There was a blonde lady that appeared to be the manager. She was very warm and answered my questions. Another employee immediately stated checking inventory at other stores and gave me the phone number. Sadly, that one was sold out too, so it's good I called because it saved me a trip to Century City. Another staff member immediately asked if I needed a fitting room once I picked out some shirts. He asked my name, which was a nice personal touch. He checked up on me a little bit later. Very attentive! The guy at the front also tried to sign me up for notifications for the jacket when I asked about restocks. He checked, but Adidas had taken the page for it down entirely. He said I could leave my info at the register and they could notify me when it gets restocked. I love how things are laid out in this store. Everything looks so tasteful. Overall, I would highly recommend coming back to this location! Here's to hoping I can get the Chinese New Year track jacket in grey (Large), green (Large), and light blue (small)!

They were in perfect condition -- no marks, no dirt, no damage at all. I brought the receipt, the box, and everything needed, all within two weeks of purchase. Despite this, Wilbert refused to accept the return, saying it was against their policy. Honestly, this felt completely unfair and unprofessional. If shoes that are practically new cannot be returned, then what's the point of having a return policy? I will think twice before shopping at WSS again.

Many people, myself included, went there in person and called the day before today and all the workers there said "no we don't have the card" "we were supposed to get the card but we don't have it" "we're not going to have the card tomorrow" It turns out - they DID have the promo cards so there was horrible communication amongst all workers there. Anthony did a great job admitting the team needs to be better with communication especially for a big release like the Yugioh crocs and promo card. Hopefully in the future IF there is another big release at this store, the team there will simply BE BETTER! Thanks Anthony for taking accountability for your team. Everyone at the Beverly Hills store was extremely nice and professional, but the return process itself felt shady and unnecessary. The associate took my high-value item out of my sight twice for "inspection." During that time, the products are still legally mine--and that practice leaves far too many possibilities for misunderstanding or even accidental damage that could later be blamed on the customer. After the second inspection, I was told one of the bags "looked used." When I asked for clarification, I was shown what turned out to be a spec of glitter--which the associate herself was also wearing. She then added that "technically, after a return, the bag would be unsaleable." I pointed out the obvious: if a bag they sold me had glitter or anything else on it that I didn't notice until I got home, they would've sold me an "unsaleable" product by that same logic. When I calmly refused to accept her explanation, she said, "well let me go talk to my manager." After reviewing it again, they came back and agreed to "make an exception this time." While I appreciated the resolution, the phrasing made it sound like they were doing me a favor rather than correcting an unreasonable assessment. For a brand built on trust, quality, and image, this return policy feels out of step. Customers shouldn't have to surrender visibility of their property or defend themselves over something as trivial as glitter. Luxury should extend to how people are treated--not just what they're sold.

I usually don't shop at the store unless they are sales or promotions. The shoes are typically sold at retail price, and I have found better deals at Macy's or online sites like Zappos. I was searching for blush colored pumps at least four inches. I was browsing on their website and saw there were some on sale for $49.95 with a regular price of $89.95. Since they were clearance items, they are final sales with no returns or exchanges. So I decided to check if the store reflected the sale prices online. They did. The clearance rack was great that I had the intention of purchasing one pair and ended up with three pairs. I do prefer shopping here on the a weekday because it's less busy. On Saturday, it was super busy that I waited a while to get my size. Although the attention of the staff was here and there, they were all very nice when they finally gave me their attention.
