    Blow dry for 130, when you ask for waves and ur hair not even curled properly Nonsense payed only because I don't want to ruin my day

    JESSICA is INCREDIBLE. I have had so many bad hair cut and colors being a curly haired girl. Today I had her do air touch. When I arrived I had no idea what I wanted but just a natural look with blonde. I had her just do her thing and wow she did A THING. I'm in love. She started with a lengthy consultation she made sure she was going to accommodate my wants and needs. Then started air touch, cut, and styled. The vibe was relaxing, and I felt like I was the only one in there. Highly recommend Jessica and this beautiful salon. Did I mention the shampoo sink was so comfortable and I didn't feel like my neck was dying to keep it up because they have a head rest in all sinks. It was great.

    I have had the great pleasure of having a root touch up, and a curly blow out today with Jess. I'm visiting from Boston, and when I return to Ft. Lauderdale again, I will ask Jessica to fix my hair again. I was also given some discount coupons that I'm also eager to try. The salon is so tastefully decorated and super neat and clean. If you have any desire to enhance your appearance, visit Nirvana 954. I'm elated with the results today. The service was excellent, rhe atmosphere so welcoming, and the quality of the products utilized and the professionalism there is superb. I look forward to returning. Thanks so very much.​

    I wanted to love this place so much I have been searching for a new salon. I found this place because The owner put out add for hair model. , I thought how cool I need a change and in the past hair models usually don't pay and they get free product. Well I go in for my appt just to be told yes I would be hair model but I have to pay 50%z. I thought that was kinda bs and should have been said before even making me come in. Either way I read reviews and like I said I have been wanting to find a salon since my hair dresser moved. Well Figure out my services the hair dress said I could do whatever I wanted as she was building her book up cool. I got back for my real appt to get my hair done now. She said 3 hours well 6 hours went by and I started to feel sick and I had a baby sister for 4 hours and we went way over. No problem other then my hair wasnt what I had asked for. She tells me she can fix it but at this point Im feeling super sick so I said no problem we can fix it another day along with my trip and blow dry. I pay for my services and leave. Then my final appt I spoke to girl on the phone confined what we would be doing and about how long so I made sure i had child care covered. I get to the salon. She puts color on my head then we wash it out still not 100% but much better I like it better then before. Then she ask if I am getting a hair cut I said yes we are finishing up everything from the other day we spoke about this already that day before I left. She says on no then I have to charge u full price its only half if we do it all in one sitting. I reminded her that she was the one who messed up and took so long that I had no choice but to go also that I wasnt feeling well. She says well I have to ask the owner so I don't get in trouble. Goes to owner comes back says sorry she said full price all services are only half off the one day. Listen at the end of the day I feel upset for two reasons. I was bamboozled to even go in first place with claim to be hair model no problem I don't mind paying but then you want to tell me because you messed up and took so long to bad I have to now pay full price for the rest of my services. I really really wanted to love this place sad to say I wont be back I don't like shady! Pic of my hair it was supposed to be purple hence why I had to go back.

    Alexis cut my hair, and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. She listened well to what I asked for and gave great suggestions. She was conservative with the amount that she took off as well, so don't be afraid, she's not cut-happy. The salon was super clean, well laid out and very trendy, very cute. I had a great time, she kept me laughing and chatting the whole time and the owner makes a bomb cappuccino 10/10 would recommend.

    I've been coming here for over a year because the salon itself is beautiful and I genuinely wanted…read moreto support them, but after multiple bad experiences with Ross and now this incredibly defensive owner response, I feel obligated to be fully honest. My first issue happened during a builder gel service where the burning sensation was so severe that I became lightheaded and nearly fainted afterward. Instead of taking that seriously, the owner chose to publicly imply I was lying because they personally "didn't witness it." Just because something did not happen directly in front of staff does not mean it didn't happen. The complete lack of concern or accountability surrounding that experience is honestly disturbing. I decided to give the salon another chance anyway because I had built a relationship with Ross and wanted to believe the first incident was isolated. Unfortunately, the second experience was just as disappointing. I booked a builder gel removal and Dazzle Dry manicure. I was charged for a removal, yet almost the entire layer of builder gel was left on my nails. When Ross mentioned leaving "a ledge on the tip," I understood that to mean reinforcing the very edge of the nail, not leaving builder gel across the entire nail bed. The end result was thick, uneven, bulky, and visibly grown out underneath the polish. It looked unfinished and honestly amateur. The owner's response claiming the photo is "misleading" is especially frustrating because the photo was taken immediately after I got home, before I removed everything myself that same night. The reason the manicure no longer looked "fully polished and manicured" is because I literally had to fix and remove parts of it myself after paying for a professional service that was not properly completed. What bothered me most was the tone of the response. Instead of simply acknowledging the experience and attempting to make things right, they chose to: - insinuate I was dishonest, - invalidate a medical/sensitivity reaction, - blame me for not speaking up enough during the service, - and even bring up my other public reviews in an attempt to discredit me personally. That is wildly unprofessional behavior from a business owner. Clients should not have to defend themselves publicly for expressing dissatisfaction, especially after being loyal customers for over a year. A professional response would have been accountability, empathy, and an offer to correct the issue -- not passive aggressive accusations and attempts to undermine the customer's credibility. Really disappointing overall, and after this response, I will absolutely not be returning.
