Are you kidding? You called a lawyer because you didn't like your stylist's personality? LOL. I can't imagine having that kind of anger. Or that much time on my hands. Anyway, I LOVE Irina and have been getting my hair cut, colored, and highlighted by her every 5 weeks for years. And I drive all the way from the western suburbs to see her. She's FUNNY. She's Russian. She's got a dry sense of humor I love. But more than this, she is an artist. She knows her products; she used the least toxic ingredients on the market; and she'll tell you what will and won't look good on you. This isn't because she's insensitive. It's because she knows her craft. I once asked her if she thought a style I liked would look good on me. Without blinking an eye, said no. I was a little taken aback, but mostly, I was intrigued. When I asked her why not, she blew me away. "Because your face is long, and if you wear the sides longer, it will not look good." I laughed. She was absolutely right. And she could articulate the problem in a way I couldn't have. I have a degree in design, so I'm a perfectionist when it comes to aesthetics. I know what I like and what I don't. And I appreciate it when someone with expertise in any field demonstrates this kind of knowledge of their craft. If you're looking for someone who is all sunshine and lollipops, then I agree with you. You won't like Irina's personality. In that case, find out who's doing R.S.'s hair and go to that person. But if you're looking for great hair, and you appreciate the freshness of honesty--and don't freak out if someone says something you don't like, you'll love Irina. She's a character, that's true. I have had three facials with Irina and she continues to tell me how big my pours are and makes me feel terrible about my skin! I had to cancel an appointment due to illness not realizing that I had made another appointment which I thought was cancelled for April 18th! When I scheduled an appointment for May 25th I had two facial left from the package of three I bought in advance! Irina told me that I was a no show for April 18th okay I said I think their is some miss understanding so I made my facial appointment for May 25th 2019. I called today to schedule my last facial for June since it expires in July 01 2019. She then told me I only had one facial left since I was a no show for April 18th and was firm about! Irina didn't give a dam about what I had to say! I wasted her time! Irina has no customer service skill and treated me so disrespectfully on the phone that I let her have it with both barrels! I will not be returning for her services! Irina is completely rude and if she doesn't like you she is not going to do you any favors! I work in the service industry too! My customers come first and I will do what I can to make them happy! Therefore, I lost two facial that I paid for in advance that Irina made money on and I was treated horribly by her! read more

I purchased a Groupon and made my appointment about a month ago. I had no problem with making an appointment or contacting her. This great salon is open, airy and very bright and cheery. Poor Irina was having a bit of difficulty with establishing the ownership on my Groupon as something was incorrect but she worked it out and we continued on to the spa area downstairs for my facial. Irina was wonderful and gave me a fabulous facial, explaining all that she was doing and making sure that I was comfortable. I was absolutely thrilled with the facial that Irina gave me and appreciated that she did not attempt to sell me products as other salons have done in the past. I did not find her to be offensive and in fact I found her to be charming, respectful and very helpful with her suggestions. Great customer service. I intend to share her name with friends as I know they too will be as pleased as I was. I completely agree with Betsy and yes, I am coming back and on a regular basis. read more

This is a wonderful place to get a haircut, I go there regularly, and I hear great things from women about Irina's skills when it comes to skin care, body wraps, and manicure/pedicure as well, because they love to show off their new nail color and how great their facial skin looks after getting it done at Irina's salon. Irina is a very experienced professional, it's obvious. She actually takes the time to listen to you and understand what it is that what You want and then she just makes it a reality. She's intelligent, and she has a very good eye for color, style and detail in general. You can trust her, because she's very caring, and attentive, and she's just one of those people who have a gift and whose hands are just naturally created for this this type of work. Dark and dirty....you must be kidding! . That is IS NOT the Salon Premiere I go to. Also, Irina is delightful and tells it like it is. I like that! She colors, cuts and highlights my hair and it has never looked more natural or healthier. She is an expert at what she does. I have had my hair colored for years and am most pleased with Irina of all the stylists I have frequented in the past. Doesn't honor her salon certificates, and she has doubled the price of her facials in less than 1 year. I bought a certificate for three facials for 129., less than one year ago, used one, had an extended rehabilitation time out, and when I went back she said she would not honor that certificate anymore and the new facial would cost me an ADDITIONAL 24.00 to what I had left on the certificate. This is a great salon, I've been coming here for more than 10 years now and I'm happy with the services Irina provides.
