The good news is, that within that pizza, were the components of a very good pizza. The blend of these cheeses didn't completely work for me flavor-wise though. Also, these cheeses produced a bit too much grease. I'd order just the sauce and standard mozzarella next time and I bet it would be very good. The penna alla vodka was a chunky sauce version. The noticeable chunks were mostly onions. I'm used to more of a blended version. I respect that this dish has its own vibe, but I personally prefer a blended version. The sauce flavor was good. The chicken cutlet was very good. I bet they make a great chicken parm. Service was friendly and efficient. Apizza Heaven won't win any beauty contests. The inside is functional. But I could definitely see getting up to 4.5 or 4.75 on future visits.
