The staff here is friendly, kind, and patient. Very welcoming and warm. I came in for a massage and I waited only a few minutes before my massage therapist came out to walk me to the room. I was with Hannah who was also kind and accommodating. She asked me what areas were bothering me and what I was looking for. She tackled everything I stated and I left feeling like a new person with less tension in my neck and back. I highly recommend stopping by. During this time, she left for a brief moment to get a drink and then came back to wait the rest. They let her wait there for over 30 minutes until the allotted time passed, and she asked if they were ready. Mind you, my fiancée already felt immediately uncomfortable and judged the moment she walked in. I was on the phone with her the entire time. So you'd think that she got the haircut, right? Nope. Turns out, they thought she had left and wouldn't come back (which she did, very shortly after leaving briefly), so they scheduled over her. Without telling her. On top of that, the woman who told her this decided it would be appropriate to "get down to her level" by crouching. She is not a child. Considering my fiancée is very sweet and doesn't like confrontation, I decided to be the one that wrote this for her. Heavily disappointed in this salon and angered at the ridiculous, disrespectful treatment my fiancée got. This salon is beyond unprofessional to newcomers and does not create a warm or comfortable environment. I advise anyone that's thinking of coming here for a good, professional experience to think against this place.

When I arrived, I was told it was already done and I was expected to pay. I was essentially put in a position where I had no real choice. The technician was on FaceTime during the appointment, not paying attention, and did not do what was asked. The nails turned out nothing like requested and looked terrible. I now have to spend more money to have them removed and redone somewhere else. Performing services on a minor without parental consent and then demanding payment is completely unacceptable. Add in the lack of professionalism, and this was a terrible experience all around. Parents--be aware before sending your child here.

This place by far was the least expensive of the places we found online - so much so that I was leery until I read through the reviews. Upon arrival, the ladies were very friendly, and while they do try to upsell you on lotions and essential oils, they weren't pushy about it. We were led to a pretty basic dimly lit room - no frills there - but the massage itself and the hot stones were great. $130 for a couples hour long massage just can't be beat, and I plan to treat myself (and the bf if he behaves) more often.
