I had a wonderful pedicure and manicure with Chi today. In addition to being very sweeter she was very detail oriented and thorough with the pedicure and my feet and toes never looked better! I got a seasonal pedicure that featured an orange scrub (smelled delicious!) She also cleaned up my fingers with a buff and shine - it was an easy way to get my hands back in shape without committing to nail polish. The salon itself is the nicest I've ever seen. Extremely clean and luxurious (I really appreciate the comfortable manicure stations!) I went for a manicure with a Groupon. Started that it was a $73 value and when I arrived she said it was $45. I explained again that I had the Groupon and she said if I wanted it with gel it's $60. I again said I had the Groupon and she said it only included the $45 service, no gel. I told her it was supposed to be $73 value. Anyhow, I was told I would have to pay $15 extra to get gel, but then she agreed to make it $10 extra because the Groupon value was so inflated. I paid $53 for a $45 manicure... Avoid the Groupon! So that was the initial pricing drama... Then for the manicure. The hot stone massage was decent. Then she was shaping my nails which were short to begin with and she just gave up on shaping. I had to ask her to please at least smooth them out. So unshaped nails and then came the polish... She did it so spotty and didn't even get it to the edges. Literally the worst polish job I've had yet. No cuticle work, so I looked at my nails when she finished and they already looked like they were a week old. At this point I had gel polish on my nails and there was nothing that could be done unless I got it fully redone. It took 2 hours from start to finish, so there was no way I could wait around any longer. They agreed that it didn't look great, but said there was nothing they could do and still charged me the extra amount for the gel polish and claimed my Groupon. The lady was nice (I believe her name was Tammy) but it seemed like it was hard for her to see super well and that's why the attention to detail was off. Crissy did an awesome job on my pedicure. This salon is equipped to accommodate large parties and offers full service such as nails, facial, massage, and princess treatment for the little ones. They have a parking lot that has a sign up to pay for parking. If you take a picture of your license plate or remember by heart, the business will validate the parking for 4 hours. There was a little bit of wait time when I arrived due to staffing but I wasn't in a rush. They played relaxing spa music throughout the rooms. read more

I have been a happy pedicure customer here for over 7 years. The last 4 times Ive booked for 3 people and not once were there enough technicians to Provide the service for almost an hour. This has been since 2025 began roughly. Obviously there is new management that don't think this is important. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but sadly we are leaving what once was a very good thing because of staffing issues. read more

Do not. Do NOT get a massage here!!!! I'll admit it felt great at first except the really hot stones were super hot!! I have medical issues which I was up front with. She claimed she could "cure" them and she saved people from surgery. I have horrible migraines and other sharp pains in my head from nerve damage. She ended with a pushy sales pitch on some medication that I used before that didn't do much, but this was professional grade and did wonders... It doesn't do anything, but stink like menthol. Anyways, I did leave feeling pretty good. Then a few hours later my body was extremely sore and my migraine was awful, the next day I woke up barely able to move and my headaches worse than ever. I have gotten Mani/Pedi's here for over a year My regular nail tech, Linh, provides long lasting Dip color on my fingers and Gel on my toes. There are many colors to choose from! I've been going to Excelsior Nails & Day Spa since they've opened and have always considered them a cut above other manicure places. I'm sad to say that is no longer the case. The quality of the manicures and pedicures have gone down considerably - the massages are perfunctory, I've had my cuticles bleed, and the colors put on unevenly. Besides all of that, for the last two times, there was a 30 minute delay in getting to my services and having to listen to the religious piano music for that length of time is beyond my ability to stay chilled out so this time I left and will be very unlikely to come back, which is a shame since it is so close to my house. read more

I got a pedicure here, and two of my nails were completely bare within three days. I went back in and asked them to fix it. They kindly and politely did so, which I really appreciated. However, three days after that, six of my nails came off, including the replaced ones. It has now been ten days and I only have two nails still intact with polish. I had a 60 minute integrative massage with Terri. This is my second massage with her and I will be back. She does push a series of massages for maintenance and also pushes products but obviously the extra purchases are not required. For the people that can't show up on time for their appointments, shame on you!!!!! I have gone to this spa for at least 3 years. When the RUDE customers show up late, they somehow get in for their service and the customer that follows that appointent is not only sitting their waiting but gets rushed because their technision has to stay on time. These people are self employed and you need respect their time and income as well as other customers time. I have seen it and today I was one of those that sat and waited and then rushed. Ugh. Horrible service. I called to ask a question about my appt, they asked to put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called back and said, "Hi, I just called and you hung up on me". Frequently late (up to 30 minutes) and frequently changing the times as if my time isn't importNt either. I cancelled ONCE- for a severe family medical emergency. She had the audacity to tell me I could ONLY reschedule if I sent her a great tip through Venmo. Now keep in mind, I had never cancelled before and was being blackmailed from using the spa again only if I tipped her for a massage I never received. She also called her other clients "good". In what world is this good customer service? Management- are you paying attention?? I stopped in this location today around 11am. There was a gentleman with his two kids checking out at the counter and 5 employees sitting around. I explained the service I wanted which was to take off the acrylic on my nails, and I would then just get a gel manicure. The employee asked me three times what I wanted. Came in for a dip set with tips. They didn't turn out how I liked they were bumpy, uneven, and just not as good as the other times i've been here, normally they're pretty good. I called asking if they could fix them and they don't do refunds or fix them. Long story short, they aren't very flexible if you are unhappy with how your nails turned out. This is the second time I have gone here and had my nails break within days. I got a dip set without tips, something that normally lasts me almost 3 weeks. My previous visits here were very good, but this last time was not even close to good. The foot scrub and lotion was nice, but nail shaping has been the worst I've ever had. The gel is now coming off my hands after 3 days as well. Gel should at least last a week in my opinion. The pictures should speak for themselves on the nail shaping. Also you can see on my fingers that the painting and cleanup was pretty sloppy, probably why it is coming off after 3 days. read more

Went here for my friends 30th birthday because they were the only ones in the area that offered a massage and getting a pedicure. There were five of us girls this last Saturday that went here. If your going here to get your nails done it was fine. Four of the five girls decided on an 30 min massage, the fifth just a 15 min one. The pedicures were fine, the workers all did a good job, we also got red wine which they stated we would get mimosa's. When we got done with the pedicures they brought us out to where you get your nails done which also connects to the lobby area. They had us sit and get our massages on the furniture that you get your nails done.... four of the five girls got pillows and the fifth girl got a towel to put her head on. One of the girls laid her head down so far (which they told her where to lay) her neck was cramped and so bad the massage wasn't even worth it. She told him to stop because it was so bad. My girl (I opted into the 30min massage) however only gave me a 15 min massage but after the terrible massage and where we were and how uncomfortable I was, I was FINE with just the 15mins. It was $15.00 more for another 15min. We didn't get to lay down and relax or anything. The birthday girl only got a 20min massage and was charged for the 30min, and she told the young girls at the front desk, and the birthday girls technician was standing there the front desk girls asked and belittled the nail/massage technician infront of her! Would not go back, the experience is everything at these nail places. Edit 2/8/18: Refunded us all $15.00 (for the massage) Even though some of the girls paid $30 for 30 mins. That's all the owners would refund us -.- Took them nearly a month to get back to us. So we paid $70 for a pedicure, and we didn't even get gel. Regular polish. Just seems ridiculous. read more

We enjoyed the beverages of our choice and thought we died and went to heaven during our "Wake me up when it's done" pedicures. The place is gorgeous, with large stone fireplaces and modern decor. I recently visited Excelsior Nails & Day Spa with a girlfriend for a little R&R. It is hard to find a good nail salon that has high standards in cleanliness which also has reasonable prices. Usually the cheaper, the dirtier! I was very pleased with this particular nail salon. All of the staff was polite and professional. They had awesome packages and the atmosphere and decor was very nice. I got a pedicure and a 60 minute massage, both were heavenly! They did a great job on the nails and I will be going back for more massage and to try other spa treatments! If you are in the area, this is a fun place to treat yourself. I first noticed this place here on Yelp and wanted to give it a try, and I also noticed them on Groupon so I figured I'd check it out. I opted for a walk-in as their listing dictates you don't need an appointment. Upon walking in the door I was able to get in right away. The front desk staff leaves a bit to be desired however. They weren't very friendly and I felt like a bother to them. I received the spa pedi & mani which was great. The Groupon deal came with a complimentary glass of wine - BONUS! :-) My service provider was very kind and sweet, she did a great job! I do have to say that for as big as this place is, the manicure area is really cramped. My service provider's station was right next to the front desk and she kept getting bumped by the people walking by. It wasn't a very luxurious experience for that portion. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience and will probably go back. I do hope though that they find more friendly front desk staff though. read more

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend getting a massage here. While the atmosphere was nice and the massage itself was good, the lady who gave me the massage was very pushy when trying to convince me to book another massage as well as when it came to buying their products. I left feeling as though I was guilted into tipping much more than I felt was deserved and reflecting on a couple of rude comments made to me by the therapist.
