Midway through my appointment, a previous client returned visibly upset, saying her hair did not look permed. The lady didn't seem to be paying attention, parting my hair in the way I didn't want it and missing an entire section of my hair. She even jabbed my scalp with an electric shaver and left a mark. I stood up after she styled my hair, removed the collar, and said she was done. Then she suddenly told me to sit back down because she forgot something. She had missed the whole back of my neck and went back in to cut it with scissors and a shaver. She left a ton of prickly pieces of hair debris in my jacket from this, and it's sooo uncomfortable when those pieces stab your skin! The next day, the right side of my head felt heavier than the left. I noticed chunks of hair that were blunt and cut unevenly. I think the positive reviews on this salon are mostly for the man and not the woman hairdresser. The men coming into the salon were practically glowing by the time they walked out. I felt like this woman is here because she needs something to do. I tipped out of pity.
