I was informed that one of us would be delayed because one of the clients arrived late, which was totally fine with me. We arrived, and I let my mom and mother-in-law go first. At around 8:30 PM, I was brought back by Ruth. Keep in mind, they close at 9:00 PM. She quickly massaged my head for about two rounds, brushed my hair, used the wooden tool, and then left me waiting for about 15-20 minutes to attend to another client she was still working on, which was completely okay with me. When she came back, it was already 9:00 PM. I thought she was going to continue with another round of massaging, brushing, and etc but instead, she went straight to shampooing my hair and was literally scratching my scalp off the entire time. At no point was she actually massaging my head. The whole service felt extremely rushed, and the quality just wasn't there. Honestly, my hair felt cleaner when I came in than when I left. I booked the service for an hour, but in total, it only lasted about 30-40 minutes. I would have completely understood if they had told me they couldn't take me because it was so close to closing time. Instead, I paid for a rushed, incomplete experience. After paying, she gave me a coupon for $10 off my next service, but I'm honestly not sure I'd want to return and risk wasting another $80.

He sat me down in a very comfortable massage chair, and I started with a hot soak for my feet, to soften them up. There was a lady in the chair right next to me also getting a pedicure, very friendly, and we just had a nice chat. I told her this was my first pedicure ever. She laughed, and said that she was a regular at this shop, and they always did good work. Danny did an excellent job. He started by clipping my nails, using the Emery board on my toenails. Sanding my heels, and he also used some kind of sanding material on the lower part of my legs and my ankles as part of the foot massage. The foot massage was wonderful. It included hot stones. I've had hot stone massage on my back before, and it was great. The stones felt wonderful on the top of my feet, but they were a bit much when he put them on the bottom of my feet, because they were very sensitive. That's OK. Now, I know. By the time I got out of the chair, I could feel my feet glowing. He did a wonderful job. The price of the Groupon, plus a nice tip for Danny, was very reasonable, even at full price, it would be worth it. I plan on coming back. Thank you.

Masha has been doing eyelash extensions for several years. I have very sensitive eyes and tend to get very teary during the process, so we usually have to take a break or two. This is just me- a good friend of mine also goes to Masha and never has this issue. I bring my own under eye pads due to my sensitivity and she doesn't mind. A full set takes between 1 1/2 and 2 hours depending on how many natural eyelashes you want and if you want them stacked, a fill takes about an hour. If you get extensions, take care of them! Comb them every day and try to not get the wet any more than necessary! Definitely recommend!
