You are offered to add a relaxation beverage to your bath experience and there is an area to purchase relaxation items. There are lockers for everyone to store belongings including cell phones. You then go into the bath area there is a shower with exfoliating scrub, sauna, steam room, hot pool, cold plunge and rest area. You may repeat the cycle as many times during your time frame. The spa is inside an industrial-style building with the entrance tucked along the side. The welcoming staff got me situated and kindly stored my luggage in a back room. The main floor has chairs, water, and tea to help you settle in before heading downstairs. Lockers are located in the hallway outside the changing room. Most of the showers, along with the salt scrub, are in the communal spa-pool area, so be prepared for that--although a few private showers are also available. The dry sauna and steam room are off to one side, and a separate room with loungers provides space to rest and relax. A group of women was chatting in the lounge, but they remained there while I enjoyed the spa pools in peace. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return. Enjoy!

I'm not sure why this location asked, because they didn't seem to follow anything I wrote. This was for my boyfriend's birthday and his name was not on the sign when we walked in, despite me listing that in the paperwork. In the past for my birthday, I have also gotten a card. But nothing here. My boyfriend also didn't want his feet touched and that was also listed in the paperwork. Unfortunately that was not followed. We were brought to our locker rooms and they were clean, had our names and chocolates in the lockers. Very nice touch! Our robe sizes and slides were also in our lockers. There is a large shower, 2 bathroom stalls and vanity with make up lighting. We then walked to the lobby area. This was where we started to have thoughts. Employees were talking in full volume. Not very relaxing. They also kept coming in and out of the room, talking, stocking snacks constantly! Again not very relaxing. The water was nice with a lemon. My boyfriend went to get water for hot tea but the water was room temp. Not very comforting. The massages were nice. I had Ingrid and she was lovely! She did a great job and was soft in speaking during the massage. My boyfriend said his massage therapist was talking at normal volume and didn't find it as relaxing. Afterwards we said in the lobby area again. In my opinion, the fireplace at maple grove is more welcoming and comforting. This place had what looked like a diffuser and eventually it turned off and started beeping. Again not relaxing. The lobby area is also larger at the maple grove location. This location left me a bit perplexed as to why the reviews are better here than at the maple grove location....

Now if the valet will be available is a whole other story. It took a considerable amount of time to drop off my car and I had asked three different employees about getting change for tipping and this proved more difficult than expected. I was greeted by Laura - who truly was the bright spot in this whole experience. She was on top of it and so friendly. She got me a locker and got me set up. I was eager to come here because they boasted a steam room, sauna, rainforest shower, and hot tub. Lukewarm would be a great way to describe this experience. The steam room just didn't get as steamy or warm as I would like, I had to turn on the sauna myself and wait for it to warm up (energy efficiency maybe) and the hot tub had water features that were spitting out ice cold water - cooling down the whole hot tub. I didn't venture to the rainforest shower because I couldn't bear to be any colder! I did love the tiled heated chairs in this lounge though! Normally these features would be my favorite and I could spend all day rotating but Anda spa caps you at an hour. There are a few lounges that you can check out. The one lounge has a few snacks, unlabeled tea, and fruit infused water. As some one with allergies - the mystery of it all wasn't great. The other lounge had weighted blankets. I was told to wait in either lounge for my technician. My technician was around 10 minutes late to my appointment without any notice. I had to walk out to the front to flag a staff member down to make sure I understood the instructions correctly. This definitely detracted from the relaxed vibe. The facial was in a brighter room than I'm used to and obviously you're downtown so it can be a bit noisy. The facial itself was good and the technician had strong hands though I wish I would've researched more about the products. My skin has felt dried out since and it's just not the best experience I've had. I'm going to check out some other spa options before I return here. Again - Laura was phenomenal and the space is clean and modern - I just didn't have the experience that I would've liked for the price.

I didn't notice an elevator, but perhaps I just missed it. Once on that level they have several doors, but you enter the one with the opened door and the little sign out front. Arrival - I arrived early, just in case there were intake forms or I needed to change beforehand. However, they don't have a changing room or lockers. Instead, you change in your service room, with your items remaining there. Service - I booked a 1hr Deep Tissue Massage with Elsa, which was GREAT! The service started with burning something that smelled like Paolo Santo. The areas of pain welcomed the deep pressure, for other areas of my body it was too much. So I told her and she adjusted accordingly. There was music playing, which was a bit loud. However, it was soothing, with no odd pitches or tones so I didn't mind. What I did mind was the distractions from outside the room. Sadly, it was right by the entrance door (for that space) and the walls in the room don't go all the way up. Therefore, sounds of the heavy door opening and closing, people talking, squeaky floors as they walked by filled the air as I tried to immerse into the experience. During the service she did use some warm towels on me, and ended with the paolo santo (or perhaps it was sage) again. Departing- My massage therapist told me to meet her outside after I changed. I thought she meant outside of the service room so hung out in that lounge for a while, before deciding to go look for her, in the main lobby area. That's where I found and she checked me out. This made me wonder if there's a designated front desk/ guest service staff member. Anyway, while checking me out she also gave me a cup of water, her card, a promo card, Biscoff cookies and a mint. There were retail products there as well as in the previous room, but I didn't get a chance to really look before heading out. Anyway, based on my experience with Elsa, I would recommend and return.

I've always wanted to get a facial but was always deterred by the cost, the Sculpt facial plus the lip treatment I did was a whopping $79, paired with the quality of the experience, highly recommend! My esthetician Hannah O was super sweet and did a great job with the consultation and was just really friendly overall. After the consultation we didn't speak much which allowed me to take a little cat nap during my facial :)! Sculpt is described using Hungarian massage and facial cupping to lift, tighten, and tone the face. After it was over I left feeling refreshed and extremely relaxed. They have an option to do a $79 monthly membership for facials, which seems like a good investment as they have a handful of facial options doing different things. Only complaint: They did not have men's sized spa headbands so the products were getting in my hair and behind my ears, which was slightly off putting, so I'm hoping Face Foundrié will get ones that fit multiple head sizes. All in all a great experience and would come back!
