The first time I went, I did one streak of highlight called a flash highlight (over 200$) to test the waters and it turned out great, so I came back expecting the same quality. This time was completely different. Paige double-booked another client and had her assistant handle most of my appointment. The assistant was extremely rough while washing my hair even after I repeatedly asked her to be gentle. She seemed annoyed that I said something and actually handed me the brush and said "do you want to brush it?" I shouldn't have to explain the same thing twice to her assistant when I already paid for a consultation to make sure this wouldn't happen. Paige barely checked in, didn't review my foils before they were rinsed, and my hair came out yellow and orange instead of the cool blonde I asked for. I didn't even get to choose the toner or discuss the results before being told by the assistant to pay. I also asked for thicker highlights and ended up with baby lights that looked uneven in tone. I walked out in tears and paid $265 for results that look like I used a bottle of Sun-In at home. I'm beyond frustrated and will not be going back. Letting an inexperienced assistant take over while charging full price is completely unacceptable.

You can see in the picture...that's not curled. I wanted to just let it be okay no big deal my appointment was at 8 maybe she was hurrying to get out of there whatever. Next I get home and notice there's chunks around the ends of my hair that are clearly uneven? I'm not one to leave reviews and such, especially bad ones, but this time I could not keep my mouth shut LOL. I won't be going back here.
