I live in Orlando but wanted to treat my mom to a hair appointment. I read about a few salons and came across Salon Lotus and what Suzanne wrote about her business. I called and Chris Ann answered and I told her what my intentions were. She easily guided me through purchasing a gift certificate, super easy and my mom called and set her appointment. When the appointment was over, my mom called and I could hear the excitement in her voice. Thanks to all the ladies who made my mom feel special, especially Chris Ann. I don't find this salon to be professional at all. There seem to be too many stylists around just sitting in their chair on their phones. When I first walked in no one knew I was there I sat in the waiting area for at least a good 15 minutes before anyone ask me if I needed help or if I was there for an appointment.. I asked about pricing menu but they could not provide me one because they told me all of the stylist set their own prices. I ask to see the owner, but was told she does not come in to the salon until the afternoon. I had wanted to book an appointment, but I was not comfortable at hello so I was not too confident in getting a service done. read more
