They were selling wide shoe laces which wouldn't work. A floor worker called up Cecilia (manager?) and she totally helped me out. She pulled out a bag of shoelaces in the drawer and found grey and 2 kinds of blue. Just really appreciate the extra help and kindness of this.

As I finished the sale, I was trying to find my parking receipt and just said out loud my thoughts of, where is my parking ticket, with out even looking up, they said in quite a dismissive way and shaking their head, ' it was the first thing I handed back to you.' There was one person there who was friendly, but it did not equal the rest of my interactions. The products there are fine. Prices seemed reasonable. She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn't like based on the shoes we tried on and then gave more recommendations based on what we said. This place is so cool, there was no pressure to buy anything either which I appreciate and we were to try out everything we wanted to.
