Honestly never really walked in this store as I usually get my stuff online. But if you dye your hair and want to diy it yourself, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Just simply for the options and toners they have which you don't really think about. This location is a bit small, but huge parking lot shared with Walmart and behind seafood city with jollibee so you can get a lot of errands done. The minute I walked in, I was asked by multiple people throughout my trip if I needed help and even was asked what kind of hair color I was looking to achieve. They also have clearance! The products are more expensive than chain stores (probably cheaper than cvs though) and online, but they have more sample products/color samples you can pick and choose in person if you want to test it out before buying online. The only thing is that they did try to upsell me on bleach care products at checkout) (corporate policy probably) and don't really have coupons, but they seem to have some sales. read more

She led me to the exact products I needed to pull off a deep red look on my dark brown hair and she pointed me towards products I can use to lessen damage to my hair/manage the upkeep as those were concerns I expressed. She also recommended me 20 vol developer and explained how my hair would turn out once I had followed the instructions. Friendly staff and great location on the corner of a busy shopping center. They share a parking lot with Walmart and Starbucks, so expect chaos if you move in closer to those stores. However, Sally is right by an exit to the parking lot, making for easy access. I am a regular here, because I prefer to color my own hair. Christie the so called Manager was the worst sales person I have ever encountered. I had purchased two boxes of product with a 25% off discount. When I used the first one I realized it was the wrong color and so I went back to the store to ask to exchange for the same product in a darker color. She first said she could not make the exchange and then she said she would if I paid the difference of the current price compared to what I paid. Meaning she wanted me to forgo my discount when I was not asking for the money but an even exchange for the correct color. They always approach me and ask if I need help, and then are so knowledgeable which it comes to different types of dye and which to use with what hair type. Update on purchase: see photos! Product halfway full! Filled to the bottom of the letter "N"! The products they have there can be good especially for the price. However the customer service is awful! I have been going there on and off and have had a mediocre time but this last one was ridiculous. I was there an hour before and I got a nail polish which is four dollars and it was awful. So I did my nails at home with a different glitter one that I already had. When I went in there to return the one that I bought for just an hour before because it was not showing up at all she basically interrogated me like I had painted my nails with it and was returning it. So she ended up painting her now with it and realize it was in fact not the one that I had on my hand and then after that asked if I had my receipt which I didn't because I had bought a bunch of product and I figure just a fast exchange of the nail polish from an hour before considering that they have my phone number to my rewards account would be an easy deal. I ended up buying argon oriole which was six dollars over the price of the nail polish and they ended up giving me the discounted return price which was only a dollar difference. I don't care about the dollar difference it was the principle of the customer service and how they reactedAnd basically were questioning if I had to use the product and then was returning it. I think that in some cases this could be an issue but check your stuff before you make an out a line comment like that. I will definitely be trying out different stores in the future as this place just does not do it's job well. I also try to get a hair dye there for platinum and I basically get one where it is gold and they always try to sell you different add-ons which was unnecessary with bleach. We bought a shampoo and the person scanned the wrong item. So we went to return. But alas, service is pathetic. Tiffany, that's what she said her name was, blamed it on multiple things - corporate issue, system issue and also a person who worked at the store for only 1 day. How ridiculous??? there's been a lot of buzz around salon reopening in Orange County. Although this is great news for hairstylists. I'm so excited For the first day I come shopping for ready back to work by supplies nearby my salon. I thought I would give this place a try. It was the worst experience ever and trust me I have come out of salons with orange hair. First I asked for help they forgot to mention that I needed to buy the developer I just assumed it came with the dye since it didn't say anything and the girl that was helping me didn't say anything. So I had to go to the store twice and the lady with the blue hair (said she was a stylist) recommended a developer of 30 when I should have used 10 since I was wanting more of a dark grey. Wish to give them no stars. The girl was very misinforming she suggested products for my hair that did not work. Before I bought 50 dollars worth of supplies I had blonde hair I just wanted it to be a bit brighter. Well my hair tuned orange and darker. The toner did not work what so ever and the hair dye didn't either I should have just saved my money and gone to a professional but my stylist has moved so I asked if the hair dye I purchased would keep it make my hair brighter and the employer said yes. So great now I have dark hair and have spend more than 70 bucks to fix it I went to get a refund and the woman told me she never suggested any products which was a lie and didn't want to refund me.
