They offered to send me to another location instead of sending the other client there. I asked for an explanation on how their appointment took priority and they just continued repeating they were sorry but it would be cancelled. Requested to speak to a manager and they said one would not be available until the weekend but they would be canceling me in the meantime so they could book the other client in my time slot. Poor customer service and horrible experience. So much for paying their membership for years.

She asked about any problem areas, and I explained a few spots in my back that are always tight. She spent a good amount of time on these, and they feel very relaxed afterward. The whole experience was very calming, the room is set up well, lights dimmed to a good setting, and the sheets in bed are comfortable. The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. Poor customer service/communication from management…read more Long story short: A few months ago I purchased a package of 6 for a service. After 2 treatments their equipment broke which resulted in postponement of 2 treatments. During this time I found out about an unanticipated move for my husbands job. I called to ask about a partial refund from the package since I had only used 2/6 treatments. I asked if I could be charged for the higher individual service price for the two used and refunded the rest that was unused (a difference of $300). This is where my frustration begins... I called twice, a week apart and left a message to ask about the refund. No call back. I stopped by for my 3rd attempt, was told they were in a meeting and someone would call me back. Nothing. I finally called a 4th time and asked them to make me an appointment with a manager to discuss and resolve the matter. I was put on hold and finally told I could come my and pick up a check for a partial refund (relayed through receptionist, still never spoke to a manager). When I picked up the check, it was $50 less than anticipated. I FINALLY talked to someone in management, but they did not have an explanation as to where that extra $50 went... While I am grateful for any refund at all and I am annoyed about the $50, my real frustration was lack of communication. If someone had simply gotten on the phone and had a 5 minute conversation with me a lot of that frustration would have been avoided.
