I imagine they carry an item in every color, so wear your walking shoes because you could be there for hours. We approached a few staff zipping around and stopped one for help. We were told to go to customer service and request a Fashion Coordinator. The woman at the counter announced over the loud speaker for one to come to the service counter. After 15 minutes no one showed up. Off we went to fend for ourselves through dozens and dozens of dress racks. We picked out about 7 dresses and headed to the dressing room. Packed in like cattle my daughter tried on dress after dress. Some sizes weren't readily available and no one was at the computer that's ACTUALLY in the dressing room so I had to go out to the customer service counter to get assistance. There I did receive prompt service and a "runner" would fetch the correct size and hand it to me there. Not sure how long they've been in business but I feel like they've become complacent and don't really care about offering even basic customer service. Maybe they were overwhelmed because it's peak prom season but I noticed many moms and daughters trying dresses on and leaving them, without buying. Overall 3.5, with my two cents: care for your customers and they'll take care of you.

I have had a few issues with this dry cleaners/tailors. I had a dress for my son's wedding hemmed…read morefor $48 and the underlining was 6 inches shorter than the overlay! They had to sew the cut material back and there was a seam on the underlining. It wasn't horribly noticeable but I was charged the entire price even though I had to return 3 times to the store. Then I left a spotted evening gown there and I was charged $24 to dry clean it. It came back with the same stain. I took the same dress to a dry cleaners in Plainview and it came back perfect. The chest was stuffed and it was hung beautifully. So in essence it cost me $50 to dry clean. Yesterday, I picked up a pair of pants that were burnt from a pressing after they were altered. I took them there in February to have them altered. I didn't try them on afterwards. (My bad) and it turned out they were never altered! So I returned last week. Now I spent 18.75x 2 for both visits for the same pants. The pants were $49 at Marshall's. I spent almost as much altering them and now they are burnt and not wearable. I'm done with these dry cleaners. Every time I go, they raise their prices.
