Seriously Seriously overpriced! Waited 25 minutes before I was sat and left in a chair for another 15 minutes, a chair that was full of hair! I asked and they pushed it to the floor. The stylist worked on me and another customer the entire time. I got a basic coloring, 6 face framing hightlights, 5 minute trim, and she blow dried my hair for 190.00!! Are you kidding? Dirty, unfriendly, overpriced, and they shared brushes without cleaning anything! Not to mention they are rough, sloppy, and burn you with the blow dryer! And my roots are brassy. Came here on a recommendation from a friend when looking to find somewhere to get my eyebrows down. I had asked to get my eyebrows reshaped and although I mentioned that I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick, I did not expect to leave with my eyebrows looking like they were not cleaned up at all. After asking to get them cleaned up more, they were still not shaped or trimmed. It felt like my eyelids were being waxed instead of my actual eyebrows. I also received a lip wax and half of my lip hair was missed. I also left with wax still on my eyebrows and lip. If I could rate a 0 I would, I was referred by a number of people and saw all the hype on social media. It took a month and a half to get it which I was fine with I came in with a medium/dark red brown asking for a dark brown w brown bayalage. Which since I do hair I know is very easy to do from the level/color I was at. Houda was in and out left me in the bowl for an absurd amount of time, until I sat up and asked where she was! At the end my hair was a orange brown with different colors when I saw her drying I made her aware that it was NOTHING like what I showed her she rambled off some things about toner and changing color that aren't true it took so long I didn't have time to stay .I called after expressing my disappointment she kept saying she was sooooooooo busy with eyebrow tattooing and couldn't get me in to fix it after I sent many pictures. I told someone who referred me what happened saying she could at least have someone at the salon fix it who in turn contacted her and she verbatim said that someone else could fix it for me after I booked with a different salon. I asked for a subtle ombre and I specifically told the hairdresser that I did not want any color on my roots and she gives me the complete opposite. **PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY NAIL SERVICE HERE** I went with a friend for an Opigel color manicure and the manicurist was brutal on our hands and cuticles. Our cuticles were red and inflamed and mine were bleeding! The manicurist proceeded to tell me I "had dry cuticles" but she cut past the cuticle into my skin. It was extremely painful. Worse yet, she did not clean the utensils between my friend and I. Now I'm wondering if they ever do??! I went directly home and applied Neosporin to all fingertips to hopefully ward off any infection. The manicurist left before my friend and I were done with our manicures (very unprofessional) and one of the co-owners had to come and finish my manicure. WORSE SAOLON EXPERIENCE EVER. I got my make up done here for my wedding in January. Horrible make up she didn't take her time. SHE TOOK 45 MIN ON A BRIDE! I get my make up done at other salons for a regular guest and it doesn't even take 45 minutes I was told over the phone the time usually takes around 1 hour and 30 mins for bride and I am paying 150$ for my make up and she took 45 min and it looked like it I even went to another salon who were doing my friends and family's make up and the girl tried to help me fix it but because I had my hijab and everything on there wasn't much she could do. I looked so dark my eyes were super dark even though I told her light on the eyes and not so dark for my skin since I am wearing all white it'll make me look weird and won't look like my natural skin tone but also had a harsh line on of highlighter because she would spray the brush dip it in highlighter and put it onto my face and she repeated maybe like 6 times. This place was so unprofessional my appointment was originally at 9 but they asked me to come in at 8 which was fine. Then exactly at 8:45 as I was paying another customer walks in for my make up artist and they seemed like the best of friends and I overheard her talking to the receptionist saying her appointment was at 9 and it clicked in my mind she rushed me because she was also doing her friends make up that day. That doesn't excuse it she sucked this salon sucks and are so unprofessional she didn't even try to fix it when I told her what was wrong she just took a brush and tapped it into my face. Had the wonderful pleasure of getting my eyebrows done with Souheila and they turned out amazing!!! I'm so happy with them and this is officially my new go to eyebrow place. SOUHEILA IS THE BEST! she is so polite and welcoming and takes her time with your eyebrows making sure that they are even and exactly the way you want them. I've had many horrible experiences with people messing up my eyebrows but Souheila really did an amazing job and I'm glad I took advice from friends!! I have never been disappointed in her advice and she will truly recommend what's best for your hair. She was the first person who I trusted to color my hair and she did an amazing job. I still maintained the health and length of my hair and she was extremely cautious and attentive to avoid any damages. Got my hair colored again by Houda after letting my original ombre grow out for 20 months. She did an AMAZING job getting the color I wanted and blending it beautifully with my natural base, natural highlights, and past ombre ends. I will NEVER let anyone color my hair again. She cuts the best layers in it too for the style I usually do. Every staff member here looks beyond flawless all of the time which speaks wonders for the art they perform on every client. I've never seen anyone walk out of here without being a solid 10. I have never had my makeup done here but can't wait until I have a reason to. Many people will work on your hair as they work in a team here to get your style perfect and in a timely manner. I've also had Jackie style my hair for my wedding shower but I would honestly allow anyone here to perform any beauty service on me because I trust their ability 100%. The woman who wrote a bad review on them clearly doesn't know current beauty trends and just sounds like a bad apple who wants free things from a business. If you aren't used to eyebrow makeup application then communicate with them instead of writing unfounded reviews on yelp! Amber has been doing my eyebrows for years now which is te only reason why I come here since she works at this place now. I went at the exact time of my appointment and the receptionist tells me I need to wait a half hour. First of all, what's the point of making an appointment if I have to wait half an hour. Also it's the receptionists job to call to tell me that it's long to be late or email me at least since they do send confirmation emails. If you're going to be professional you might as well be professional all the way and be consistent. A girl who was waiting had the nerve to tell me her appointment is twenty minutes before mine, basically telling me that there's no way I'm going ahead her. I told her to mind her own business and the receptionist just sat behind the front desk looking like an idiot and not saying anything or even apologizing on behalf of the idiot. I was in town for a wedding and needed my hair blown out and curled since I broke my shoulder. I booked an appointment for my daughter as well. My appointment was great. My daughter's, however, was a disaster. The stylist said she didn't do curls and my daughter signed up for the wrong thing. Absolutely not. Had I known what was going on I would have intervened. I was busy getting my own hair done. My niece was waiting in the reception area and apparently, this was all discussed among the staff loudly. Needless to say, my daughter's hair turned out to be nothing special. In fact, she had to ask for a few bobby pins. I paid our bill and tipped nicely despite the confusion. I had my sisters wedding on Friday and I had Aria do my makeup and Souheila do my hair. Aria did my makeup amazing. She made me look so natural but definitely had a glam effect! I was afraid of looking too dark or not looking like myself but she really exceeded my expectations. Souheila, I definitely drove crazy! We ran into an issue because the extensions that I bought were supposed to be real human hair (from what the owner of the beauty store told me) but it turned out they were synthetic and they wouldn't curl. I immediately got frustrated and almost burst into tears because I was left with either no extensions at all or just a straight ponytail. Souheila was so calm and collected and kept trying to make the situation better. She immediately ran to the front of the salon and grabbed me extensions that they sell and ended up with what I had envisioned and so much more! My hair looked amazing! I couldn't have looked the way I looked and felt without Souheila and Aria that day. I will definitely go back to both of them for future events! read more

I came to this salon a few months ago and I always wanted to share my thoughts about this salon. There are so many salons in Dearborn/dearborn heights that I could of went to and I have no idea why I came here. The ladies who work there talk a lot of trash about their clients right in front of you. They were arguing about who was going to take the next client because she was "weird and picky". Seriously? Not nice at all. I got an ugly color, the haircut was not all that and the only thing that was good was my blowout. The stylist who colored my hair and the girl who was blow drying it kept stopping to text on their phones. My stylist was getting so irritated when she was washing my hair because I couldn't get into the position she wanted. I left the salon with black hair dye on my forehead that day.
