I booked late April for highlights, and they came out over-processed. I decided to give it another try, and as a business professional, I like to support up-and-coming businesses, in particular, women run businesses. Again, another mess up, and with an attitude this time. Booked partial highlights and a trim. Instead of Balayage (safer and healthier for my hair since it's fine/slightly dry), she put on foils, which turned the hair into a frizz ball. The cut: I wear a signature side-swept bang that loops around. She cut the hair, blow-dried it (it looked fine), and then went back and cut a piece off the bottom bang, and then back again and cut off another piece off the bottom, which threw off the entire bang look, and now they are not blended and flat. I walked out of there with a baseball cap on, and 4 days later, it's still on. This is unacceptable and outrageous at these prices. For $ 400, your hair should look spectacular, and you should be 100% satisfied.

I'm upset that my previously healthy, virgin hair that I spent so long growing out is now unnecessarily bleached underneath hair color that they had to put on top of it to fix it.
