff they sell can be found at Target or Amazon now. But if you need/want to shop in person I've had a better experience at the Hudson location.

After my consult with Dr. Davidson, it was the tipping point for me to make a decision to move forward and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Davidson took quite a bit of time to evaluate me, explain the various options available and also used software and digital photos to show me what my outcome could look like based on my goals and options. His entire staff from my initial phone call, the consult, the procedure itself and follow-ups have been flawless. Post surgery when I had questions that popped up, I would email Dr. D and send a photo of what I was concerned about and he responded almost instantaneously even on weekends. The atmosphere is extremely professional and efficient but at the same time each and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and personable. Very shoddy. I called on Wednesday to get a refill on my pups anti seizure medication. I had…read moreenough to get through Friday night. This was a refill mind you, I thought this would be plenty of time in the event there were any issues. By late Thursday afternoon, I do not hear from them. Usually I get some kind of message either it is ready or there is some kind of delay. So I call them can't get through until Friday 1pm. I am told they need to verify the DEA number of the vet. Since Wednesday I ask. They say they don't know what happened. Call back in a few hours. So I do it took me two hours before I got through. They still had not called the vet. I tell them the vet closes in one hour and my pup is going to start missing doses. They tell me they are going to call now. Now it is Saturday morning, shockingly I do not get through. I start driving there on my way I call the vet. They tell me they sent something over twice on Friday. And would send again now. I get to walgreens, they say they still do not have what they need or can't read the Dea number. They call the vet while I am waiting, the vet calls me and asks that I come in to pick up the script. Which I do, it is the same script that was sent to Walgreens. I could read the DEA number and evidently so could CVS because that is where I brought the script and had what I needed in half hour. I should not have had to spend hours on this. This is a medication. A very much needed medication that could cause harm to my pup if she has missed doses. A little scary to think about if they are this lax with everybody's and every pets medication. Also, the Vet office said staff was rude when they called. Nobody apologized or seemed to care about the potential harm this could have caused my pet.
