Beautiful Salon, friendly staff and wonderful service! I love the nail dip that this salon offers! By far the best in the valley! 5 Stars!!

This is the worst nail shop I have been in! I came to Temecula to visit a friend, so we thought we'd get our nails done...mistake! We walked in the shop and I have to say the interior is very pretty, letting off that it is a higher end shop. The owner Sally was nice and greeted us but when my friend questioned her pricing the attitude changed! I got a 35 dollar pedicure and gel nails, my friend asked for a gel pedicure. She said it would be an additional TWENTY dollars for gel polish on her toes! I explained that where I live it's an additional seven dollars and she acted as though I must live in the ghetto. She then proceeded to tell us that in BEVERLY HILLS it's $100, well honey this isn't BH and I live far from a ghetto! I asked her to do my nails at the same time as my toes and she said they could, which was not true! But she made sure to wrap my nails making it impossible to say never mind. The man doing my toes did an average job. Then Sally came over after me asking three times if someone could start my nails and rushed through it and kept getting up and walking away. She wasted my time and my money. There are a million nails shops in the area, I suggest you find another one of you are from Temecula. She charged my friend 42 dollars for a basic pedi and then had the nerve to say it would be an additional .75 cents if she paid with her debit! This place is a joke! ****reply to the owners update**** You were not upfront with me. I asked you if you could do my nails at the same time and you told me YES. It would have been nice had you told me you had other appointments. But yet you wrapped my nails and walked off. Maybe you forgot, I paid cash for my transaction. You charged my friend a fee for using her debit card, which you did not tell her until when she was ready to pay. You only explained the pricing after my friend questioned you. Then you had attitude and were unprofessional, especially as the owner of the business. I have been getting my nails professionally done for twenty five years and have NEVER been treated like this in a salon. You acted as though where I live is a dump when I told you how much they charge for gel pedicures. I wish there were an option for no stars. Seriously. Bait and Switch. Sign says "$21 for French gel" ...uh, that's IN ADDITION to the $20 and up mani or pedi you choose. So for a basic entry level pedicure with gel materials and French design, it was $41! I had to pay another $2 for a line under the white line of the French white area...that was the only reasonable fee. I was getting my nails done in Irvine and Tustin Ranch before here, never paying more than $27 for exactly this service. If I paid over $40, it meant I got a ten minute leg massage. I was told "it's the area, everyone knows gel is more expensive." Uh, not so much. I just moved here from Orange County. Yeah, I know Temecula is really nice in the IE, but it's not Orange County priced. And I was paying way less there. What's annoying is they tell you these things as you are now sitting with your original manicure soaking in acetone so you're kind of stuck. The owner commented "this would be $100 in Beverly Hills." well, first of all, we are 100 miles from there and who is going there besides the not-so-real housewives of Beverly Hills? Besides, I got my nails done last month here in Temecula for $25! I got basic French gel with no line, but they were great. The nail tech did a decent job, though one of my big toes had a weird bump on it. They did file it down, but still, at $43 in the IE, you'd think it would have been spot on. Needless to say, there will be no return trip. The price is not worth it. read more

Terrible work. I took my granddaughter for some acrylic nails for her homecoming event. It took an hour and twenty minutes. They looked horrible, so long and goop all over. Cost $45. Had to take her to another salon next day. They said they had to remove so much glue, etc, and reshape her nails. Another customer left because she got tired of waiting, they chased her down in the parking lot to try to get her to return. HORRIBLE !! read more

I am here 2 days later to bring my mom here for her birthday and Sally her self came up to me and asked if everything was ok and I said yes I'm still in love with them , just brought my mom in for her birthday . Sally's is amazing!! I first discovered this nail salon from a friend about a year ago and after my first visit I knew this was my go-to nail spot. Since coming here I haven't even bothered reading through other salon reviews (I'm sure you all do your research before hand like I do). The mood here is relaxing and the employees are very helpful and friendly. You also don't have to worry about getting turned down, Sally and the rest of the nail techs are always willing to make time for you and your nails! I personally get mine done by Sally herself, she's an incredible designer and actually enjoys making her nails look perfect! I am never disappointed when I leave from here. I've been coming here for 2 reasons 1-they do an awesome job! 2-Sally is very fair in her pricing and always a professional. I read what "Theresa" had to say and I've been coming here long enough and I know Sally well enough to know 100% without a doubt that Theresa is a liar! So please give very little notice to what anyone has to say because after-all this was Theresa's head trip...not ours. Go there with an open mind, meet Sally and I promise you, you'll find that she's a very hard working gracious woman who didn't deserve that pitiful review. Went here to get a full set and now I realize that I probably should have read more reviews first. I had a pretty simple color/sparkle design in mind, it looks ok, but not quite like the picture I brought. I could live with the design not looking the same, but the nails overall look poorly done. There are streaks, bubbles, and dust from filing in the finished gel. I asked for almond shaped and they look more oval, and several of the tips point away from center. Not to mention, the guy that did my nails sliced the side of my finger with the file drawing blood. When I left I was still pulling leftover acrylic off of the sides and under my fingernails. Considering they charged me an extra $5 for the shape I requested and an extra $5 for the colors/sparkle I requested, I would say this experience was very much overpriced and I would not be willing to try here again. Fair warning, they don't like to accept credit cards and will charge you their merchant fee to run your card. Vanessa always takes her time with doing my nails, doesn't rush to get clients in and always has new ideas for what I should do. I was very disappointed today I walked into Sally's and the man said pick a color. I picked a color and went to his station and said are you doing my nails? He said no and pointed to the woman who already had a customer that looked like she was not close to being done. After trying several nail salons in Temecula, I am so happy to have found Sally's. The salon is modern, clean and large. There are several qualified people working there. Sally introduced me to Dip nails instead of Gel. Easy to apply (no light) and to remove and lasts as long as Gel. There are many color choices in Dip shades, as well as other options for gel, acrylics, manicures, etc. It is located nextdoor to Killarneys Irish Pub (in the center that has El pollo Loco and La Cocina ) Sally does a perfect job and makes it a pleasure to go to this salon! read more

I started going to Sally's right after she opened, and I can honestly say I have had great service and some of the same problems too. I think Sally is learning the ropes of being an owner of a service business, not a production line! That is no excuse, however I see real effort in trying to change into a real luxury service business. I thought about going elsewhere, but I have found a technician, Regina who is relaxed and fun and capable, so I'm gonna stick with Sally's. I love the dip product as it is the only technique that holds up to my busy life for a full 2 weeks plus. I went to Sally's nail spa about a month ago, they were amazing they managed to squeeze me in before close which was awesome since I had a trip the next day. The customer service was impeccable, sally did such an outstanding job on my nails (full set), and my pedicure was so well done I even got a few free minutes of massage. My sister received a pedicure here and about a week later both of her big toes were infected and swollen. It's now been over two months and the infection STILL isn't gone, despite being on antibiotics. The next step is to have both big toe nails cut off to get to the infection. I love Sally's Nail Spa it truly is a spa, very clean and relaxing and everyone is so sweet. I heard about them through a friend after I noticed how nice her nails looked. She told me about dip gel nails, they are organic and you literally dip your nail into the powder color you choose. Having done dip gel I will never go back to acrylics again. The pedicures are amazing and they put a liner on each foot bath so no one else's germs are left behind. I'm an germaphobe so it's perfect. So I looked up a nice place on Yelp and this one came up. I have to say I am so pleased with my gel manicure! I had it done by Lyly and she did an incredible job. She checked to make sure the nails on each hang matched each other in length, the polish was exactly the right shade and they overall look fantastic! The Salon is very cute inside and the pedicures are great! However, I recently started getting dip nails and the woman who did my nails was great so I made an appointment with her 2 Weeks later for a touch up, she was still working with her last client but she started the process of removing the dip off my nails. No biggie! I just got a pedicure in the meantime. My fingers stayed wrapped in foil for the whole pedicure. No one came to check on me for at least an hour.... My appointment was at 11am and the girl who I made the appointment with didn't start working on my nails until almost 1pm! By the time she got to me she was rushing and instead of applying the dip one layer at a time she just dipped the same nail 3 times in a row and it created the ugliest uneven color!! I'm sorry, but I had an appointment and I didn't have a problem waiting over an hour but I'm mad that my nails soaked in foil way longer than necessary and that I paid $37 for sloppy work. I won't be coming back here and I actually found a new nail salon that I love!!! read more
