Very upset with service!!! Got a pedicure and manicure. Was asked if I wanted to upgrade and agreed however only got half the job. Gentlemen barely put any sea salt scrub on my legs. Less than the size of a quarter for both legs. That was all!!! No lotion, no massage, just a drop of scrub then rinsed off and polished. When asked about Lotion or massage of course No English!!! Top it off my nails and feet are two completely different colors. When he started to polish I said that looks dark and different. I'm always looking around for new nail technicians. I always wind up coming back here. I was first introduced to this salon by a friend and ever since then, I've come back here now 4 times based on my first experience and of course the Yelp reviews that claim the price is always right. Which I must agree on, before coming here, I went to another place where they claimed they didn't do acrylic nails and only gel nails. In the end, their service was great but it was too much money, I paid there $50 for full set gel no chip nails and HERE I paid $35 for the same thing! If you have little girls they charged my child $7 for nail polish. I also like their finale service- a hand massage, an incentive I believe. Anyways I'll keep coming back here, even if I have to wait because this place gets packed and sometimes the wait can be up to an hour. Which I never had to wait more than that. read more

I don't know why the reviews for this place are so bad. The prices are unbeatable for the quality. I've paid much more for no-chip manicures and pedicures elsewhere and they definitely haven't lasted as long/been as good overall. The people who work here are nice & recognize the regular customers. They are also very clean for the type of nail salon it is. It isn't "luxury" by any means, but it's definitely clean, hygienic and well-kept. The only downside is that it is often really busy and the wait is too long for me. If you can--you should go on a Monday-Thursday in the morning/afternoon. Weekend mornings and fridays are super super busy, and I've waited for over an hour before. They are sometimes so inundated with customers that when you walk in, someone doesn't acknowledge you immediately. It's definitely not a reflection of the customer service as a whole though! Went to the nail salon with my daughter for a mani-pedi, this place has by far the cheapest rates I've found anywhere. Sat down in the chair, feet soaking, waiting for the next available techs to free up. A lady walks in after us and tells the manager that she wants a full set. One of the techs that had just gotten done walks right past us and immediately starts working on this woman's nails. Even the lady was looking confused like "...but they were here first." We both politely got up, dried our feet, and left... I would rather pay double their rate somewhere else than to spend my money with people that blatantly disrespect me and my time. I've been to this salon for pedicures in the past and they do a great job with them and really make your feet look great. My most recent visit here was Wednesday Oct. 5th. I had a wedding to attend so I went for a pedicure and gel fake nails. I love the ending result,they do a great job and I was extremely happy with how it turned out. The thing with this salon,and why it only gets 3 stars, is not for the end product but for getting there. When you walk in the door you are not really sure where to go,sometimes one of the ladies working will say Hi and eventually asks what you want. (It is very hard to understand anything anyone says,their english is very bad. )After you tell them they than don't say anything else, you are just expected to sit down and wait an undetermined amount of time. After waiting about 45 min. To be called,and young man ushered me to one of the pedicure stations. I very much enjoyed the pedicure once I got to it. The worker was very nice when I struck up conversation,he spoke fairly well but I still had to struggle to understand him through the heavy accent and fast talking. After my pedicure,I was walked over to where you stick your feet under a UV light table to dry your nails. After my toes dried I waited there (not still under the light) for another 45 minutes or so before someone ushered me to a seat at a nail station. The nail tech was pleasant but very busy. She worked fast and I was intrigued watching how she worked, but she kept stopping every few minutes to answer the phone and also to work on another person's nails next to me. They are so busy that they actually have the nail techs do 2 people at once,so even though she was doing a good job,she had to keep stopping and leaving me wait. It was definitely aggravating. It took about an hour to finish my nails and after sitting at the UV light table again,when I finally dried, I had been there a total of around 3 1/2 hours. Also,you can schedule appointments with them but it really doesn't mean anything cause they still go in order of who was already there and waiting. So all in all, the quality of work IS there but you have to be very patient and have a lot of time to waste to go here. I like this nail salon for a couple reasons. One reason is they are inexpensive and the second reason is that they are right up the street from my house. However they can be antisocial sometimes and the wait can be long, but it's worth it. I have noticed since I've became a regular there, my wait time is not as long any more. read more

Horrible customer service and likes to play dumb! Oct 11, 2020, I left very dissatisfied. I wanted a no chip pedicure. I was asked if I wanted a sea salt massage and I said no I don't want the sea salt. I want the standard rub down that comes with any pedicure. The woman polished my toes and rubbed the oil on my legs for 30 seconds, (yes I counted) and said she was done. When I asked about the "massage" she told me I'd have to pay 10 dollars for a 15 minute massage and that they don't massage legs and feet during a pedicure unless you pay for the sea salt. However, when I visited in the past I have always got my legs rubbed for a few minutes. You all know what I mean... so now I feel like they're try to play games! One of the women said well maybe whoever did your pedicure just felt like doing a massage that day. What!?? That's makes no sense! So I asked what can we do to rectify this because I'm not happy with my service. SILENCE. I ask again. All the staff ignored me until I started to gather my things to leave. Then it's "oh no you have to pay! Sit back down she can massage you for a minute." I declined because at this point I feel disrespected. I am highly disappointed with the service of this nail salon. I have been a long time customer and have noticed the quality of their work has declined. I was also extremely disappointed when I handed them my two cards with signatures that added up to 10 visits and would allow my current visit to be free. They did not accept the cards because the signatures were on two separate cards. Absolutely annoying and untrusting on their part. when it is their own hand written signature in their own language.
