Not only was my hair great, but the salon had such a homie, yet professional vibe to it that made me feel comfortable but also assured that I'm in the hands of a professional. I got my full highlights done and I'm a naturally anxious person when it comes to letting people do my hair but Emily made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. The blonde turned out PERFECT and exactly what I wanted. I will 100% be going back to her again for touch ups!! She also did my money pieces perfectly and even better than I imagined! Alexander is THE BEST. I have naturally dirty/strawberry blonde hair and hadn't had it highlighted in years after being platinum blonde previously. It needed a LOT of work. I started going to Alexander when he was at his previous salon in summer 2023 - and when he moved to Arcaro, I followed because he is AMAZING and I trust him with my hair over anyone else. Because my hair needed so much work at first, he eased me back into getting highlights (to not damage my hair doing too much blonde at once) and we worked our way up to a more bright blonde. He is super knowledgeable, and has brightened my blonde perfectly the 5 times I've gone to him. He's great at layering/haircuts also. I've been coming here for years. I get a great haircut, great color- they're color specialists, and am always happy w the results. I have curlier hair and it's not always easy to find people that know how to cut it properly. But they do here. I highly recommend trying them out. I went there for the first time yesterday for highlights and a cut. I had my service done by a new hairdresser, but I more wanted to talk about the owner Adam. Just AMAZING, warm hearted and cares about his peoples (both staff and customers). I am going through some emotional issues with my hair, and it is thinning ect... Adam pulled me aside, relaxed me and offered some advice on what to do and what will help it. Reminding me it is NOT immediate gratification, and it will take time. Just for him to take 10 minutes away for me as a NEW client and make me feel warm and comfortable... I WILL BE BACK, and they will be my new salon. I recently moved to Sandy Springs from South Jersey and was looking to find a new hair salon to replace the one I had been going to for 20+ years. I am rather picky so I do my research. Salon Arcaro had great reviews so I made an appointment for color with Chris. I was not disappointed. The salon was one of the few places open during COVID in March and was operating in compliance with all the rules ( temperature checks, masks, and social distancing). I felt welcomed from the beginning with the entire staff at Salon Arcaro. Chris did a great job matching my color to what was done previously. I have been going back monthly for touch ups and he has made of few tweaks which look great! Also had a few cuts and a keratin treatment with Vivian which were excellent. Overall I am very pleased with my new salon and will be a loyal customer for years to come. Plus the location is great! So close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Roswell. I've been to 2 salons to try to fix my hair & both times I was disappointed. So my friend referred me to Adam (the owner and best hair dresser I've ever been to). I had a consultation that lasted 5 min and then came back 2 weeks later to actually fix my hair. I loved the result! I wanted to have my roots grow out naturally instead of a straight line & he did it perfectly. Adam is super busy, so you need to make sure to schedule an appt way in advance unless he has random cancellations here and there but he'll definitely try to work with you. read more

Do not go if you have super long hair like I DID because you won't have it walking out. My hair was almost down to my butt and I asked for some dynamic layers and face framing cut for my cousins wedding that could double as a style that I wouldn't have to actually style. The face framing was good. The rest...didn't happen. After having 8+ inches cut off my hair, I left with a haircut with minimal layers that I could have gotten at the small little hole in the wall salon I found years ago that does simple cuts with sharp scissors and my hair is now up to my bra line. The ONLY reason this review is getting this many stars is because Heather, the woman who cut my hair, was very nice and did offer to try and fix it but unfortunately, she'd already made it too short. read more

We went here today to get my daughter's hair cut, and it was amazing. This super nice employee named Heather cut my daughter's hair. She was the best!! She was SO kind and does a AMAZING job on hair! The cost was less than I anticipated for such a good job and for doing it in record time! My daughter's hair is ALWAYS in knots. Now, after Heather doing her hair, we can finally run our fingers through her hair without hitting a knot!! I made an appointment for my mother to get her hair cut post cancer surgery here last week. She does not put a lot of time into her hair as far as cuts (never has) so I wanted her to have a special experience after her ordeal. Her hair was matted from weeks spent in the hospital post surgery and there was no way around it other than cutting out out. I did not go with her but she only had rave reviews! Her hair looks thicker and a little healthier. She has never had short hair in her life but has embraced it completely. The owner came out to check on her. The woman I made the appointment with took time to listen to me over the phone and attended to our specific needs. We are very happy with it all and will be back!
