When I showed up on time, another stylist told me Andrea had canceled her 10:00 clients and wouldn't be in until noon -- and Andrea never notified me. I finally heard from her around 11:30. What really stings is the contrast: Andrea made sure to tell me she couldn't take me in October because of her "celebrity" client, yet she couldn't even extend the basic courtesy of canceling or notifying me.
