When stylists rush, that's when your hair gets damaged and you end up with broken hair. You can trust that Ly won't do that to you. She's honest with what she can and cannot do with your hair. She is especially great with fine hair. My son is autistic and tugs on my hair a lot so it's extremely damaged. After I leave Ly's chair, my hair always looks so refreshed. We clearly talked about cutting options and discussed how because of the previous cut options would be just to smooth out the erratic layers without cutting too much.
