I went in and found them restocked and Nike will be dropping them again 09/26. Pandas are a really popular shoe so resellers like to wipe out inventory, shrink wrap and try to make $50 to $100 for sizing. I noticed the resale market crash so it is not as crazy as before. The Nike Retro Dunk Lows go with everything and are very comfortable. Thanks Shoe Palace.

Talia was so sweet and when all of us (there were 3 of us in total) asked for shoe recommendations she took out three shoes for each of us based on what she thought would be good for us! She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn't like based on the shoes we tried on and then gave more recommendations based on what we said. This place is so cool, there was no pressure to buy anything either which I appreciate and we were to try out everything we wanted to. While the prices were high, you can really feel the quality of everything from the shoes to the socks. I ended up buying 2 pairs of socks after speaking to Talia about my issue when I run. On Sunday, August 24, 2025, around 3:45-4:00 PM, we visited the Adidas store at Santa Anita Mall …read more While inside, my 3-year-old son was holding his father's hand and touched the shoe display rack. The sharp edge of the fixture cut off part of his thumb, causing severe bleeding and intense pain. He cried uncontrollably, and we rushed him to La Verne Medical Urgent Care for treatment. I have attached photos taken after the wound was cleaned. Before treatment, there was heavy bleeding, which was very distressing for him and for us as parents. I am deeply shocked and disappointed that a major brand like Adidas would allow such hazardous store fixtures in a family-friendly environment. This unsafe design not only harmed my child but also poses a danger to other customers. My son has now suffered both physical injury and emotional trauma because of this preventable incident.

When customer B asks if she too can have the prices removed she was stared at with the blank face, and told be the second cashier " it's a courtesy, we don't have to do that for you", as the original associate walks away. Customer B is left to remove prices herself and re wrap her own purchase while a third cashier walks up and whispers " is she OK? What is she doing?" Customer A is middle-aged, white woman. Customer B early 40's, Hispanic. The level of service was inconsistent and awkward. I was disappointed and embarrassed when I'm told that " it's a courtesy, and we don't have to do it for you"..... and THEY DIDN'T do it for me. Lovely that every customer after me that was checked out while I was attempting to re-wrap my purchase after removing the tags was greeted with a sugary, sweet attitude. All because I wanted the price removed in Store so that when the candleholders were re-wrapped the anthropology sticker at the end won't appear torn, but in pristine condition when gifted to a friend.

If they don't have the shoes in stock they will order them for me at no extra cost. They are very patient, don't rush you to make a selection, and they are not pushy. I've tried on as many as eight pairs of shoes and there was no problem. Best shoes I've ever worn and great customer service! If they ever go out of business, I'll have to walk around barefoot!
