Unfortunately, the service has gotten progressively worse, and after today, I will not be returning. I called yesterday specifically to book a nail appointment before my flight tomorrow. Alex was unavailable, so I asked if someone else could shape my nails similarly and was told a nail tech by the name of Gigi could. I arrived at 11:10 AM and when I arrived I was asked if I wanted a pedicure. I agreed to add a pedicure. What should have been a routine service took nearly three hours. I asked for acrylic only on the few toenails that were broken/chipped, there were 4 to be exact, as I normally do. Instead, acrylic was applied to all 10 toes without anyone explaining that this was considered a full acrylic service or that I would be charged an additional $75. I also showed a photo of the exact curved French tip I wanted. When the result did not match the photo and I politely asked for it to be corrected, I was told that I "want everything perfect" and that they "can't make my nails perfect." The front desk staff member went on to laugh when he was called over and having side conversations while I was expressing my concerns, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After three hours, I was then told they could not do my fingernails and that I would need to come back two hours later or the next day; despite the fact that I specifically booked this appointment because I have a flight tomorrow and needed my fingernails done. I ultimately paid $158.10 for a pedicure, including the additional $75 acrylic charge I did not knowingly request, and left after three hours without my fingernails even being done. I am not expecting "perfection." I expect a professional salon to listen to what I request, communicate additional charges before performing a service, respect scheduled appointments, and treat customers respectfully when they raise a concern. I have continued supporting this salon despite several increasingly disappointing experiences because I liked the way my nails would turn out most of the times, but today was the final straw. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

The nail tech nicked me three times causing me to bleed which she ignored and just kept drowning the open cut with alcohol 3.) This appointments took 2 hrs!!!!! I sat down the lady seemed new. Ive had matte done before she did it a fast sloppy cheap way! Then halfway through the owner took over and proceeded to do a sloppy freehand white "design." My daughter also had her nails done here. As soon as we left the salon, she said, "Mommy, I want to take my nails off. I'm embarrassed to have these nails on me." They are accommodating with appointments and the salon is always in spic and span condition. I go every month for a wax and the lady is a sweetheart, definitely puts me at ease. They use a type of wax that doesn't involve paper strips, which I have found to be way less painful. They are normally very meticulous but the one time that I went home with a bit of wax still attached, they were incredibly apologetic and offered me a free session. I also routinely go here for nails. I don't like gels just because of what they do to my nails, so I always go for the Performance line. These are a non-gel that acts like a gel. And even when she started to paint the first nail and I didn't like it, she was totally fine even though she literally had already showed it to me, but I swear it looked a little different. And I just truly appreciated that she didn't mind to make sure that I got the look that I was going for. I also was a few weeks out from surgery and had to be very careful about infection, so I deeply appreciated her extra care and that she warned me I can't do cuticle removal the way I typically would do for your safety. She also had me dry my nails, a different way than they usually do just for extra precaution. I love how my manicure turned out!!! The ladies working in that shop seemed very professional, and it was a comfortable place to be. I brought my son in for a pedicure and they treated him so well and made him feel comfortable. I said that I finally settled on a simple one I wanted my right hand, dark pink, my left hand light pink with some polkadots she said no she's not doing that not that she couldn't that she won't and she also refused to do ax. She ended up doing a horrible outdated flimsy, thin nail extension called Freeform not dual form Freeform, which is outdated and they came out so thin so flimsy the color. I hate it. I didn't want it so I paid $180 plus more tip and I hated my nails. They look horrible. I have no problem paying as long as I get what I paid for, but I didn't please do not go to this place. They are not good. They act like they do a Russian manicure when they don't and they are way too overpriced for the work that they do.
